What a wonderful, cozy, central apartment at an unbeatable price. My teenage boys loved the Harry Potter bedding!
I would have given a 10 but for the woeful WI-FI! If more than one person used a device it came to a shuddering halt! Which is an enormous shame as the apartment has everything else going for it.

Nice clean apartment, great location.
The Harry Potter themed children’s bedroom was a nice touch :).
4.3
Perfect location, great value for money
Noisy water pipes from next door property but nothing major…

The property was very welcoming, spotlessly clean and a perfect location.
It’s hard to pick fault, but only comment I can make is it’s not ideal access for anyone with mobility issues.

The location was great! The accommodation was lovely and comfy and the shower was perfect.
There were a couple of cobwebs in our room and the pots and pans hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. Nothing too big

The location is great and there is a long stay car park nearby. Staff in the Post Office were very helpful and friendly. The accommodation offered all we needed. A great base for exploring the area. Very good value for money.
The double bedroom was small.
Wi fi not so good, could not really use.
Located behind the Post office, no outlook.

Lovely accommodation, even better than photos on the advert. Very comfortable and also very quiet.
Family of 4, 2 adults, 2 kids enough space for everyone. Highly recommended

We came down to visit with our grand children, property is larger that it looks... right in the middle of town which was great- fantastic location, parking was easier than we thought. Great value for money. Will stay again next time we are in Anwick.
Small points only: kitchen needs a more cutting boards!- but nothing negative, great value for the location.

Clean, easy to access and great location
No negatives to sat about this property

Great location in central Alnwick. Clean, spacious and well decorated rooms. Very comfortable
Nothing - it exceeded our expectations

We actually stayed in the next door flat which was much lighter and airier. Although it fronted the road it was not at all noisy.
Nothing

The flat was central to Alnwick, the parking was a bonus,
( hard to find properties in town centres with parking). The flat had everything we needed, was warm & comfortable. The hosts messaged a detailed description of where & how to get there, contact them etc before our arrival.

The apartment was in a great location, the furnishings and space were great and really well presented. It was easy to find and great value for money. Any questions we had were answered with a smile.

Fabulous location for everything that we were doing , castle one day , Alnwick gardens and Lilidorei the next day . Great to be able to walk to everything . And the flat was everything we wanted .
Possibly the parking in the queens head , a resident claims there is no special deal with the owners .

Great location, all amenities close by.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Alnwick so very handy. The living space is lovely with tv, dinning and kitchen facilities. The bedrooms are compacted but fine. Beds themselves were comfy.
Sadly the bathroom was difficult to manage. The toilet seat seemed to have a mind of its own and the shower couldn’t keep to a consistent temperature. It was either extremely hot or very cold

it was ok

Convenient, warm, well priced, big bathroom and shower. Very central location and easy to get out to explore the area.
Kitchen needs a good clean. Crockery and drawers were dirty. We had to wash everything before using.
Also we got hassled by some guy claiming we were parked in his parking space in the pub car park which our welcome email said we could park in. This chap seems to have some kind of dispute with the owner of the property.

From home to home, everything provided, comfy, clean and cosy plus brilliant value! Right in the middle of the village but still quiet with a very handy key box Friendly helpful accommodating hosts. Lovely decor, soft furnishings, towels, bed linen, games books and dvds included too! Cannot wait to return!!
The 2 hr parking disc situation which can't be helped. The wooden stairs into the apartment were very slidey when wet, maybe a little runner/mat on each step? Could possibly add wall lamps in the bedrooms next to the bed for easy access to switch off when reading etc

The location is excellent, it is so central. The flat is spotless and extremely well appointed.
The heating is supposed to come on twice a day with instructions on how to advance. However, all the heaters were switched off at the wall so the clocks were all over the place and the advance option was therefore a bit hit and miss. When the heaters do come on they warm the place up very quickly but being those panel type I imagine they are very expensive. I only put them on when I needed them. I was out a lot at the book festival and meeting friends so it wasn’t really a problem.
The towel rail was off entirely on Friday, on all day and evening on Saturday but It didn’t come on until after I’d showered on Sunday. Brrr!

Loved the size and location of the property and it was lovely and quiet in the evening
A bit cold when we arrived so maybe start heating just before arrival time in cold weather, but I appreciate about costs at the moment.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and overall a generally great place to stay for our short trip.
Convenient location too, as the shops and sightseeing opportunities around Alnwick and Northumberland, weren't far away at all. The host was helpful and onhand for any enquires too.

Kelly the owner sent me every detail postcode for the place, parking details, key box code for the apartment key, also how to get to the place its just right next door to there post-office 😊
Booked it for husbands birthday he absolutely loved it we took our own food and drinks due to being new years
All the cutlery is provided so you dont have to bring yours,
Theres fridge but no freezer
Theres microwave, kettle, toaster
Also if yous just want a relaxed few days without cooking there's plenty of pubs which do drinks and food and plenty of restaurants around.
1st time we stayed at this beautiful apartment we definitely will be booking it again in the future its very cozy we met the host/owners on 2nd of January as we were leaving lovely people

Very large space with excellent value for money. Right in the centre of alnwick a lot of things provided (parking disc, local guides etc). Very cozy. Pictures need to be updated as they don't do the property justice, wow factor as soon as you walk in.
Mattress was slightly hard. Temperamental hot water in kitchen. Parking could be a bit of a nightmare if not planned well.

Loved how clean the property was. How it was all ready to use kitchen wise. Plenty of Dvd's & Books to relax with on a night time. Lovely part of Anlwick it's situated in aswell.
Only thing I didn't like was the WiFi.
The signal was that weak it just did not work on our phone, tablet or laptop that we had bring with us. Other than that it was a lovely place & stay over. Thank you guys.

The apartment is in the centre of Alnwick and is beautifully decorated - the photos really don't do it justice. My kids loved that the small bedroom is Harry Potter themed! The kitchen is really well equipped, and the living room area is comfortable and has plenty of dvds, books and games available. The place quickly warmed up when we switched the heaters on when we arrived.
There could be better outside lighting - we arrived at night and the walkway between the passage in and the apartment front door was pitch black as the apartment outdoor light wasn't on. Even when it was, there's a real dark spot in the corner where there's a small step to avoid falling down. Not the end of the world, but something to be aware of. The double bed mattress is very hard, and I woke up with very sore hips and back - it could do with a topper.

Excellent location in town centre. Comfortable modern property.
