Tight space short on comfort
It was centrally located for everything we required. Easy walking distance to market place and eateries
Very small and compact. Bed linen was on the cheap side. Parking close could be a problem especially if raining.

Highly recommended & would stay again!
Highlight was the location, which was absolutely perfect. Short walk into the town, parking wasn't an issue, often able to park right outside. Had every we needed in such a compact property.
Bed was a small double, still good size but with the size of room could have been bigger, that's being very fussy though as was still comfy!

Mixed feelings
I thought the pre checkin service was exceptional. LeeAnn (I believe was the cleaner) was wonderful and helped massively. She let me know I could check in early and deserves a 5 star staff rating.
Unfortunately I dealt with 2 staff members and Emma who was on the call team was nothing short of terrible. I received an email on the afternoon before checkout the next morning asking if I'd like to extend my stay. I was in fact delighted to hear this as I literally had nowhere to go the following evening due to circumstances beyond my control. I therfor contacted the team (Emma) at the call centre at approximately 6pm (email said they were open until 9pm). She said that their systems were struggling so she would call me back in 10 minutes. I decided to have some dinner and after 30 minutes I decided to try again as I hadn't heard from Emma as promised. I called back and she didn't sound impressed to hear from me. Systems were still a problem and she reassured me she would definitely call me back ASAP... Needless to say I didn't hear back from her before 9pm so I decided to call back first thing (9am). Somewhat disgruntled at this point and panicking due to not having anywhere to stay. I had honestly hoped for a different member of staff but sadly I was met again by Emma who instead of apologising when I pointed out that she hadn't called me she clearly took offence and actually began to argue and talk over me... after explaining my predicament she assured me she will do all she can to extend my stay or find me something else in the area, quite unbelievably she then said she will put the phone down and call me back with an update. Obviously by now i didn't expect a call back so instead put in a request for a late checkout as I was down to about 45 minutes until I had to be gone, still with nowhere to go. The late check out request wasn't actioned or even looked at despite me mentioning it whilst talking to Emma, perhaps she didn't hear me over herself. Just when I'd about given up any hope of finding a solution I heard back from Emma!!! I know!! Came as a shock to me too!

I used the "shop" as a base to explore the Cotswolds I had not previously visited and some known.
Location was perfect for my requirements. Parking everyday worked out fine. The value for money compared to other rates -very good. I would use tree tops again.
The fridge noise was a bit obvious but I could turn it off from time to time.
