Mala experiencia para dormir

La ubicación muy buena, cerca de centro comercial y el área de restaurantes en la carrera 70. Tenían servicio de lavandería.

Lastimosamente pasamos muy mala experiencia al dormir porque el colchón estaba recubierto de plástico, por lo que era muy caliente y hacia mucho ruido al moverse, lo mismo con las almohadas. El desayuno, aunque opcional, era muy sencillo y poca cantidad por el precio.

Bien, algo mejorable.

La ubicación es bastante buena, tiene una variedad de comercios y restaurantes en la zona. Barrio tranquilo con buena conexión a los sitios de interés de Medellin. Tener una salita junto a la recepción con aromática y agua es muy agradable, pero siendo Colombia, en lugar de cafe soluble podría ser natural.

El inmobiliario muy descuidado. Detalles como el cabezal de la ducha inexistente, el ventilador anticuado y ruidoso, la persiana no funcionaba correctamente entre otras cosas. Un gran dato a tener en cuenta es el ruido de ambiente por la avenida y la ubicación cercana al aeropuerto te limita en el descanso. El parking es limitado y aunque reservas, es posible que te toque dejar el vehículo en un parking fuera del hotel.

El aseo y el personal. Buena luz y ventilación natural

Demasiado sencillas las habitaciones, camas y almohadas no muy cómodas. El desayuno era repetido toda los días. Televisión muy básica.

Gran opción en Medellín

El cuarto del hotel y el baño muy espaciosos, el desayuno variado y muy rico, el personal del hotel muy amable.

El televisor del cuarto no tenía señal de cable por lo cual no lo utilizamos, no es algo súper relevante pero para mencionar algo

Muy cómodo y bien ubicado.

El barrio de Belén es muy agradable y seguro. Es lindo salir a caminar y uno de ahí puede ir fácilmente a cualquier parte de Medellín. El servicio es muy amable. Tiene muy bien todo lo básico que uno necesita en un hotel.

Excelente relación calidad / precio

El hotel está ubicado en una zona cercana a un parque con buena arborización y en un barrio tranquilo y seguro para salir a caminar. La limpieza en la habitación fue impecable y el desayuno excelente con opciones para elegir según el gusto.

El agua del tanque de servicio sanitario no bajaba con suficiente fuerza, como si estuviera obstruido el desague, parece que hay huéspedes que arrojan los papeles en la taza lo que puede ser la causa.

Estancia perfecta

Nos tocó la habitación más grande, y fue super cómoda, el espacio de la cocina muy práctico, el personal siempre atento a nuestras necesidades. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de calle principal con shopping a unas cuadras.

Very good

Very pleasant stay. The property, though outdated, is very well-maintained and clean. The whole staff, from the reception to the kitchen and cleaning crew, were so pleasant and friendly. The location is great, close to a mall, and a supermarket, and has numerous options to work out. Definitely recommend the stay!

I wish I had stayed an extra week.

The location is very convenient. Restaurants, supermarkets, a barbeshop, a 24hr cafe, and a mall all just a few minutes away by foot. You’re looking for some nightlife? Five minute walk from the closet nightclub. The surrounding neighborhood is pretty much all residential, so not much activity going on throughout the day. But entertainment is not far away. The staff were very attentive and helpful. I would honestly at times feel as if I were their only guest so they did everything they could to make sure I was taken care of.

I’m not sure if all showers are the same within the property, but my showerhead would only shoot out a very concentrated stream of water. If that’s how it’s supposed to be, then so be it. But I also never inquired about it, so that’s why it’s not really a dealbreaker. But mainly the fact there are no safes is what I disliked the most about my stay here.

Very basic place, no fuss. Casa Rosales is a nice little hotel in a good neighborhood, close to Laureles' busier streets but nicely tucked in, with a very welcoming personnel. I had a spacious room with a big bathroom, and it was more than enough.

The hotel can get a little noisy, since the windows point either to inside the echoic hotel hallway, or outside to the street with no sound proofing. The building itself is directly underneath the airplane path, and the Olaya Herrera airport is less than a kilometer away. The first arrival is 6.23 every week day, and you will wake up to it.

Wish I could have stayed longer! This hotel is at the top of my list for my next stay in Medellín

The staff was very friendly, communicative and helpful. The room was very spacious with a tv and mini fridge. My private bathroom was really phenomenal! Large and clean, had two large mirrors, lots of shelves and great water pressure in the shower. The internet was fast and reliable. Breakfast was very good and convenient. The neighborhood was shockingly quiet for Medellín with a beautiful park across the street.

Decent stay and location if you are on a budget or can sleep through airplanes departing and humid rooms

Staff was friendly, breakfast, wifi connection was very good most of the time. Located in residential area, without walking distance to area with lots of restaurants, and Calle 70 (nightlife). Felt safe.

Close to airport, the airplanes will wake you up on the morning. No AC, only 1 loud fan, and small window. Our on second floor was very warm. Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. You will need a taxi to get to El Centro and El Poblado
