ok. but could be cleaner

it was in the center. easy to reach. big.

the clogged drain (which i mentioned several times) the washing machine was always occupied. it wasn’t cleaned properly the first time we entered.

It was good for just the one night.

The location was great. Near great shops and restaurants.

The drain in the shower overflowed. We could not take a shower. The toilet flusher didn’t work properly.

Very nice apartment with many amenities

Very central location, quick access to Funchal old-town. Apartment provided all necessary things like a cooking opportunity and cutlery, etc.

The neighbourhood was a bit lively sometimes so it was not possible to open the windows at night due to noise. However, this was to be expected due to the central location of the apartment.

A great stay.

Great location, very clean and good facilities available. The room was very quiet and cool. Just a couple minutes from downtown, a large assortiment of restaurants and stores. Taxis and car rentals are also very close.Just great.

Shower pressure could be better, but it was ok. Aside from that don't have nothing of importance to comment.

Perfect location in the center of Funchal. Nice view on the mountains from the balcony.

Not cheap, but totally worth it!

location, spacious, keyless doors, elevator, transfer request option…it had everything we needed!

only very minor things. the floor of the balcony wasn’t clean and the blinds let all the daylight in - maybe putting proper blackouts would solve the problem.

Unfortunately it was really noisy, apartment is above a restaurant and although on a quiet street we were woken up by both patrons of the restaurant and also by people on the street in the early hours.

Great location

The apartment is located in an excellent location in the center of the city. Despite the location very quiet surroundings.

The apartment for 3 people with a large terrace is adequately furnished, the deckchairs on the terrace are missing. Unfortunately, we had loud residents in the apartment above us and as a result sleepless nights - the sound isolation between the apartments is poor.

Amazing holiday

Location was amazing, amazing restaurants where we were treated like royalty, we were booking trips online and there was no problem for guides to pick us up from around the corner. Very close to the bay and main street from where all the buses go.

Unfortunately the only issue was that the ventilator in bathroom did not work and we had to leave the bathroom door open and open windows after every shower. This is however a minor thing and did not disturb our stay.

Superb

The apartment was light and airy with an air conditioning unit, which would heat or cool. It was very close to really good restaurants and it was only a very short walk to the harbour and shops.

Bad

Really bad service and no one to answers my request. We were supposed to have two beds but one was broken. I have asked for refund or discount but i haven't received any answers from the property. I am really upset!

Location: very good!

There was plenty of mould in the bathroom. We think the shower drain is rusted through. There is a lack of hooks to hang towels or jackets. A wardrobe would be nice. Shelves are missing. It took time for towels to be replaced or for us to get new toilet paper. No cleaning. No old dirty towels were removed. The price was not justified as no services except one time towel exchange on request.

Nice studio in the hearth of Funchal

-location -fast checkin and checkout (lock with the code) -customer platform/website - you can see your reservation, order breakfast, taxi… -fast wifi -fully equiped kitchen -nice balcony

-mosquitos - be prepared and buy something against them (there are some staines on the walls) -broken TV -noise from airconditioning (on the roof) -no view from windows

Amazing time for my birthday !

The apartment was clean and spacious. Excellent WiFi connection allowed me to work on a computer. It felt like home. Huge bedroom and comfortable bed. I will never forget this place :) I love you Madeira !

mosquitoes, water was pouring out of the paddling pool. But it's not a big problem :) Still love the place.

Great apartman in center of Funchal. Be aware at 8 am the bell start ringing and rings every 15 minutes. But that is okay when you in city center. We didnt mind it. We sere very satisfied with this apartment.
