Majority of the place was good , comfy and a place to rest it provided entertainment for the kids 👍

Just the floor is extremely slippery in the bathroom when showering the kids.apart from that i had no issues 🙂

Fantastic lower hutt location, clean facilities

staff were a bit dismissive and took the rubbish out of the bin just to leave the bag on the kitchen bench??? unsure if this was an accident.

Nice clean unit, good heat pump, plenty of parking. Great communication with staff to arrange later check-in should it be needed. Key drop off box for early departure.

Family cabin

The room was big enough for a parent and three teenagers. The Kitchen and bathroom are nice and clean. The queen size bed was comfortable. Receptionists are friendly and kind, and the whole property is well maintained. They are secured with gates and one-way driveways. It takes only 6 minutes to drive from the town center, and I think it's an excellent place for a weekend family hideaway.

We stayed in room #102 for two nights. My children got bitten by bed bugs in their bank beds and kept getting bitten on the second night, so they didn't want to stay in bed. They ended up sleeping on the couch and my bed! The cooking knife stored under the kitchen sink is very blunt and tipped. (dangerous, needs to be replaced!) The shower doesn't have a wall, but it's just a hung-up-style curtain. The curtain is too short to keep water in the shower area, so whenever someone uses the shower, water leaks and reaches around the toilet and washbasin. A bathmat got soaked and drenched, and we needed to wipe the entire bathroom every night and morning. Otherwise, we had to take our socks off every time we went to the toilet or washed our hands. I had never used this kind of bathroom before; The shower needs a wall, at least!

Great family option

For starters, despite the fact that we had to give very late notice to request a change in dates due to our son's surgery being postponed at the last minute, they very kindly let us change our dates to the new date for his surgery. They were under no obligation to do so, but it was very much appreciated.Then, we got there and were delighted at how comfortable and secure the facilities were. As an added bonus, the shower was lovely - great water pressure. Lots handy to the place too - fun activities a short walk away like junglerama.

the reception was excellent and she was so friendly

the bathrooms seem a bit old, there wasn’t any cooking equipment or plates etc but I didn’t realise I had to bring them as a lot of top tens have these things

Reception staff that were on duty were very nice. Young so they didn't really know the answers to some of my queries but they all were kind and friendly

I booked online thinking I had a better room. I paid more online for a room that I found out on arrival I could have paid direct for and it would have been atleast $30 cheaper for each night. Feel highly ripped off. I was told I couldn't upgrade unless I pay the whole price for a new room. I have shared with everyone I know that there is something not right

Location was perfect for us, and the room was nice and cozy. There was a heater too, which was great to turn on for half hour before bed just to take the evening chill off.

Bed is very soft. Not good for back issues. Also the stove there is no way of telling if it's on or not, light not working on the stove so it was a gamble to work out if it was turned off or will it stay on. We only spent half hour in cabin for dinner before rushing out again, to quickly made dinner. So that was quite stressful not knowing if stove is turned off or not. Also the switch on the wall had no sign on it that's it's stove switch, we had to call after hours to find out about that. Also the kitchen sink drain had a small leak, so the water leaks into the cabinet under the sink.

Over priced , dirty , worst top 10 experience yet

The security of the the coded gate was about the only good thing about this place.

Firstly requested a early check on 2 months prior and confirmed aim the morning to get there and be told to come back , get into a room that was very over priced for what it was , the beds had wet patches and dirt on them and didn't look like the sheets had been changed. No light bulbs in the roof for whatever reason and next to no heating Overly loud speakers in the kitchen area that made it very hard to fall asleep. This is by far the worst top 10 Park I have stayed in.the only good thing about this place was that the staff were helpful. Would not reccoment staying in this overpriced dirty park.
