A night in Cusco

The room was super comfortable, especially the bed. The staff was so kind.

I would reccomend to add some choices at the brakfast.

Excelente atención del personal.

La atención del personal fué excepcional, nos dieron recomendaciones de lugares y nos dieron un box lunch para desayunar cuándo salíamos muy temprano.

El ruido es algo a tomar en cuenta, se escucha los pasos de la gente de las habitaciones contiguas, así como cuándo mueven cosas y el ruido de la calle.

Bien pero con necesidad de mejora

Está en un lugar fantástico en la zona céntrica y el trato de personal es muy bueno

El lugar tiene varias deficiencias, como que no hay calefacción en la habitación, se produjeron dos cortes de agua en la habitación por un problema del hotel y el desayuno es algo escaso, siendo mejor pedir un bolsa de desayuno.

O Quarto com cozinha foi excelente para nossas necessidades. A localização é ótima, próximo de tudo, inclusive da praça de armas!As funcionárias são extremamente simpáticas e solícitas apesar de se notar que estão sobrecarregadas. É Petfriendly de verdade! Café da manhã bom para o padrão Peruano. Café preto, pão, suco de fruta e ovos!

Os quartos do primeiro anda ficavam com a janela e porta voltadas para o saguão do hotel, que é extremamente barulhento e ainda estavam fazendo obra durante nossa hospedagem. Barulho de serra pra todo lado. Também outros hóspedes gritavam no corredor em frente à janela do nosso quarto as vezes. Não existe uma política de boas práticas. O banheiro tinha um cheiro muito forte, quase insuportável de urina. Pedimos diversas vezes para limparem, mas o problema é estrutural acredito, porque mesmo limpando não teve jeito. Chegava a arder o nariz. Só ficamos mais tempo porque precisávamos da cozinha e também por ser Petfriendly, mas não vale o valor da estadia!

Great place with a wonderful location

Excellent place! Well, located, clean, great staff, and good breakfast. We had a room on the third floor that was exquisite and it had a balcony. Would definitely stay there again!

Good location, walking distance to everything

Property is under construction literally. Hot water problem, sometimes no hot water, drainage problems and leaking showers etc is unacceptable. Staff is helpful but there is nothing they can do until they finish construction.

El alojamiento no estaba bien limpio y además no se parecía a las fotos, estaba mucho más antiguo de lo que parecía. Además estaba en obras y era algo que no se indicaba cuando reservamos la estancia.

Do not recommend before 2025.

They returned money to us for the second night. The room will be very nice when they finish work.

This was the second worst hotel in Peru we have been. I do not know where to start. We reserved this accommodation for two nights. We specifically asked the stuff if the construction works will continue in the morning, when we find out there are some. She told us that after 10am. Well, they started 8am and that worker was constantly starring at us. Not a pleasant experience. The room was full of dust from the construction and the breakfast… well they were terrible. We received 4 tiny slices of cheese, small amount of eggs and margarine (wtf.. what about butter) and no fruit or vegetable with cold coffee. No, thank you. For that price I expected more.

Nice stay

The hotel is very conveniently located near the plaza de Armas. It is close to everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The toilet in our room was broken and our room was changed to a bigger room immediately. The staff helped us book a taxi and we got to the airport very early in the morning with no problem.

The flushing water is not very powerful for the toilet. The kitchen is equipped minimally but is sufficient to prepare simple meals.

Perfect location, extremely friendly and accommodating staff.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect for our needs. We were there to just rest for about 2 hours and shower as we continued on to Machu Picchu. So the price was affordable for that purpose.

A great home base for a family to explore Cusco!

We really liked the room setup and the ability to use a simple kitchen after weeks of restaurant food. We made some soups and fried our leftovers and enjoyed a relaxing end to some busy days touring Cusco.

Lovely place to stay in Cusco

The place was such a pretty building, 5 mins walk from the main square. The ladies that ran it couldn't do enough for us, they were so friendly and laundry was turned around in less than 12 hours, amazing. We were only there for 4 nights and didn't have breakfast there. Great little apartment though.

Nearly had a mischief in the slippery shower, so some mats for safety would be good.

Comfort and value for money in the heart of the city

Superb location. Only a couple blocks away from the Cusco central square and all important sightseeing sites in the city. Very friendly staff. A very spacious, small apartment with modern fixtures and furniture. Bedroom with King size bed and a well-equipped kitchen, large LED TV in the bedroom with wide choice of channels. Excellent and very comfortable for two people. We had a nice apartment on the third floor with street view. My travel was work-related and the living room was very good for sitting and doing work away from the bedroom. Very affordable pricing.

We stayed two nights during a rare rain and snow event in the city. There were leaks in the glass ceiling in the patio and a minor one in a corner of our room. I have been in more expensive hotels in the city with similar problems.

Very content and would highly recommend

We arrived and sadly had a room which was on the street which was too noisy for us, they quickly offered us a swap into a large apartment at the back which was quieter and had 2 floors and plenty of space. It was perfect . We enjoyed the location and the staff helped us in every way we needed. They helped with Taxis, our laundry and the rom was cleaned and fresh teas supplied daily The owner offered us a complimentary meal as a way of apology for the noisy first room. The restaurant was Aura and was delicious. Internet was great and breakfast was a nice touch

Central located with helpful staff and well maintained

I like the property as it located in a beautiful town center and is close to every tourist attraction as well as train station on foot or by Taxi/Uber. Hotel center courtyard is a good resting and social area. Although check-out is 10 am, but you can leave your luggage in their office and have some coca tea in the courtyard while waiting for your flight. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They are on WhatsApp all the time so that you can get responses right away and open the front door/gate for you without problems. There is a working door bell, too.

Perfect location, friendliest staff

Carol is the best host I've ever had at a hotel. She was always attentive to our needs and communicated very well, making sure our room was always clean and we had everything we needed for the day. The hotel is very beautiful inside, and the location is perfect, right around the block from the main square and restaurants. I recommend this place to all, and I will definitely stay here again during my next visit to Cusco.

Great place to stay in cusco!

My wife and I stayed 3 days here and was amazing. The location is great, around 3 blocks to the center, and also a lot of restaurants and small snack stores. The hotel is incredible , with a beautiful construction from old houses but remodeled. And the staff was very kind and friendly, thanks Carol for being a great host!

perfect place to relax at a central location.

the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! initially we booked for one night only but liked it so much that we extended for another night. our room was very large, light and nicely designed. coffee & tea were for free all day. Wi-Fi was fine in our room. the location is perfect as well.

the doorbell for the front door is quite loud and is being used late night / early morning, so maybe use some earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

central stay in Cusco for a good price

very centrally located at 2 blocks from the main square. staff is helpful and luggage storage was no problem.

internet is a bit spotty and we had a room without a window, but then were moved to another room without any problems!
