Complex where the house is located is great. Also the house is very well equipped to hava a vacation with a baby.

Very good location

The place is big enough (4 persons), with all necessary facilities. There is a lovely terrace with flowers and trees, so you can have your meal in this beauty. The location is just awesome!!! Less than 10min walk to the Lighthouse and lovely promenade, and 20 min walk to very nice and cozy beach. With a few restaurants and cafe in the neighborhood. There is a swimming pool for all inhabitants of this small area (approx. 15 houses), where you can sit in case you don't want to go to the sea.

Maybe would be good to pay a little bit more attention to cleanliness. But it was a minor issue if to compare with the whole in general

Wonderful family trip

Andreas is a great host, very helpful and nice. The villa is located in a nice private and quiet complex, with a beautiful swimming pool, only a few minutes of the beach. The villa was clean, the kitchen well equipped, including a dishwasher; the master bedroom has a very comfortable super king size bed. We also enjoyed the front terrace, which although isn’t big, it was a great space to sit, read and relax, surrounded by palm trees and plants.

Would definitely recommend.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable and fitted all our requirements. It is walking distance from the beach as well as a beautiful restaurant for cocktails and food. The pool was perfect for lazier days and was always clean and relaxing. The staff were accommodating and easy to contact. Would definitely recommend.

Nice apartment in Pervolia

Excellent complex of apartments and houses located around a large shared pool. Handy to various beaches and nearby Kiti for any cafes or shopping. Host is friendly guy and very welcoming. Apartment is a great size with everything you need in it for a short or long stay. Aircon worked well.

Place smelled like it had been recently fumigated but cleared when aired out. Known issues with a disturbed (but ultimately harmless) neighbour could have been made known to us on arrival. Bed was huge but to me the mattress was not comfortable.

Everything. Perfect location just 5 minutes walking to the coast. Good restaurant with breakfast nearby. Quiet area.

Great location, good value for money

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk to the beach. Good communal pool too. Lovely outside seating area in front of the house, very peaceful. Plenty of room for two of us. Good internet connection. Shower always hot. Nice to have use of washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Good liaison with owners and good value for money.

With a little care and attention could be an excellent apartment. Furnishings a bit outdated, odd mix of crockery, cutlery and glassware. Lighting needs a bit of attention. Could be quite dark. Some of the cookware not properly cleaned and living room light needed attention. Old coat hangers, none matched.

Everything was great. The house is very close to the beach , easy access to the swimming pool. The house is fully equipped . The communication with the host,Andreas ,was excellent. Thank you for everything!

- good ( but not perfect ) localisation - you need to take 15 min walk to get to the beach; calm and fenced area. - swimming pool available for residents and guests of settlement. - specious apartament with assigned parking place - friendly owner.

Very well equipped and secluded

Very nice quiet ground floor accommodation in a small gated complex of mainly private villas. Everything you could need for self catering, although we ate out apart from breakfast. Even has a washing machine if staying longer. Good size communal pool area. Wine and fruit left for us when we arrived. Good communication with Andreas.

All in all everything was very nice.

The Apartment is lovely. Everything is nice and clean. It was very quiet. We had the pool for ourselves almost every afternoon and some mornings as well. Looks exactly like in the photos. Would definitely come back! Hearty welcome was perfectly on time.

Just some little things (e.g. Salt and Pepper or oil) for cooking were missing.

Everything was just excellent. The apartment is in a very nice, quiet and safe neighbourhood in a beautiful, closed lane with pool, very close to the sea. Host Andreas was very nice and friendly. On our first night he had left us some wine, beer, fruits and a little breakfast for the next morning.
