Ambience the scenery is great!
So far nothing, but I hope they improve their accessibility for PWD & family with baby using strollers.

Clogged toilet and bad booking. Not a good arrangement in your end. I am not happy for your setting and arrangements. Unpleasant....So DISappointed

The place was quiet and relaxing, and quite central to where we wanted to go. The food was good as well, especially the kulawo.
If we could have bought some art pieces, but the ones we wanted were not for sale ;)

Very good pizza available in their restaurant. Secure leisure grounds/facilities/parking. Available room wifi.
Weak water pressure at night. Intermittent room cable tv.

Fantastic hotel, great swimming pools, lovely garden, nice food and the people who work there were really great, friendly and give me a lot of information. My best hotel in Philipines.
Nothing, really nothing.

breakfast is ok. location is very good, near to almost all the tourist attractions in the san pablo (villa escudero, 7 lakes)
the family room given to us isn't too comfy, but it's ok, since we're mostly outside anyway. i wish they have a small ref or hot/cold water dispenser. i also recommend they replace the shower heads.

Everything is good. My review is longer on Tripadvisor. It's a nice place to unwind. Food and drinks are yummy. The staff are very courteous and attentive to detail. The place is quaint rustic and beautiful. The bedrooms have ample space and extra beds for relaxing or reading. A quiet place to unwind. The swimming pool is open and the check in time starts early.
I waited for the check out, there was no one at the front desk for awhile. They did provide mobile contact details but I did advise on check in my early check out. It was fast though as soon as the clerk got in. So, no real problem.

Room is clean and overall vibe is relaxing.
All amenities are complete.
Breakfast was yummy
Frontdesk staff are friendly
Cafe service during dinner - opted not to order grilled items in the menu because the wait time is 30mins so we just settled for a few items readily available.
Took 15+mins to settle the bill.
Checkout time is earlier than usual @10am

Nice garden; breakfast was good, but less choices.
The A/C was too noisy; no hair dryer; the bed was a full size, so I had to sleep on another twin bed. while my wife slept on the full size bed. Had to ask to additional blanket, since there was only one.

Service was excellent
Great location in town
The breakfast was so good too.
The food is fresh and delicious
The bed was comfortable to sleep on
Thank you for the wonderful stay we had
We will definitely come back to stay here when we are back in San Pablo
The water for shower was too little
And the toilet sewage seems to have a smell after we use.

The food was not impressive
It was very noisy. There was some party going on right next to where we were staying. It was uncomfortable

Sagada-like homestay and environment. Pine trees everywhere. 🤎 Staff are accommodating, friendly and all gorgeous, especially Ms. Keit and her front desk team. Bathroom has water heater which was very much needed because of the cold climate in San Pablo during December month. And surprisingly, bathroom is spacious enough for our accommodation of 2persons.
Our 2nd pizza order took more than an hour. I hope they could update customers on the remaining time (estimate at least) on when an order can be expected. We ended up taking out our order because we're already sleepy having waited for more than an hour. Maybe service is faster on regular days.

The grounds were wide. The aircon was cold. There were 2 bathrooms in the family room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The stairs going to the 2nd floor/balcony of the family room were a little bit unsafe for children or the elderly.
