Good location (in the center of Venice), nice host, close to vaporetto station, lots of restaurants in surroundings, cozy apartment, very clean, kitchen very well equipped.
the smell inside the building (it wasn't anything significant) and the lack of elevator (it wasn't a problem for me, but my friends are more sedentary).

I loved the spacious apartment. It was spotlessly clean. It was so quiet at night. The showers were excellent, the beds large and comfortable and it has all the necessary appliances.
Silena was most helpful and patient and ready to be of assistance should we need advice during our stay. There is a cafe and restaurant down on the little square outside the apartment.
I would most certainly return to this apartment if visiting Venice again.
The many steps up to the third floor is a challenge for elderly people or people with mobility issues. It's not a problem if you're reasonably fit.

Very strong smell of weed on the first floor of the building

We loved our apartment and our hostess was lovely. Great sized rooms (so much bigger than pics show), 2 bathrooms - good air conditioning! The location is off the tourist track but near to a vaporetto station and supermarket “coop” - a lot of stairs but ok for us. Kitchen quite small but had what you needed! Nice for a family with 3 kids are 2nd bedroom had a double and a single bed.
Showers a little finicky with hot water but we weren’t too bothered . 5 people at height of summer it’s not a problem taking a cool shower for a few minutes!

Great location, lots of space with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The entrance is tricky to find the first time. “Lobby” and stairs a bit dark, have to haul luggage up stairs.

Warm welcome from host and good communication. Well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Thank you.

The place is clean and certainly meets basic needs. Hostess is very kind and helpful. Even helped with lugging the bags up to the fourth floor.
Apartment is on 4th floor, with narrow and difficult stairs, no elevator (lift). This should have been noted in the description.

The host was supersweet, responding to my messages really quickly, she was waiting for me as we spoke before, showed and explained everything :) I travelled with two other friends and we had all we needed - two bathrooms, equipped kitchen and a tiny common space, all clean and tidy. The flat is perfectly located (close to the center, but in a quiet spot), we were able to get on foot pretty much everywhere we wanted. Can totally recommend!

Very nice and large apartment. Good for a family or a group of friends. Two large bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Great location. 2 minutes from vapporeto, as well as walking you can reach any point of interest. We walked around the whole city!
Very clean bathroom. The kitchen, although small, has everything you need, even a dishwasher.
This is not a minus point, but the visitors will ready for it - big audibility from neighboring houses. but the street is quite calm and quiet, at night it did not cause discomfort. this is italy and that's spesific this country)
Will be happy to come back again!
bad and not stable wi-fi

The friendly owner was there on time, explaining everything that was needed. The place is easy to find. It is a lovely apartment, very clean and very bright. There is a large nice bedroom with two windows facing the small space where you can have your morning coffee, lunch or dinner. The kitchen has everything you need - nothing is missing. The bathroom is large and well decorated here too there is what one needs. We were here 8 days and lacked nothing. The apartment is 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square, especially if you go to the right when you get out of the apartment. Ok, there are stairs and no elevator, but that's no problem, we are75 and 76 and ran up. The apartment is quite close to the stop for the boats - both those to the train station and around to Murano / Burano / Torcello / San Erasmo and several others islands. The supermarket is just few meters away.

The place was clean, spacious, very quiet at night, had everything you need and it's in a great location only few steps away from the boat public transportation and supermarket and also to nice local restaurants with fabulous seafood. Within walking distance of most attractions in Venice.
The water temperature in the shower sometimes changes to cold in unpredictable intervals.

Good option, if you look for an affordable, non-luxury accommodation at Venice to discover the city.
The host is very kind and helpful.
The quarter is not overcrowded and nearby are bars, restaurants, a bakery and a supermarket.
Also the stop "Ospedale" of the Vaporettos is only a few minutes away.
Consider that the appartment is at the third floor without elevator and that there is no service at the stop "Ospedale" at night (you could use the next stop "Fondamente Nove" instead).

Good value apartment in quiet but convenient location. We particularly appreciated having a bathroom for each of the two bedrooms. The beds were comfy too.
The kitchen is very small, but that is not really a problem. There are plenty of restaurants round about including a good one in the square below.

What a wonderful secret gem. Perfectly located and great value for money!
