Low price low quality

Low price, good location almost in the center of the Ubud

Actually it was disappointment for me I lived here a couple of years ago And my impression was totally different It was nice clean family hotel Now things changed Room wasn’t clean enough, bedsheets were not clean enough As well as towels Shower was broken One day there was no hot water in it No any shower amendments were offered, except hand soap in very old dispensers But the biggest trouble was with breakfast It was twice less than previously Anyway stuff is still very helpful But we stayed only two days instead of booked five No any refund were offered, anyway the price wasn’t so high But I truly won’t recommend that hotel to my friends Hope they will go back to their previous quality

Geheimtipp

Absoluter Geheimtipp im Grünen mit Bach, blühenden Bäumen, Balkon, Dachterrasse mit Pool, bequemen Bett mit Moskitonetz, Kühlschrank und Aircondition, heißer und kalter Dusche, leckerem Frühstück, großartigem Personal und einer unglaublich liebenswerten Besitzerin. Ich komme wieder!

The place to be in Ubud.

L’endroit est situé légèrement en retrait de la route principale ce qui permet d’être totalement coupé des nuisances sonores. L’endroit est super bien entretenu et le personnel est extrêmement bienveillant et à l’écoute. On s’y sent comme à la maison. Le petit-déjeuner est lui aussi très bon et complet !

Pleasant place to stay in Ubud. Great breakfast at the rooftop. You can also rent a scooter here.

There was a small misunderstanding with breakfast. We wanted to leave earlier (after 7AM). First, one of the staff said it is possible to arrange breakfast for us earlier, but then the owner said unfortunately it is not possible so we have rearranged our stuff. The next morning we got it (surprisingly) before 7AM which was nice, but we already changed our plans.

Very good

The host was very accommodating and friendly. She was always there to help with any questions and give good advice. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she always had a smile on her face! The breakfast was lovely and the guest house was located in a good location, not too far from the main restaurants and bars. We really liked the pool too!

There was quite a lot of noise in the night from cats outside and there were small bugs inside the room too.

Location

Do not rent a scooter with them. When you have signed the bill it said that you can return the scooter 12 hrs or an additional night for free if you return it before 8am. However, when you leave it they said that you must pay for a day. They take the advantage of tourism. It’s a pity

Fabulous Value!

My stay here was fantastic! It is really amazing value for money, especially when the breakfast is considered! The balcony is so peaceful ( much needed after the busy streets of Ubud) The staff are lovely and allowed me to check out late. I highly recommend staying here.

It was exactly what I had hoped for. I was plesse surprised with just how clean it was.

The bed was very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast in the rook was a nice treat. The host was so friendly and helpful to me. The koi pond is beautiful and peaceful.

A quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud

The place is well located. I don't recommend staying further away from the centre due to the insane amount of traffic. The property provides very good and well maintained motorcycles for rent for a decent price. The staff were very kind and helpful! It is family run and they are very organised. Breakfast was good and changes daily. AC worked great. You also have a small kitchenette if you intend to cook yourself. Would stay here again in the future

To enter the rooms you must walk on a stony path surrounded by small pebbles which although adds to the character of the place, it can be rather uncomfortable to carry heavy luggage to your room. But then again, the staff will help you carry them :)

We loved it here!

Beautiful property, perfect for the price! The beds were comfy and great view from the rooftop. The hotel owners were super friendly and were helpful in getting us transportation to Nusa Penida.

The location wasn’t as close to the main road near the restaurants and shops but wasn’t too much of an issue.

clean and spacious rooms, super peaceful part of ubud, lovely host who let us use the pool even after check out, rooftop pool was a luxury we were the only ones up there so felt like a private Villa! also the breakfast was very nice - they brought it to your room which was an extra nice touch. really great value for money.

As expected. Nothing special but it was nice!

In the hotel you can ret a motor bike for good price and book all the different activity. To Ubud center is 40 minutes walking or 10 minutes motorbike. Breakfast is ok nothing special, always the same pancake /omelette and fruits. Nice pool.

Shower totally open, when you have the shower you will wet everything.

We had a nice romantic get away with beautiful views, pool swims and great breakfast.

The pool and the view was great. The room was very well lit. The breakfast was so yummy.

My only point of improvement would be the shower - the knob fell down and the water would splash everywhere, but that's basically normal in these guest houses. :)

A wonderful place, a very cozy hotel, everything is very clean and well maintained. Nice room interior, rooftop pool. I recommend it. Located some distance from the center
