Really enjoyed our stay apartment was very clean tidy it was very near the subway and the shops .

Very good

The location was very good and close to the underground and shops. Beds were comfortable including the sofa bed and it was on the ground floor. Didn't watch much TV.

The blinds in bedrooms weren't working very well with one that was broken, when you rolled up the blinds there was black bin liners sellotaped to the lower part of the window as it was a last minute thing. I did contact the owners and sent about 4 pictures to show them what was wrong with the apartment.

It was more of an ordeal more of a death trap. Children could not be able to stay in this property

very unhelpful and rude hosts. had issues within the house with a faulty smoke detector alarm that made my stay almost impossible. no replies from the hosts for hours.

Sofa bed was good. Wifi was good. Plenty of towels were provided.

Broken floor outside the main door, spiderwebs on both side of main door and in the house. Broken bell, property is in a state of repair, TV is not a smart TV. Both rooms had big mark of flood from property above on the roof. Not a nice view while laying on the bed. Toilet tub side is broken and left without repairs. Room door handles are broken and I got stuck inside the room as one of the door had no back handle. Furniture and doors are quite old, toilet door needs a good lock. All windows were taped/covered with bin bags. Neighbourhood was noisy and I woke up at 1pm by loud door noise next door and then lots of noise by passing by people especially at night time. Fridge makes a loud noise.

I don’t recommend it.

We didn’t received the appartament we payed for, it was antoher one. It was dirty, very dirty, we spent one day from our holiday to clean it because we couldn’t live in there. We didn’t had coffee machine, the sofa was broken, there were glass pieces on the floor, the bath tube very dirty, and the person who gived us the appartament didn’t even cared about our complain. She just ignored it.

On the basis of our experience I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

The location was the one plus being so close to the Hospital where we had an appointment. Apartment heating was good. Very close to St Georges Hospital.

No one to let us in. Phoned the company and eventually they called back to take £400 deposit before giving the code number for the key box, but this was for the apartment next to the one that had been allocated. They gave me the code but it did not open the box, but with the help of a passerby we established that we were given the wrong code but somehow our helpful passerby managed to discover the correct code and eventually we got in. Knobs on the oven were broken and it appeared to be totally useless but at least the microwave worked. Whilst the beds were reasonably comfortable the seating was anything but.

Great location for tooting High Street and close to station , very clean property , comfy beds , has everything needed whilst working away from home , the host very helpful too

Delapidated house - see google reviews. The location was the one and only plus side.

The location near the station was great

Everything could be improved : the shower was so complicated, it went between freezing cold and scorching hot - we had to tweak every tap for about 10 minutes each morning just to get a comfortable temperature. The facilities were in a state of disrepair - dust in corners, stains in various places on walls, surfaces and floors, badly done flooring, lights that didn't work, poor quality toilet paper and little of it, the garden had a broken fence (check out the pictures on google), a smelly fridge (even though it was empty) and a couch with a seat only 6inches off the ground. It was quite embarrassing really. I would not stay here again, and cannot recommend anyone else stay here to be honest.

Location

The property kitchen materials were not in a good condition, lacks sanitation, lights weren't working, all equipment rusty and sticky. Rubbish piled up right infront of property, the smell was awful, this is health and safety issue.

Disappointing

Television didn't work, oven was not possible to use, nice people but the apartment was a bit sad with a few broken bits and pictures from the walls left lying against the wall.

Beds were comfy

Having booked the apartment for 6, we expected crockery for 6, but there was only enough for 4. There was no toilet roll. The microwave didn't work, only 3 out of 4 rings on the hob worked. The oven smoked the apartment out. The apartment was bare and not as in the photos. And the kitchen chairs were very dirty, last thing, there was no key to lock the back door. It was locked from the inside with a sliding lock like in a bathroom. Oh and the fridge smelled funky. Otherwise it was fit for purpose.

Very good

Location was perfect for us due to family being close by. For all visitors…It is very close to Tooting Broadway Tube station and a range of shops and restaurants. Fatima was very easy to connect with and dealt with everything really well.

Wasn’t very clean and some of the fittings and fixtures were a bit basic and a couple were broken (EG shower screen)

- Terrible pillows (bring your own) - Place is looking tired/tatty, needs some TLC - Not very cosy - Had to re-tune the tv - Couldn't find the wifi

Horrible I will be looking for a full refund I do have photos but they will not upload

Nothing it was the worst place I have ever stayed in I tried to book another room at a hotel but as Wimbledon was on everything was full if it hadn't been a absolute necessity I would of gone back home .

The only thing I like about this place was leaving it and returning home
