well-located, no frills hotel

Good location, nice touch to have drinks and snacks available 24/7

air conditioning set so you couldn't get the room cool without asking front desk to override it, not fun in 38 degree heat. facilities were adequate but the hotel was fairly minimalist. Would have been nice to be in a cooler hotel (temperature wise).

We enjoyed the stay.

Convenient location with easy access to main tourist attractions. Rooms are clean and spacious compared to typical Japanese hotel rooms. Staff was nice and helpful. We also enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks at the lobby.

Breakfast was meh.

Clean, comfortable hotel in a great location minutes from Dotonbori.

Great staff, comfortable hotel in a great location next to Dotonbori. Rooms were a lot bigger here compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan. Also, very helpful when trying to organize luggage shipping services.

Lovely stay in Osaka

Good location, close to shopping, station and places to eat. I loved that the hotel offered free snacks and assorted drinks (even soup) from 1pm onwards. Room was very spacious for Japan.

Superb

Free snacks and drinks give it a home-like feel after a day's travel. And it was nice that the toilet and the bathroom are in separate areas, like they have individual "rooms".

The AC was malfunctioning plus they didn't provide an easy to understand manual for it.

Breakfast and location were great. Less than 10 minute walk to the JR Namba Station.

This was the most expensive hotel room on my entire trip through Japan and I could still hear people in the hallways (not that quiet).

Great staff, clean amenities, and overall made our Osaka trip super excellent

- The staff were extremely accommodating, and they even allowed us to get from the free drinks and snacks even if we were already checked out - The amenities were easy to use and there were always instructions alongside these - The cleanliness of the rooms were impeccable since the staff follows the time of cleaning, and they only clean the room within 30 minutes

- The breakfast options could be a little more diverse

True value for money. We really enjoyed our stay and will make this our home every time we visit Osaka.

1) Just 3 mins away from Shinsaibashi Shopping Street and Dotonbori gastronomic center and yet not in the middle of the noisy and crowded areas. 2) Extremely clean and comfortable accommodations. 3) Free buffet breakfast. 4) Free drinks (all kinds), light snacks and soup from 1 pm to midnight. 5) Friendly staff.
