Locations is good

Søde unge mennesker, der passede stedet. Meget fin central beliggenhed. Rent.

The beds were comfy and the room and bathrooms were very clean. The location of the hostel is fantastic - I didn't realize how central it was until I walked around my immediate surroundings and found numerous shops/bars/restaurants.
A lot of additional charges - bed sheets, towels, breakfast. The people at the hostel (both the other guests and those at the front desk) were not very welcoming, which wasn't ideal as a solo traveler.

Great location and facilities. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Sheets and towels were an additional charge.

Our small room had a door to nice backyard which was great to get some air. Common areas with bar and minigolf are super nice. Friendly personell.
Bathroom is a very basic with inconvenient sink models. You have to pass and potentially disturb the dorm area going to bathroom even if you have private room. Typical classical youth hostel but with updated design.

The shower is really bad and some puked in the rubbish bin. It’s really smelly. You cannot change the temperature of the shower.
Linen sheets is not provided and it’s a must to use it. And it comes with an extra cost.
The cushion is not clean, it has a weird smell to it.
Almost everything

Instead of devices counting the minutes of showering, maybe invest in a shower curtain that prevents flooding the bathroom …

The location is great
They charge for linen and that is a bit odd because everyone is going to need that, so be aware of that. My room was an older room and probably not as well maintained. It didn’t smell that great. The bed was average.

Clean and great location.
It was very loud! There are Bars and Clubs right outside and you could here everything during the evening and nights.
There were no closte or drawer or anything for clothes etc.

Although during this period they are renovating some parts of the hostel, there was no noise or anything messy. They have everything "under control". Even though I had the upper bed, when I asked the next day, if it was possible to move to the one below mine, as it was a bit hard for me to "climb" the ladder because of a knee issue I have lately, they were so kind to "move' me to the lower bed.
Also, despite the fact I had checked out in the morning when I needed to have a business video call early in the afternoon, they told me that I was more than welcome to use the lounge area to have my video call. The staff is more than helpful, polite, and always with a smile (that you feel is not a fake one).
The location of the hostel couldn't be more "downtown" of Århus, making access to almost everything so easy.
For sure it's an accommodation that I will choose again sometime in the future.
What I would suggest as an improvement, is to add one more step to the ladders, as the height you need to "jump" from the last step to the floor is quite high, especially if you are a short person, or you have an issue with your legs or your back. So, it would be a good idea to ask for the lower beds if you are in these categories.

The place is central and very easy to reach from every point in Aarhus. It is just aside of the night-life promenade and few metars away from the harbour and the shopping area. More central than this is inpossible.
The beds do not have the curtains and there is no privacy at all. They are confortable but the lack of any divisory or shade makes life complicated for 10 or 12 people together

Service and friendly staff
I didn't hear/receive any recommendations about visiting Aarhus.

Nothing
Had to pay extra for sheets and towels… summing this up plus the other things I had to buy to make a shower, because except the water the hostel offer’s … nothing. So, summing all I got to the sum I would have paid for a proper hotel… where I don’t need to pay and put my own sheets on the bed

The location was perfect, making it easy to walk to the main attractions of the city and quick access to the train station or public transport. Warm welcome and super friendly staff
Here duvets, sheets and pillows are extra, therefore not included in the price of the reservation. But its price is still very affordable.

The location near to the event where we were going.
The missing elevator

Location was great. Staff were friendly. Shared kitchen was very clean and the area around it was nice to be in. The beds were good. If you want to save money, Id suggest making your own food on the kitchen. Overall, I liked the hostel.
As far as hostels go, it was quite expensive. Maybe it's because it's Denmark, maybe it's because of the good location but the hostel seemed to be quite expensive. You even have to rent the bedsheets, surely that should be included in the price since you can't sleep without them (because they'll fine you) and it's not clear from the booking that you have to bring your own. Thankfully it's only around 6€ so it's not too expensive, but I think it should be included in the price.

Relatively good value for money. The room was clean.
We had to pay extra for bedsheets and that did not even include towels. The kitchen was not exactly clean and it lacked some basic utilities like more than just one spoon. The bathrooms/showers were quite far away from our room. Our room did not have any space to put our things except the floors.

I had a warm welcome and great customer service! I would definitely go back given the chance.

I thought the quality of service provided by the hostess was excellent and they catered to our needs really well.

its in a good location
noisy, renovation early morning. bedsheets not included, charging extra for luggage storage…

The breakfast was nice
The room was smelly

The volunteer staff were very friendly.
The beds were uncomfortable and poorly constructed. Because the mattress was stuck to the base the bed sheets could not be put on properly and kept coming off, exposing you to a soiled mattress. The toilets were dirty and smelled throughout the whole stay. The kitchen was poorly equipped. The communal areas were uncomfortable - especially at night when half of them were closed. The paid staff were unhelpful: I made two bookings by mistake and was not allowed a refund.
3.4
Nice atmosphere and stuff, very good location, in the city center.
You have to pay extra for towels and sheets, per person, not per room.
The carpet had not been vacuumed, we found crumbs and some pieces of plastic.
