Excellent staff!

Excellent hotel, perfect location and excellent staff - special mention to the manager Park, who was always kind, smiley and ready to help! He really made the stay very pleasant.

Clean, spacious room, good location

Location was perfect, large room for the price and good value! Very very clean, seems that they may have just recently renovated the building or it's still considered a new hotel, I'm not sure.

Check-in times could have been a bit more flexible, but otherwise everything else was great. You also had to pay for breakfast (which I didn't notice that until I accidently had some water.. the sign was small!)

Very pleasant stay.

Very clean accomodation. The deluxe room is very spacious. Bathroom is spacious. Shower area is separated from toilet. Good space around bathroom sink for toiletries. Comfortable bed. Pillows on the firm side but overall ok. Got to walk from Seomyeon station. With luggage may be more troublesome since pavements are not so even. Without luggage, is a nice short walk with shops, cafes, restaurants to distract. Many restaurants within walking distance around the area. Cafes can be found nearby for breakfast, so not necessary to pay for breakfast at hotel as breakfast area is also very small.

Would be great if there were cups in room for guests to use if need to make a warm drink. Only small paper cups were provided.

Cosy and practical

The room was quite big by the Korean standards. The bathroom and very well divided and very practical. It had a big and comfortable bed and a super big smart TV. The small hall of the room is very nice because it limits the noise from the corridor. Overall a nice stay.

The reception is quite small and impractical, but is not a real problem. The hotel's position is not the best, but is ok in terms of transportation and utilities in the neighborhood.

Will definitely stay again

Everything! Staff: Andrew at reception had perfect English and was very welcoming and friendly. Cleaning lady was also nice. They all really gave the hotel a warm atmosphere, which was comforting to come back to after a long day out. Location: - 24hr convenience store right outside of the hotel entrance - Close to Seomyeon station and surrounding shopping malls Room: - Room came with a clothes dryer machine (not sure what it's called) that can sanitize clothes and dry them. Super appreciated as it rained on us during our stay. - Powerful hair dryer: I'm often disappointed by hotel hair dryers for being too slow and weak, so I tend to pack my own when travelling, but the little hair dryer in the room was great! - TV with heaps of channels and aircon controls built into the remote - Our room also had a huge bathtub (but we didn't have time to use it) - Toilet equipped with bidet functions

The shower drain clogged up quickly (both my friend and I have long hair). It wasn't a deal breaker as all we needed to do was lift the drain cover and poke around a bit at the drain hole, but it would've been nice to not think about it when taking a shower.

We would not hesitate to come back to this property on our next visit to Busan.

Presidential unit was spotless, location was very convenient, staff at front desk were extremely welcoming. The photos and description on the website matched the actual property.

Una notte Busan

Struttura situata in una posizione comoda per visitare Busan. Camera spaziosa e con tutti i comfort. Vista dai terrazzi bellissima, non abbiamo potuto usare l’idromassaggio esterno perché faceva freddo. Sauna super rilassante! Noi siamo stati molto bene. Per il nostro gruppo è stata perfetta!

Qualche zanzara di notte se restano aperte le finestre. Per il resto tutto benissimo.

מלון טוב, בהחלט שווה את התמורה

החדר היה מרווח, נקי ומאוורר, האבטיה מפנקת וזרם המים היה טוב. לא היה חסר מים חמים. המיטה נוחה והחנייה מקורה שזה מעולה לימים גשומים. מבחינת המיקום זה מאוד תלוי לאיזו מטרה הגעת. אנחנו היינו בחופשה, היתה קירבה טובה לרחובות שסוביבים את הlotta והמטרו במרחק 12-15 דקות הליכה. יש חנות נוחות ממש ממול ובמרחק של 5-10 דקות מגוון בתי קפה במקום יש מכונת כביסה( בין שעה וחצי לשעתיים- ניתן לקנות נוזל כביסה בלובי תמורת 5000 וואן) ומייבש (בין שעתיים לשעתיים וחצי)

הטלביזה לא עבדה אם כי זה לא הפריע לנו. בנוסף היו רק מגבות פנים, כדאי לבקש מגבת גוף.

We loved our room!

We loved our room! Bed was super comfortable and really big. There is a huge TV with Netflix as well and you can watch it comfortably from the bed. There is heating and aircon, so it is never too cold or too warm. Big bathroom with separate shower and bath tube. Everything is very clean. Staff does not speak much English but this is common in Korea. Internet works well and we were able to work remotely without issues. Would def stay here again.

Brilliant Busan stay

Fantastic location - hotel is situated in a great spot, 10 min walk to a big station, loads of restaurants and bars around + convenience store right across the street. The room was also excellent - really clean and modern. Great facilities - you even get an additional bag of amenities (spare toothbrush etc) when you check in + Staff brilliant too - really friendly - gave us the heads up on a nearby drone show. Would 100% stay again!

