Great experience

Jaime was very responsive, greeted us very nicely upon our arrival. The apartment was very clean and spacious, we stayed as a group of 6 but can hold 8 people very easily. The kitchen was very well equiped as well, so we were able to cook most of the days.

A table/chairs outside might be nice to have breakfast or dinner out when the weather is nice. No other comments, as we enjoyed very much.

Perfect stay

The villa was very nice, clean and well equipped. The owner was also super nice and always helpful, the contact with him was very fast. I fully recommend!

Cozy modern villa with 4 en-suite nice location

Modernity , nutral decoration. All 4 rooms with en-suite Well equipped Location Terrace and swimming pool.

An excellent stay, and would gladly stay at Charming Villa again.

I lovely place to stay, reasonably close to plenty of restaurants and close enough to walk to Funchal centre if reasonably fit.

Everything was good, but sometimes you feel as if the house is designed for style over functionality. Two minor examples, the sink surround is sloping and there are no shelves, also the bedside table was very small, but there was nowhere else in the accommodation bedroom to place things, such as a desk or dressing table.

Nice Villa

Very Spacious, clean and well equipped villa. Each bedroom has own bathroom so good for families or group of friends sharing. Owner very friendly and helpful. 25 minutes walk to centre of Funchal, 15 minutes to Lido area. Definitely recommend.

As said in other reviews, the only negatives are the noisy road at busy times, lots of dogs barking in neighbours gardens and no table and chairs in the garden only loungers.

The location of the property is great. Lots of room for a big group/families with each room having its own bathroom. The pool is a good size.

The gate and doors to the property were temperamental and difficult to open at times. There were only 4 sun beds with no outdoor chairs which was unfair as the property slept 8 people. There was a portable fan in the bedrooms but an aircon unit would be more appreciated.

Amazing!

The property is located just at the end of Rua Casa Branca and just behind the Lido Monumental strip. The property itself is amazing. It is extremely spacious, the living room and kitchen combined was a superb social area and plenty of room for 8 people. The bedrooms all had en-suite bathrooms which we’re not expected, the garage is a great size and there is ample parking. Could not fault this property what so ever, location and facilities were great. It was cleaned 3 times during our 12 night stay with fresh towels and sheets which again we did not expect. Approximately 20/25 minute walk to the centre of Funchal and a 5/10 minute walk to the Estrada Lido Monumental where the is ample bars and restaurants. Many thanks to Jaime for accommodating everything and allowing a smooth and flexible check in and check out.

Exceptional

House is modern and clean, and had everything you need (dish washer, washing machine). The fact that each bedroom has a bathroom was a big plus, and the living room + kitchen is big enough. Communication with the host was great.

Street the house is on is a bit noisy from the traffic. None of the noise makes it inside of the house, however it's something to be aware of when on the patio for example. Wasn't a huge problem though.

Great location, excellent facilities, every bedroom has its own insuite bathroom. Staff facilitated an early check in which was really handy for us.
