Beautiful, comfy, romantic room with amazing art in a real Italian town.

I absolutely loved the blue room! It is an enormous room with a comfy bed and futon couch. Carmen's art is beautiful and it made the room feel amazing. The large windows framed the view and scenery perfectly. Everything was clean! I appreciated Carmens help with how to get to her place and her help with finding a taxi when I left. Her restaurant suggestion was delicious!

The only thing I would change would be the privacy of the room from the balcony that the other guests can access. The blue room has two beautiful large french doors that look out to the balcony and the patio where everyone can sit and be outside. It was a surprise to me and the person outside when they saw me in my room in my PJ's. I would suggest sectioning off each part of the patio for the two side rooms to use privately.

Superb

The view was gorgeous, the room spacious and light. Everything was clean, the flat had lovely handmade decorations and creative paintings. Very good access to public transport, if you know to look for the circumvesuviana train. But the host was very helpful in guiding me when I got a bit lost due to misleading apps.

Beautiful flat, fantastic view, great terrace

Carmen`s B+B is a real piece of art. I would recommend for you to stay in the room with the view onto the Vesuv, even though this has its private bathroom outside of the room. But this room is just exepctionel with this view onto the bay and the volcano. It is also quite big and very nicely furnished. There is a breakfast with fresh cake, which is really nice. The rest of the kitchen is not equipped for cooking, but you can use the water cooker, which is helpful. Thank you, Carmen, I had a really nice stay. Castellamare is a nice and not too busy place to stay with day trip options in every direction. I really liked this little city. Extra tipp for a little trip: Take the cable car (funivia) to Mount Faito. Great view and (at least in October) not crowded at all in comparison to Pompeii and the Vesuv.

Well located to visit different places such as Pompei, Ercolano, Napoli, Amalfi … Quite place compared to the Amalfi coast and certainly compared to Napoli Nice teracce Friendly owners

Great views, location and value. Unlimited Espresso

Owner is extremely kind, access to air conditioning, location is near the train station, the view from the balcony is amazing, unlimited espresso from the machine.

Bathroom was separate from my own room (other rooms have bathrooms built into them), but everything else was perfect!!

Superb

Everything was great! The room was large with a view of the Marina and ocean. Nice large deck for a beer in the evenings, new air conditioning, clean and with a water fountain 40 m to the main entrance. Free parking on the street which was also great, there was always a spot to park there.

everything is so perfect, I highly recommend this hotel!

I love this balcony sooo much, my friend and I were chilling out all day facing at the sea and the volcano. it’s so hard to describe how beautiful it is. The landlord is so kind, when I was I’ll, she could even bring me some medicine at night!!! So warm-hearted!!!

Fabulous stay!

A complete value for money!! This gorgeous B&B has the most amazing views, you'd never want to leave the terrace. And it is only 5 minutes from the train station!! So well connected to other towns in Campania. Carmen is an excellent host and so flexible! She serves delicious breakfast. Love her home made cakes. I'm coming back again to Castellammare!!

It was an amazing stay at Occhi di mare

I really liked the room decor and the view of Mount Vesuvius and Tyrehnian sea from my room . Also the balcony was beautifully decorated with flowers 🌺

The breakfast wasn’t so great but fine for a short trip :)

Exceptional

I have been travelling for a while now and I have to say that this was one of my favourite places to stay at! Very attentive and courteous host. The room was beautiful and having the balcony with the sea view made it even better! The breakfast was amazing as well. No complaints at all :)

The stay met our expectations

View was exceptional, the room was clean and our host was really nice and helpful. She has garage and which is perfect, because parking is a big problem in Italy. In addition that location was very close to famous spots by car.

A small kitchen or a small fridge in the room would be nice actually.

Nice B&B with a spectacular view

A B&B in one of the upper storeys of an appartment house. Very friedly and supportive hosts, clean, good and large bed. A/c works fine, so does the wifi. Beautiful terrasse with view ofer the bay of Castellammare, with the Vesuv in the background. A well locked garage was also available. Altogether very good value for money.

Well, the room was not particularly large, and there was no place to work on the laptop. The bathroom is clean but rather tight. There are no restaurants in "easy walking distance", you have to walk down to the shore (not a big deal, but for not-so-young people like us walking back to the hotel is somewhat exhausting).

Carmen was extremely welcoming and made huge efforts to make me feel as comfortable as it was possible. She clearly went the extra mile and takes great pride in her lovely flat, I was really pleasantly surprised.
