A great location, a very enjoyable few days spent here.

Good location , very close to subway. Easy walk down to the Dotinburi area.

Whilst everything is clean and comfortable it is showing its age and looking a bit shabby. Location more than makes up for it tho.

非常棒的住宿場所、很適合家庭、下次一定會再來住👍

都很棒～走去心齋橋不到10分鐘、公寓裏面所有東西都有、可以去附近的超級市場買超便宜的和牛回來煮😊👍

可能就是浴室比較舊一點點、不過整體CP是超級高的👍

我覺得環境好，空間也很大，熱門時段棘手，如果要選擇要儘早下訂

房間客廳的空間夠大廁所的熱水很快就熱了水柱也很強廚房的設備也很完善～推

需要爬樓梯雖然行李搬上搬下不方便不過一樓空間很大也可以選擇放在一樓就好

Bedroom had no space because of the two large beds, and did not have a heater/air conditioner in the room.

We generally enjoyed our time there but probably would stay there again with 5 of us.

No front desk but easy to contact owner to ask questions and get supplies as needed. Instructions provided to access were easy. Location was great, right near metro and shopping and restaurants. Comfortable beds and heating good (place gets very cold). Shower pressure was great. It was good to have a washing machine in the bathroom.

Keep in mind if you are tall then this place might frustrate you and you may feel cramped. We were all over 6ft and kept hitting our heads on light fittings, doorways and kitchen cupboards. Place is a little more tired than what the pictures show. e.g. tape in the kitchen to fix joins. Bathroom is basic. Grill was a little dirty as was a frying pan we used.

We loved the location, the service from the friendly hosts and the washing machine.

Excellent location, close walk to multiple train stations, good restaurants and Dotonburi. The hosts were readily contactable via Booking.com, they always responded to my questions in good time. When I asked for harder pillows, they provided this straight away. Very impressive service. Also loved the washing machine- they supplied detergent, pegs, washing lines etc, so vital for my family of 6.

This is not a flashy apartment, however served our needs for this holiday, as we didn't come to Japan to stay indoors!

Spacious and modern

Very spacious, beautiful open kitchen and on a high floor. Loved it, great location, lots of bars and restaurants as well as close to covered shopping street. One block from a convenient subway.

Everything you need

Great sized space. Had a full kitchen (which we didn't use!). Could sleep 6 easily.

Would be handy to be able to log into Netflix on the TV at the end of the day, although there is so much to see and do that it wasn't really missed.

we really needed this oasis at that stage of our trip.

We were 2 parents with one teenager. This was the largest family room we had on the whole Japan trip. the mattresses and bedding were wonderful. kitchen and living facilities very good. Nice aspect. Balcony great for drying clothes.

Great room and beds but needs more showers

Rooms and beds sufficiently clean and comfy. Good location.

Not enough showers for claim to host up to 12 people. We had only 9 but it was a challenge for one shower and one sink. Living room and kitchen needs a facelift and cleaner. If you only need room and beds and can be compromised on short of showers and sink (on 1st flloor while beds on 2nd floor) this is a good option.

Good

Location is very near Nagahoribashi station, with Lawson upfront and near several restaurants. Still within acceptable walking distance to Shinsaibashi shopping street. The apartment was relatively spacious - it fitted 2 adults and 3 teens comfortably. Bed and pillows were comfy. Kitchen is well equipped. Washing machine worked well. The management was communicative and helpful when I asked about a few things.

There's no heater. The only one unit of AC / aircon wasn't able to warm the sleeping area comfortably, even with temperature set to 30 degrees C and blower at full speed. There's no dryer in the bathroom for washed clothes. Had to dry them inside the room (for a couple of days until dry) as the only other option is to dry them outside on the dirty balcony.

comfortable stay

- spacious enough for family of six with big luggages. - the room is able to sound proof the noise from the living room which is good. - provide all the necessary essentials. - the surrounding is quiet and peaceful. - easy to navigate and get around to stations.

- either booking.com or the property didn’t email us the room number on time. it was suppose to send three days prior but only receive on the day at 7:30 pm when our check in was 3pm - so there was slight confusion and delay on the check in. Luckily the staffs were around and was helpful to sort things out.

Everything was exceptional except for the heating system.

the property was very spacious, and complete with amenities like kitchenware, microwave and refrigerator, towels, drying racks, hangers, and bathing necessities.

We had trouble working with the heating system especially on the living room and one of the rooms upstairs.

Convenient location. Clean and well-equipped apartment.

Convenient location. Apartment was what we seen in pictures.

Pillows were too soft and very flattened when lied on them. Should provide extra towels instead of 1 towel to 1 guest considering a 4-5 nights stay. No dryer thus washed towels were not able to dry on time for use. Should also place extra floormat outside the bathroom so guests are able to dry their feet before stepping into the living area.

Nice apartment size. Had everything and even condiments for cooking if one needs to. Very close to metro.

Blankets were a little too small for two to share and the bath towels provided couldn't absorb water.

The apartment is exactly as what was showing in photos. The space was spacious enough for 3 of us. Location was good and within 1-2 mins to Metro station.

The pillows were too soft and almost flattened when lied on it. Would be good if the pillows were more fluffy. There wasn't any floor mat provided in the bathroom thus we have to get our own as we didn't like our feet to be wet when out from shower. Would be good if extra towels can be provided instead of just 1 to 1 towel for a 4 nights stay as the towels couldn't dry on time when we put into washing machine for washing.

Great place in osaka

Location. It's 2 minutes walk from the subway station. Everything is close by. The appartement was nice and clean. We found it very comfortable. All beds were full size. Kitchen appliances, utensils were included. Bathroom is of good size and very clean. There was a washing machine too. We would stay here again.

very nice hostel that worth to spend a few days.

Great location and well guidance from the hostel owner. Stable hot water supply and cozy bedding. Prepared the washing machine detergent for use.

The pillows are little bit too small that hard to sleep.
