family of 5 best location and comfortable clean apartment

the location the room was great the sofa was nice and comfortable it was clean, plus had washer love that there’s lots of massage near by.

Koosh the Manager was very helpful.

The Manager Koosh was excellent. He gave up his time to help us with various things, e.g. trips, advice on local shops, transport etc. The apartment was a good size, as was the pool area. The reception team were nice and as helpful as they could be based on language difficulties, they tried their best :)

I felt at home when I walked into the apartment.

It was in a quiet neighborhood, where I had both windows open in the living room for airflow and there was no street noise at night at all.

I really can't thinking of anything to really complain about.

Won’t go back.

The rooms and lounge are spacious. There is a washing machine.

Poor service. No helping with luggage. Only one osecurity helps to drop off luggages. Telephone line is located outside the room, Dirty towels, no hand towels, one of the toilet papers is wet.

The distance to Riverside is a bite far.

Delightful and accommodating

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They also allowed us to check in early as we had arrived very early in the morning. We were so grateful! The kitchen was very well stocked, and the apartment was spacious and modern.

Just one improvement we suggest is to include washing up liquid and equipment in the kitchen so we can clean up after self-catering.

a spacious, modern, well-equipped apartment perfectly located if you are visiting the Toul Kouk area of Phnom Penh, Camb

Spacious, clean, modern. Had 2 bathrooms and underground garage parking. Beautiful pool and exercise area. Full kitchen and washing machine.

Towels, or lack there of. Facility only provides 2 bath towels... zero hand towels, zero wash cloths. The apartment is nicely equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, but did not provide a single dish towel or sponge.

Really Bad experience

I arrived at the apartment early around 13:00 and the counter told me to check in at 14:00, so my friend and I decided to go to a nearby restaurant for lunch, after lunch we went back to the apartment, the counter told us that the room was not ready, so we Decided to wait for the room to be ready, 30 minutes later I told them we didn't sleep all night, asked them to hurry up and get the room ready for us, the counter said it would be ready in a few minutes, but wait another 20 minutes and the room wasn't ready. 1 hour later we checked in but the room was only ready for 1 bedroom and the other bedroom was not ready, when we entered the room there were 5 cleaners in total to clean the room, 5 cleaners clean 2 bedrooms also won’t able clean in time!!! have 1 bedroom bed sheets didn’t change it and bedroom not same what i book.
