This house was beautiful. The gardening around the house was beautiful and inside was clean, with great interior design choices. The location was so close to everything we wanted to do.

This home is amazing!! I will definitely rent again. The view is spectacular, its a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything. The kitchen has everything you need to make full family meals.

We loved this property. The setting is beautiful and serene. We looked out at the ocean across a grassy field full of lavender each morning. The house was incredibly well stocked with kitchen equipment, barbecue, hot tub, games, books and a TV. We enjoyed all the common rooms and the bedrooms were very nice too. The furnishings were beautiful and truly made us feel like we were a guest in someone’s home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! House was clean and well supplied. It's location was perfect..a short drive to Fort Bragg or Mendocino. Beautiful ocean view and a phenomenal hot tub to end the day. Highly recommend!

House was beautiful. The only issue was dealing with the management Vacasa. Their website says to contact them for late check out and got a “No.” Also said to call for an additional dog but again said “No.” I don’t understand why they say call but basically don’t bother because it’s going to be “No.”

Hello...this is the second time we have stayed here. We very much enjoy many things about this place.
Love the ocean view, the hot tub, the lovely well equipped kitchen, the cleanliness and esthetics. Just a super comfortable and inviting place.

This was a great place for our two-family getaway. Plenty of space for the kids to play outside and inside, while the grownups could retire to the dining room or kitchen for quiet and amazing ocean views. The kitchen is well laid out for entertaining. We enjoyed both the hot tub and the fireplace during our winter trip. We'll definitely try to stay again.

Our second stay as a family in this home. Electric lock is a little finicky but we had a great thanksgiving. Loved every second!!

My husband and I and daughter, son-in-law, and baby Hazel have an amazing time in Mendocino this week. We loved staying at your beautiful home. It was so clean and have everything we needed and it was dog friendly for our kids pups! Centrally located to the botanical garden and Princess Seafoods and right between Fort Bragg and Mendocino so fun shopping too!!

Very nice property. Beautiful view. Very nicely appointed. Close to all activities.

We rented this for a band reunion - 40 years in the making! The house was just perfect; clean, quiet (after loud guitars and noise, just what we needed), and well equipped. The rooms were comfortable and separated enough that no one felt crowded. We didn’t cook at all, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. It was a perfect spot for a perfect gathering. Can’t wait to come back.

Everything you could want from a vacation rental. Lovely house, well stocked, in a great spot!

The view, hot tub large yard for dogs ((unfenced), large spaces, excellant kitchen. Gorgeous Dinning room with large table. We did not use it bc we were only two but would be perfect for large grouo..

Enjoyed the ocean views, very well stocked kitchen, very nice hot tub. Used the BBQ with great success. I called management with a couple of questions and no one ever got back to me. Problems with operating TV/DVD. With 5 remotes, you need to have a DETAILED page of instructions. Also would be nice to have some type of hooks for hanging jackets when coming into the house. I hade to search around for the combination to the hot tub lock. The overall instructions in the binder needs more details. Ocean views were great! We really enjoyed the comfort, location and aesthetics of the home. Would go back!

The view was awesome. House was cozy, loved sitting by the fireplace watching the ocean. Nice quiet street!

4th time we have stayed here. Grand house and grounds.

The house was very clean with beautiful views and very quiet. We loved the proximity to the beach and town. It was an amazing and rejuvenating week. We will be back!

We enjoyed the view and many of took turns spending time in the chairs in front of the floor to ceiling windows. The house was clean and useable, the neighborhood quiet and we watched deer, jack rabbits and even a skunk visit at dusk. Since the pictures don't show an update, the third bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunkbeds.

Great house in a wonderful location. Views of the coast from every window. Short walk to a nice beach.

It was very quiet, easy to relax and enjoy the scenery. Would come back again.

Great house great location
We have been coming to Mendocino County for decades. Staying usually at a local hotel but pst pandemic the hotel services were not as in past and got tired of the yellow sauce served with breakfast. We looked for alternatives and found this house. Although it really is too.large for two.people and 3 small dogs we love it so much that we keep coming back. 2 very nice bedrooms in main house. Nice large living room with TV that works and has lots of app options. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and looks very new. Nice gas BBQ outside and wonderful hot tub. No fenced yard but we monitor our voice controlled our pups outside and they love it. It's only 7 miles to Mendo but we have grown very fond of Fort Bragg. No review would be complete without a shout out to Vacasa. They are fabulous. I have been burned by vrbo twice with their switches at last minute and lack of response to problems. Not Vacasa..they time they had to switch we got this great place AND although it was more expensive than the original house they did not charge extra..also extremely responsive if anything is a problem..VACASA rocks.

Absolutely wonderful,beyond expectations
Everything about this house was perfect. It was just wonderful and peacful. Its on a very quiet dead end street with lots of grass around it. No fence but our dogs respond to voice control and played around, supervised in the back yard. Hot tub was excellent easy to get in and out. House very clean, very well stocked except mustard and mayo...bring your own. but good spices, oil and everything one needs. Did not use bbq but there was a big Weber outside, the lights are on motion sensors so great to come home in the dark. We spent a lot of time talking about when we want to come back, Thanksgiving, birthdays etc. There are two bedrooms close to each other , separated by a bath . Each bedroom has own bath. Third room has a bunk bed and a single bed and its own bath. We ate breakfast in the kitchen and watched the waves. There is however a dining room that I think seats 8 we did not use. House is close to everything yet seems far away bc so quiet. Vacasa does it again.

Generally as described on line, though property is beginning to show its age. Salt air corrosion made the lockbox and the hot tub lock very difficult to open. Floors were not very clean. With proximity to sandy beaches, sure would have been nice to have a broom handy but couldn’t find one anywhere. Nice quiet neighborhood.
