We loved staying at Warren's House. Great location to walk downtown. It was beautifully decorated with a great mixture of antique furniture with all modern amenities. It was just my husband and I staying there, but with so many bedrooms we kept saying we should come back again with our extended family to enjoy the house. We hated to leave!

We loved this home. AC was key that particular week. Happy to have bathrooms off each bedroom, made for privacy. Beds were comfortable, kitchen space and cooking tools great, loved the deck and front swing. We have stayed several times in Livingston area. This was ideal for meals and drinks if going out, all is walkable. We were not far from rivers, hiking and park. Perfect space for me and my adult children.

Great family location
Wonderful historic neighborhood with downtown area only blocks away. Great yard for dogs, bags games, and coffee on the deck. I highly recommend this house for those looking to enjoy all Montana has to offer, while still having the comforts of home.

Our Livingston stay
Great property in an Awesome location. We love Livingston. This property was as advertised. We would stay here again. There were a few light bulbs missing, and toilet paper holder in upstairs bathroom was dislodged, just minor inconveniences... overall if you are looking for a place with close proximity to town this is it!

Ideal location and perfect for the family.
We loved the main floor open living area, and the large backyard, that were both great places to relax in between activities on our son's wedding weekend. The bikes were great to have to explore downtown Livingston. Check in and out was a breeze. Great property!

Fabulous house with a great back yard bbq
We had a great time at Warren's House. It is a great old house! The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were very nice, with a spectacular shower in the master bath upstairs. The kids stayed in the bedroom attached to the master bedroom and my mom stayed in the other bedroom upstairs, there was plenty of room for us. We had my brother and his family over for a bbq in the back yard!

Beautiful, spacious home with everything you need to feel at home. Old-style charm...but updated! Perfect size for get-togethers with our Montana family. Cookouts and play-time in the completely fenced-in backyard with the grandkids and dog. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms were beautifully renovated (the shower in the master bath was fabulous!) Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Perfect location - close to everything. Property manager provided all the information we needed up-front, responded immediately to any questions, and helped us out by providing a Pack & Play for our youngest grandchild. Will definitely book again for future trips to Livingston.

Nice location and beautiful home with some drawbacks
For people who like older homes, this is a beautiful one. The location is very convenient to downtown, and the house is modern and has comfortable beds. We rented over Christmas, and it was a good house for an old-fashioned Christmas feel. Like most older homes, it had some drafty areas, which would not be a problem in the nicer months. However, in the strong Livingston winds, it was cold in some areas. The fireplace was a welcome help, and there are places in Livingston to buy wood. This house would be fine for about 4-5 people, but the double bed upstairs was small for two people, and the pull-out couch (like most of them are) was not very desirable. We would recommend this house to a group of fewer than 6 people in the nicer months of the year.
