Perfect value for money and a great place to stay

We really liked the hotel, it’s located in the very heart of the city and so close to everything. People working there are very friendly and welcoming and there’s a good option to hire a driver at the hotel to get you to some of the sights. The room and bathroom are extremely clean and spacious too.

Confusing name - couldn’t find the hotel from the first try :D apart from that - everything was great.

Отличное месторасположение в центре города, наличие парковки. Очень отзывчивый персонал, несмотря на высокий этаж помогли поднять и спустить чемодан до номера. Ремонт свежий, номер просторный, кровати удобные!

Так как расположен в самом центре города по вечерам было слышно шум с улицы. Мне не мешало, но для кого-то бывает критично.

Центр Еревана и номера хорошие

Отель находится на 4 этаже жилого дома, окна выходят во двор. Самый центр Еревана, очень удобно. Все очень чисто. Номера хорошие, современные. Оплата по карте Мир. Сотрудник на ресепшн распечатал посадочные талоны по нашей просьбе. В общем рекомендую.

Стойка регистрации находится с другой стороны здания, но это не вызывает неудобств.

Very comfortable for a short or long- time stay.

Excellent location, many bars and restaurants are within 3 minute walk. The room was big, very clean. Staff was helpful.

The property is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. The staff helped to carry the suitcase upstairs

Месторасположение отличное. Центр города и кафе для завтрака в большом ассортименте рядом. Бесплатная вода в номере в бутылках ежедневно.

4 этаж без лифта!!!! Номер большой, но пустой и бестолковый. Биде нет. Окна выходили на шумную улицу. Одеяло рассчитано на холодную зиму)))

Superb

The staff at Teryan Pushkin are really exceptional, incredibly friendly and helpful. We were in the annex (I guess you'd call it) slightly separate from the main part of the hotel. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, and that was definitely nice, as we were there when it was quite hot. The bathrooms were also exceptional, especially the spacious, clean shower, with excellent water pressure. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Because our rooms were separate from the hotel lobby, some back up toilet paper in the rooms would be good. And we appreciated the hot water heater and thought that it would be pretty easy to leave some instant coffee or something like that to go with it.

Great location & staff

Brilliant location near the city centre. very comfortable bed & spacious (but simple) room. The staff were very friendly & helpful - ie booking tours etc. All spoke English well. Would recommend for a weekend trip.

The hotel has been renamed so took a little while to find it. Also advertised as having breakfast (but doesn’t).

Communication with staff was smooth and easy, responding quickly and efficiently to messages. We were advised a cheaper option of using Yandex Taxi, rather than the more expensive airport transfer. We were upgraded for free, which was welcomed! The room was minimal and spacious. It was cleaned well every single day. The neighbourhood is great - essentially right in the thick of it in the centre. A supermarket very close by and a good coffee shop (Lumen). I'd recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Yerevan and be positioned in an easy accessible location. Everything is about 15 minutes walk. I had read previous about there being an issue that there is no lift, unless you're frail / unfit / a person with health conditions or impairments, I really don't think that some stairs is a big deal!

Initially slightly awkward to find in terms of street directions, etc. On the street the hotel name is actually displayed as "A Hotel Yerevan". Although the aforementioned upgrade was a nice surprise, we were relocated to the street side, which (one of us thought) was a bit noisy. All the usual hotel freebies, but no tea / coffee for the kettle and mugs?

the staff were super friendly and helpful, They did everything to make our stay so comfortable. I can not say how much they put effort to make everything so perfect that my parents have pleasant stay. Words can not describe how great they are. Rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. They are quite with a small balcony and with a great bathroom Location is perfect, in the center, in one of the most charming street full off bars and restaurants, 5min walk from all main attraction Staff is very nice and helpful

The hotel is located in the centre of Yerevan, it's 1 minute walk to the North Avenue where you can dine and shop at various places and feel the lively vibe of the city. The room is spacious and has everything needed - a small balcony, comfortable beds, drawers, a wardrobe, a tea table with a couple of chairs, a refrigerator, an AC, a TV, blackout curtains, a kettle and tea cups, a good hair-dryer, bathroom essentials, stable Wi-Fi. The shower works well, and there is no problem with the water pressure. We were very pleased with the daily cleaning service - the staff leave clean towels and water bottles on a daily basis. The staff are friendly and helpful.

During our stay the hotel didn't accept payments via MIR bank card, so we had to pay in cash (most places in Yerevan accept payments via MIR cards). The reception and most rooms are located at different sides of the building, therefore if you need staff's help you'll have to walk around the building which takes around 3 minutes. Our room was located on the 4th floor of the building with no elevator, so be ready to carry your luggage up the stairs. Since it is the city center, at night you hear street noises, car music and loud conversations in the street - but that seems an indispensable feature of Yerevan's life.

Every thing.Mr David in reception was so nice and helpfull,Mr Arman that i have not seen him was too,so kindfull.And the pretty girl in the reception that I dont know her name was so nice..The staffs,location,the price,We were in Yerevan several times before in the very goods hotels,but I think that this property really was better.,We extend our staying one night more with a very cheaper price,we had early chek in and late check out free.If you can carry your luggages in the forth floor,it is rhe best option for staying......

Exceptional rooms, Wonderful staff and Practical location.

This was the first hotel we stayed at in Yerevan and rebooked it for when we came back from Dilijan as it ticked all the boxes. Yerevan can be very noisy at night, especially on the weekends but considering the central location of this hotel, the room was very peaceful. The staff were excellent and organized our transport to and from the airport and to our next destination, they speak very good English and were able to offer us different options regarding how best to get from A to B. Location is very central and the room was always cleaned to a very high standard.

There was some building work going on next door but they started late and finished early so it wasn't too bad. We were out enjoying the wonderful Armenian food during the day, so it didn't affect us.
