Die Ferienwohnung hat (eigentlich)eine super Lage. Regelmäßige Reinigung war super! Auf Wunsch wurde eine Kaffeemaschine besorgt, obwohl ich denke, die sollte zum Inventar gehören.

Die Wohnung liegt zur Hauptstraße raus, die sehr laut ist. 4 Hunde, unter unserem Balkon, bellten den ganzen Tag. Die Wohnungstür wackelte laut bei jedem Windzug, der im offenen Treppenhaus ständig war. !Zu wenig Geschirr, für die große Spülmaschine. Kein Stöpsel im Waschbecken usw. Vor allem das Bad und die Betten. Die Wohnung bedarf einer Überholung!

location,cleanliness and convenience. Parking was very nice,beach is close,amenities other than toiletries were all good

double bed mattress was like sleeping on sorings,very uncomfortable/hard and wires kept poking my back. No toiletries were provided,not even shampoo or body wash.This is the first time that happened to me. The elevator was very run down and accessing process was a little annoying as google maps doe’nt take you upto the building.

Exceptional

While we (two families) are 10 nights here. The hotel fully met our expectations, even more! Everything corresponds to the description, and the interior, in some positions, surpasses what we saw in the photographs! And yet, the beach is through the gate, and the sea and sand are beyond praise.

Seaside view in Larnaka

Really nice apartment, next to the beach. The balcony has a partial seaside view and the planes landing made my holiday really special.The location is very clean and quiet(we are used to the normal traffic on the steeet). It could be a good idea to have 2 chairs on the covered balcony facing the street because one can enjoy the sunset and the charm of the view as well. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare a quick meal(one can use it for more elaborate cooking, but it would be a pity because there are good restaurants in the vecinity).

Amazing location for a get away

From start to finish this was a great stay. The apartment came with all the basic needs such as plenty of dish detergent, laundry, toilet paper, coffee but also plenty of towels including beach towels. The apartment was very tidy and while it surprised us had a midstay cleaning. Plenty of shops close shops for picking up a coffee, ice cream, basic needs and restaurants. Walking distance to popular beach side Makenzie Beach and to Larnaca castle The management team were so helpful throughout the stay!

Great family holiday

Great location, lovely accommodation. The bottles of drinking water, tea /coffee and shower products were a nice touch. Bathroom towels and beach towels are provided, so less to bring in your luggage.

It was confusing to find the right block as we stayed in 16 Sandy Beach but it was in the block that says 15 on the front, but we eventually found it

all in all a nice experience

A quick phone call before arrival and the host was there to hand us the key. The apartment comprised of two bedrooms which was very convenient, spacious combination of living room and kitchen as well as good size balconies

It's a lovely place perfectly situated for a relaxing holiday in Larnaka right on Mackenzie beach.

Well equipped kitchen. Clean and tidy. Helpful host. Right on the beach. Beach towels provided. Cleaned during the week. A/c worked perfectly. Double glazed all around. Private parking space. Serviced by lift. Toiletries available. Many wall socket outlets (electrical plugs) available. Large screen TV. Excellent WiFi. Lovely view of the beach. Plenty of storage space

The shower tray needs a bit of maintenance and so does the cupboard door to the dishwasher. Drapes in the living room were missing so could not see TV properly during the day because of the glare coming from the balcony doors. TV channels limited to 20 and none were in English. The double bed creeks a lot.

Location location location

One of the few places in Larnaca where o e may not need a car. That said, there’s great on site parking. Walking distance to everything. Great and safe beach right in front.

Evening traffic can make some noise, but bedrooms are very well sound proofed.

Amazing staff & appartments

Very friendly and supporting personnel. We took an option of car transfer from and to the airport, the flat was clean and comfortable with all conveniences needed, the beach is about 1,5 minutes walk. Thank you for amazing vacation!!!
