Ci tornerei soprattutto per la posizione .

Pulita , calda , letti comodi e bem attrezzata . Una bottiglia di vino di benvenuto è un pensiero carino . La posizione ottima , lasci la macchina e fai tutto a piedi . Ci sta un parcheggio a pagamento di fronte che è molto caro (47 euro dalle 18 alla 14 ) però comodo .

La caldaia per l’acqua calda era regolata male , l’acqua era fredda . Troppo rumore all’interno del palazzo e per strada la mattina prestissimo .

Florence with Wine!

Il self check in, l’appartamento molto moderno e carinissimo con tutto il necessario. Letti comodissimi. La bottiglia di vino di benvenuto. La posizione ad un passo dal duomo.

Molto rumoroso, si sentono tutti i rumori della strada. Le finestre sarebbero da rinforzare con doppi vetri. Peccato per la mancanza di sufficiente sapone in bagno per doccia e mani.

Overall nice apartment - well maintained living room larger than a NYC apartment.

The location was very convenient - easy access to everything - but be prepared it is very noisy at night - it is in the heart of the city.

Host’s instructions for the apartment were very detailed - except for how to use the air conditioner - wall unit different than in US and kept shutting off. No paper products or clean sponges - would have been helpful to clean up so as not to use a cloth towel.

Precioso y céntrico apartamento.

El apartamento es precioso, la ubicación fantástica, amplio, bonito y camas muy cómodas. El techo del salón es una maravilla.

Las ventanas son de madera y no aíslan del ruido de la calle. Es difícil conciliar el sueño con las voces de la calle, camión de basura, obras.....Es una pena que con lo bonito y amplio que es ese detalle empañe el descanso.

AWESOME!

This place is awesome! It was so big and pretty. Everyting was in good condition. It even has a washing machine that we can do our laundry. The location was fantastic! It has a lift so no worries about your luggage. The host was so nice that we got a surprise wine from them.

It's only 2 blocks away from the Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore, so it will be very noisy. But it's okay since we brought our own ear plugs to prevent the noise. There were pre-arrival online check in needs to be filled up, and it needs some time to finish it.

Superb

Location was fantastic and lots of space to relax with tired kids after a lot of walking! It suited our needs perfectly as eating out isn't always an option for us, but we had everything we needed and good choice of shops to get supplies very near by. The beds were all very comfortable as well which is always a good thing

Being so centrally located is great although the down side was it was noisy at night. The narrow streets seemed to echo every sound (voices and any traffic) so not the best sleep. Other than that everything was great

The location of the apartment was excellent.

The apartment was really tired looking. The sofa was very worn and bits were falling off it. The cushions on the dining chairs needed a good clean. The photos were obviously taken a while ago when every thing was much newer.

Disappointing

Don't stay here. If you do. Check under every table, chair, light bulb and every cupboard. Check shower, check taps Check sink. Any slight damage or blemish do not accept and photograph as they will charge you money then refuse to answer.

Disappointing

The location is good.

the property had dirty utensils and transmitted a feeling of filth, check out was scheduled for 10:00 am and the cleaners arrived at 9am as we were still in the apartment, a lack of respect. We were still forced to take the garbage for two street to a dump that did not exist, a total lack of respect with the customer.

Pleasant

The location was good. we were able to walk everywhere in minutes. The apartment itself was comfortable

It was little difficult to find the apartment. Google maps took us to a different address on the same street. Keesy app which is required to get door keys was impossible to register without a Facebook account. Luckily my daughter had one. Apartment door did not feel secure though we had no incidents. I was expecting a 2 bedroom apartment but it was only 1 bedroom with an extra bed in the living room.
