Beautiful villa with a garden in a quiet neighborhood. Possibility to have breakfast outside in the garden.
It takes only 15 to 20 minutes to get to University Tor Vergata (walk + bus).
You can hear every word from the next room.

All. It was perfect ! The best plece to stay in Rome! Thank you very much!

nice property and friendly staff, in a quiet location at a few steps from the metro C stop to go to city centre.

Good location, quiet area, clean room
Too small shower cabin and too soft bed mattress so it was inconvenient to sleep. Also, breakfast was a bit strange. There was a super small refrigerator on the kitchen where there were always 2 small yougurts placed no matter how many people live now so you should be the first to get these yougurts.

Very nice and quiet location near the metro line C. Staff was friendly, everything was clean and room was well furnished.
Wi-fi worked poorly in the room, only really available in the common living room. I also expected a little bit more rich breakfast.

It's a perfect place to stay in Rome - especially if you can spend the time leisurely, for it's quite a way from the centre, in a quiet residential suburb (the metro station is just a couple of minutes away but it takes ca. half an hour to get to San Giovanni, where you can change for other destinations). The rooms are spacious and comfortable, rooms and common area are perfectly clean, the staff is charming and helpful. Wi-fi usually works fine, but there are moments when the signal disappears.
The only thing I would see improved is the choice of products for breakfast: something salty (cheese, ordinary bread instead of biscuits and otherwise tasty cakes) would be welcome. Fortunately there is yoghurt and cereals to break the all-sweet routine, but it wouldn't hurt to have more choice.

Lovely property and a lovely property to enjoy the breakfast on the patio, but definitely VERY difficult to get to on foot after leaving the train station. There's no taxis or Uber available.
Near impossible to find using Google maps with luggage in tow.
If you follow the road away from the train station towards the news stand and going down hill- you go through the underpass and then follow the road up for about 12 houses on the left.
And note : it's a gated community and there is a gate that is locked after dark that I wasn't made aware of = Scarry. You have to ring a buzzer to be let in-

Very nice and cosy place; very friendly and welocome owner; very clean; close to metro, a bit far from center, if you like to rerurn late in the evening when metro is closed there is a challenge to find right bus stop.
Wi-fi is slow
