Excellent Locaton & beautiful spacious apartment!!

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment is very spacious & clean with all amenities. Location was excellent , close to the main attractions. Host was wonderful & very helpful. Check in and check out was very smooth. Would love to stay again in this property.

Unpleasant

The host was very unhelpful, they did nothing about the fact that our doors weren’t working and we couldn’t lock the door. Everyday we had to leave all of our belongings without any sort of protection, and the host ignored my emails about it. Also i left a valuable object behind and even though i precisely remember where i left it, the owners claim that they haven’t found it which is quite odd. The apartment is alright, but the lack of help is disturbing.

Amazing stay in Budapest

We had a really nice stay at Splendid Trees Apartment. Really good location, close to all tourist sites, clean, spacius enough for two families with small children. A great plus for the dishwasher. Easy check-in and check-out and good communication with the host.

Spacious and close by to many tourists attractions.

Sofa were very dirty and not recommending if you have too many luggage as it is on second floor. No lift.

The location and accommodations were incredible

When we arrived we found a booklet with all kinds of places to eat, activities etc., which came in very handy

A fan next to every bed would have been very useful

Chain Bridge closed until 2023

Location.

Chain Bridge is closed (under renovation) until 2023. Asked for free cancelation like 3 weeks before as host never mentioned this and it was therefore inconvenient as I was travelling and crossing to Pest side with my elder parents, they refused the free cancelation. While staying, had a problem with the shower and they never replied.

property is in superb location. easy to find transportation options.

the property is in 2nd floor and does not have elevator (lift) facility which was very difficult to handle the luggage.

Amazing. I would highly reccomend

it was spacious and full of light. You felt safe here and was close to all of the Buda attractions. So amazing!

Very big apartment and good location. It was 20 min from Budapest centre only because the chain bridge was closed. Nice view and near a tram and metro station. We also booked the taxi service from booking and it was really good and cheap

Poor cleaning and difficult communication with the host. The building was very old and dirty

Great

Spacious apartment. Good vibe for a trip to Budapest. Nice place nearby the Danube. We had a problem with the shower, but in one call they solved the problem. The plumber did his job, perfect solution. So in one word place is perfect.

Poor

Good location.

We arrived late at night (the apartment itself can be a little difficult to locate in the dark) only to find there was no soap or toilet paper and it seemed as though the apartment had not been cleaned after the previous tenants. A few things we found: beds/linen looked used, linens we found tossed into the closet smelled of body odor, we found hairs on each bed as well as in the toilet and bathroom sink, the sponge in the kitchen was covered in filth, dust/dirt on the kitchen counter, and the couch cushions were out of place and we found coins and a pen on one of them. We notified the hosts and the sent out the cleaning crew the next day. When we came back we found that the apartment looked fantastic. Everything was fresh and clean. If the apartment was in this state when we first arrived we would have given much a better review. I hope this was just a fluke occurrence with our stay.

Exceptional

The apartment is very comfortable and stylish. There is a lot of free space, a good kitchen and a bathroom, very comfortable beds. The location is great! - a few steps to the embankment. The Széchenyi Bridge is a few minutes walk away, but it is currently closed for renovations. Very friendly and caring attitude of the owners. We really enjoyed!

I would highly recommend

Beautiful apartament in a beautiful locatiion. Close to all castels of old Buda and just across the Bridge from centre of Peszt.

Everything was perfect
