Me gusta mucho el hotel,

El personal excelente, las habitaciones están bastante bien, hay una zona mas antigua donde están habitaciones tipo aparatemento, muy grandes y espaciosas. Mientras que la zona nueva son habitaciones más modernas, pero más pequeñas. El desayuno y el peronal de desayuno excelente. La relación calidad-precio es genial. Ya he repetido y creo que lo volveré a hacer.

Ojo si quieres descansar de verdad. Se oye bastante algún bar cercano al hotel. Apreciación peronal: como la calidad-precio es muy buena, algunos huespedes... pues..... digamos que son muy ruidosos, esto no es culpa del hotel, pero hay que tener en cuenta que hay gente que se queda con música, televisión hasta tarde y con la puerta abierta. Para viajar con familia, puede ser un tema a tener en cuenta. En cualquier caso volveré a repetir.

Hotel muy céntrico (cerca del área del estadio y de estación del metro).

La ubicación del hotel es SUPER BUENA Y CÉNTRICA! La atención de sus trabajadores es buena.

Solo que a nivel estructura está algo descuidada. Mi habitación tenía una gotera (702). En el momento que estuvimos hospedaje se encontraban dano mantenimiento, espero que cuando vielva lo puedan solucionar.

Attentive staff, large and clean rooms, and proximity to Metro station, restaurants, and bars made for a perfect stay.

The building had a complex architectural structure. Unfortunately, my room was on the 5th floor, where the elevator didn't stop, forcing me to use the stairs on the 8th floor. It was pretty inconvenient, especially with my suitcase. Furthermore, despite the beautiful kitchen, no kettles, pots, cups, plates, or utensils were available, rendering it unusable.

for the price point don’t waste your time or money

it was centrally located and close to decent restaurants

First of all we were thirty after our trip. We asked if they had water and they pointed us to an office water cooler type machine. we sort of chuckled and asked if we could get some bottled water and they told us they did not sell any so we had to leave the hotel and walk down the street and around the corner to buy bottles water at a restaurant. My wife and I we’re celebrating our anniversary and the only reason we chose this hotel was because it had a jacuzzi tub. it only had enough hot water to fill to your ankles and then only cold. long story short don’t waste your time or money if you want any luxuries like hot water or bottled water

AC wasn’t big enough to cool the room. Water heater doesn’t work during the day, I’m assuming as water heater is shared with rooms around and not big/strong enough.

Big family room, really it looks like an apartment, 2 bedrooms one with a King bed, Tv, and bathroom, the other room with 2 twin beds, Tv and guest bathroom. It has a kitchen with a fridge, a laundry room, a small living room with a big sofa, a dining room with a table and 4 chairs. Safe surrounding areas. Very courteous and helpful Receptionist and bellhop, samething than the owner.

Very bad WiFi, we have to go to reception area to get a regular signal. Two star Hotel a little bid overpriced. Building outdated. Safe not working. Water heater not so good, it was too hard to adjust temperature, water was too hot or too cold, just about 3 minutes in between to get a good temperature.

Pleasant stay. Great a/c and wifi. Noise from street will be a major problem for some people.

The room was nice and the a/c was good. Staff was friendly. Seemed clean and well kept.

The noise from the club at the corner is pretty loud. It wasn't a problem for me, but wanted to put this out there for those who may not like that. I had to double-check to make sure the windows were closed cause it was so loud from the street haha

Great place for a long or short stay.

This is an older hotel but well maintained and the staff is very helpful even though only a couple know English. This place has character which I like. Very quiet and clean place. Some beautiful old furnishings. The bathrooms are very small but everything works. Internet worked good most of the time but I experienced lost connections many times. I am still here today as I write and the connection has been dropped several times but in time returns. The breakfast is extra and only average. The coffee is free so I just have coffee in the restaurant and go to a fruit stall and bakery for the rest. Short walk to many services and restaurants. Residents here get a discount at lavododera restaurant around the corner. If you love avocados your will love this restaurant.

Bathrooms are small which I suspect is caused by the age of the hotel. Internet disconnects but does return. Average breakfast.

Everything is great, comfy beds, good WiFi, smart tv, free lovely coffee and water in reception, great location. Dog friendly. Always would stay here when we visit Medellin

The small lift can get very busy, when staying on upper floors sometimes you have to climb the stairs.

close to bars and still quiet

the front desk guy wouldn’t let my friends stay that long it was very stressful we only got the hotel to get dress and go out so it defeated the purpose of the hotel

All in all it is a lovely hotel with a beautiful rooftop patio with amazing views of the city. Friendly and helpful staf

We have been here several times and the San Pedro is our go to spot when spending a few nights in Medellin. The area is one of our favourite neighborhoods with nearby access to a beautiful park, the metro, restaurants and a variety of shops.

Our only disappointment was that we were in a Jr Suite which is advertised as have a coffee pot and some kitchen items yet there were none. As we had brought some food items with us, we had anticipated making our own morning coffee and lunches but were unable to.

Wonderful place, wonderful location

Really wonderful hotel located in Laureles, not far from the stadium or La 70, meaning there were a bunch of really cool restaurants and bars in and around the area. Close to the Floresta metro station, so it was easy to get around the city. As for the hotel itself, it was a pleasure staying there. Friendly and welcoming staff, wonderful spacious, clean and comfortable facilities. Very strong WiFi too. Nice rooftop overlooking the city and the mountains too, which looks stunning at night. I had a very enjoyable stay here, and I would love to stay again. 10/10 experience :)