The staff were so friendly and accommodating! The room was super spacious and the hotel is in a convenient location. For a first time visitor to Busan, Seomyeon is a great place to base yourself.

Overall decent but not great

Location was perfect to discover Busan

We got a room on the first floor so there was noise from outside and we couldn’t get a different room. Also there were not enough towels provided to us, this happened twice.

快適に過ごせので、次回も宿泊させて頂こうと思います。

清潔で、過ごしやすいお部屋でした。スタッフの方がとても親切で、気持ち良く滞在させて頂きました。

浴槽付きのお部屋だったのですが、浴槽が縦型で、水栓が奥に付いていたので、お湯を溜めたり抜いたりするのに、いちいち浴槽に入って操作しないといけなかったのが、不便でした。

Comfortable and clean.

I liked the size of the bathroom and how everything down to a toothbrush was provided so if you forgot anything it was OK.

The bath was difficult to get out of because of how it was positioned.

Clean and Cozy Room

About 15 mins taxi ride from Busan KTX station and about 15 mins walk to the nearest Seomyeon metro. Location is near restaurants/coffee and many choices for street food, with a convenience store right across the hotel. Hotel room is clean and cozy, with comfortable beds. Friendly staffs at the desk.

Took awhile to figure out the controls for the room lights + AC+ TV as they are all controlled through a single remote control - an instruction on the welcome note would help to ease that. Bathroom floors would get wet from showering in the bath tub as there is no shower curtain.

房間空間很大。遙控器很特別，可以控制電視與冷暖氣。房間有一台電子衣櫃，很適合吃完燒肉後，外套掛在裡面除臭。

沒有乾濕分離，洗完澡後，常常會整間浴室地板都是濕答答的。房卡只有提供一張，有時候不太方便。

Excellent hotel, welcoming staff and luxurious interior.

The hotel was simple, but extraordinarily decorated and they had everything you need. In the hotel room they had all you need, and they even provided skincare products. The staff was also super nice, and the receptionist even brought me some free tea when I did some work in the lobby, in addition to recommending spots to check out in the city.

The walls in the hotel was a bit thin, but it was not a big problem, as the sounds from outside vere completely absent in the room

Overall, it was a enjoyable stay in H Avenue and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The concierge manager was very helpful. He recommended us places of interest in Busan, how to get around and locations where we can get our breakfast and local food. We requested for adjoining rooms and were provided. The rooms included the toilet were very clean and the toilet came with the latest automatic bidet and autoflush. The location is very convenient and is about 10-15 mins from the train station.

More clothes hangers should be provided as only 4 were provided in each room. As our trip was during winter, we have to hang our jackets, inner wear, pants and we have to leave it on the bed and chairs.

西面駅から歩ける距離で近くに遅くまでやっている飲食店もあってよかったです！24時間の小さなマートもあるのでお土産を買うのも便利でした！！内装も綺麗でテレビもデカくてYouTubeも見れましたチェックアウトが遅れたら追加料金がかかるそうですが30分ぐらい前に電話してくれたのでよかったです！！

地元の友達がここはラブホ街だよって言っていたので女性1人で夜出歩く時は少し気をつけたほうがいいと思いました！！！！トイレットペーパーは流せませんので流せるのに慣れている人は注意が必要です

Great, clean hotel, great staff, good walking distance to everything.

Very clean and accommodating. Close by happening streets, restaurants and shopping. Many interesting cultural theaters and clubs. Close to Lotte Shopping Mall. Buses and metro in 5 to 10 minutes walking distance.

Just the steet where the hotel is though, isn’t so nice. Breakfast is minimal.

Hôtel très agréable en centre ville.

Hôtel moderne et bien placé proche de la ligne de métro qui dessert les principales stations de site touristique la ligne 1. Les lits sont parfaits et les chambres très bien équipées, le personnel parle très bien anglais.

L’électricien leur a posé un boîtier illogique pour les éclairages, il faut couvrir le boîtier la nuit, « boutons s’éteignent si on les utilise ». C’est un petit détail amusant.

Good value for its price

The rooms including drains were clean, water pressure was also fine. The hotel provides good service. We've got friendly responses from them. Borrowing charging adapters may contain extra fee according to the information.

1. Spare bath towels were not enough. 2. The restroom and shower isn't completely separated. 3. The public space is a bit small But overall, the quality is good value for its price.

Very nice boutique hotel but on a quiet street and not places to eat breakfast

Very clean, great shower, good room size and friendly staff.

Not many restaurants for breakfast, quiet and not easy to find because it has change name so many taxi drivers couldn’t find in their apps
