Great villa holiday with family.

Lovely villa with great facilities in a good location! We loved our stay so much that we have rebooked for next year! Janice and Stewart were great hosts and have included some lovely finishing touches. Great communication always available if we had any questions or needed recommendations for places to eat etc. We are really looking forward to returning in 2024!

Perfect. Feels like home from the first second. The house was sparkling clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the pool was super. Highly recommended.

The only thing we could say would benefit families like ours was having 2 single beds in one of the rooms instead of a double to suit children/teenagers sharing.

Great value for a great villa with great hosts.

Great value for a great villa with great hosts. This villa was excellent for a family. The place included a very nice pool, outdoor grill and all facilities you needed in the kitchen. Furthermore, it was very easy to get a response from the host. There is a reason why this place is rated as high as it is. We will be back for sure! Thank you!

Outstanding

We had 3 days of super relaxation and a lot of fun. Villa was absolutely fantastic, very homely, it had everything we needed, and the pool was great, especially for the kids. A comfortable place for a family and more. Janice and Stewart are very Attentive and helpful. I strongly recommend it to anyone who is seeking fun and relaxation, just wish we had more time. Definitely, we will be back again.

The simple fact i didn't book for longer, "Doh!", never mind next year

Beautiful Villa, the most relaxing holiday, we cant wait to come back!

Wow! This place is amazing. A fantastic clean villa with facilities that are exceptional, pool, jacuzzi, sun beds, BBQ, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, wine chiller, washing machine, dishwasher, washing line, inflatables and floats for pool, travel cot, dining areas, lounging areas, balcony furniture, TV's, WIFI, there was everything we could possible need and all within a 5 minute walk to the beach, local restaurants, supermarkets and other hotels. This is the best Villa we have ever stayed in by far. The owners, Janice and Stewart's attention to detail to ensure your holiday is perfect is exceptional. They were in regular contact to ensure we had everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble. We visited with friends and 2 children and have simply had one of the best holidays ever. The only downside is having to return home! We hope to return very soon and highly recommend Janice and Stewart's beautiful Villa to anyone who wants the most perfect holiday. Thank you so much from us all.

Wonderful home for perfect relaxation

Everything was perfect. It is a beautiful well kept house with a lovely garden and pool. We also appreciate how well equipped and clean it was. Will sue rely come back again

Maybe a softer mattress and different pillows, but that is a personal preference

The Karythia is amazing villa

The villa is located in a quiet location, within walking distance from the sea, shops, cafes and restaurants, bowling. The villa has everything you need for life. The bedrooms are great. My youngest daughter, who comes to us every night, slept on her bed all night. The territory corresponds to the photos. There is a bbq in the courtyard. The pool has one depth along its entire length. The children did not leave the pool and did not want to go to the sea. We were looking for a villa where we would be at home and our expectations were met. We spent an unforgettable time at the villa and will return there again when the opportunity appear. Special thanks to Janice and Stuart for their quick responses to all requests. They are wonderful hosts.

Strongly recommend it. Really wish we had more days there. Perfect, perfect, perfect.

The house was big and comfortable, the garden was beautiful, the pool and jacuzzi were awesome. Very clean place, well taking care off, with everything that a family needs. We as our kids loved it and of course will book it again. Strongly recommend it to everyone.

Exceptional

Janice and Stuart are fantastic hosts. The house has absolutely everything one would need to feel at home (even barbecue charcoal and accessories). Very clean home with a fully packed kitchen and products. I definitely recommend Karythia as a top holiday villa in close proximity to Ayia Napa as well, and would stay there again.

Fabulous and Honest Villa with great facilities and gardens

The villa was exactly as advertised and that alone was enough for us ... however it far exceeded expectation , the gardens are amazing and well maintained as is the pool. The villa is very comfortable for upto 4 adults or 2 adults 4 children . We were 5 minutes walking distance from the fab golden bay beach/hotel , but a car will be needed if you wish to see the Mackenzie or Finikious side of Larnaca. Janice and Stewart could not have been more attentive to any queries we had.
