Lovely owners and gret place to stay

the host was super accommodating and helpful with any questions we had. she provided us with a list of activities and places to go and even allowed us to use the facilities after checkout as our flight was only at 10pm. the pool was always clean and the handyman at the property was super kind and helped us start the fire for the outdoor bbq. all in all, fantastic stay and would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful scenery, sunset, stargazing at night and singing birds

Warm welcome from the owner & friendly neighbours :) We stayed at the unit on the top floor and love the beautiful scenery, sunset, stargazing at night and the singing birds. Some were curious and came really close. The unit (nr 4 including a bathtub) was enough for the three of us. Since there were no other guests during our stay, we had the property for our own and we could check out a bit later :) Antonia was really helpful and offered her help if needed. (You still can hear the cars and construction, but this did not bother us. Since we live in a big city centre ourselves. Since this location is not located in the city centre a rental car was convenient for us (credit card required), but you can also call for an Uber/taxi as well, depending on the distance quite cheap ~€3,- to the mall and ~€25,- to the airport)

Sometimes there was an odd smell, during the day. So we had to close the windows. We were out for most of the days so it was not an issue, but good to consider this.

loveliest staff and apartment

property was lovely and clean and quiet, the pool was amazing and we could swim at night. the room had everything we needed for our stay both ladies working there made us feel so welcome will be coming back!!!

it was a little far out and didn’t have shops near but we could use uber so it was fine

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing time at Apartmani Lucante, Antonija was a great host so welcoming and helpful! She ensured we had the best time, and helped us with local things like going to shops and recommending restaurants for dinner. She was always available to help and checked in on us, thank you for having us and we hope to come again! The pool area is great, and having the property split into 3 apartments with each it’s own bathrooms and kitchens is a huge help for a big group like us. 100% recommend to stay here.

It would be good to have a supermarket In walking distance but it was easy to head to Konzum by Uber too.

Cost effective accommodation

I felt so much kindness from the owner. 1. timeless swimming pool - suitable for kids 2. Washing M/C (this is the good after swimming) 3. big fridge (including freezer) ☆ overall , the cost- effective

Perfect place to stay when you want to catch the ferry and sleep over in Split

The perfect place to stay when you want to catch the ferry and sleep over in Split! The apartment is situated outside the city centre, but easily accessible by car which can be safely parked in the spacious garden. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The surrounding is beautiful with a lovely garden where you can take some rest from your journey. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you're looking for a peaceful place to sleep over in Split! It can also be a peaceful place for a longer stay, if you are ready to drive to the city centre.
