Buen opción de alojamiento si está a precio competitivo

Alojamiento muy bien situado junto a la Plaza de la Republica. El desayuno está muy bien con bastante variedad. El aparcamiento para el coche de alquiler es gratuito. La cama muy cómoda ofrece un buen descanso.

No hay posibilidad de café de máquina expresa o de capuccino. Uno de los días el servicio de habitaciones no pasaron a hacer la habitación ni cambiar toallas o reponer papel higiénico. Instalaciones con cierto tiempo.

L'emplacement est excellent sur la place principale d'Erevan. Le personnel est accueillant. La chambre était spacieuse et très bien équipée.

Рекомендую, по соотношению цена-качество идеально.

Прекрасное расположение, отзывчивый персонал, большой номер, отличные вкусные завтраки, шикарная шумоизоляция — не слышно никого и ничего.

Все отлично было, кроме деревянных полотенец и грязного ковролина (из-за старости, убирают там хорошо), но это вообще незначительно. Отель рекомендую.

The location of the hotel was excellent, close to the center and great restaurants.

My room was on the last floor, the 9th floor. The elevator goes up to the 8th floor. I had to carry my luggages up a floor, to my room. There was nobody to help me as well in the morning hours of the day...

Convenient location, very good price, comfortable room, nice and helpful reception personnel, rich and tasty breakfast using local products

I bit dark room with the view of a closed yard, basically no wifi signal at the room desk, it worked just at the room door (it was the last room of the corridor probably too far from the access point)

Excellent location and friendly staff.

The hotel has an excellent location, just beside the Square of Republic and the Government. It was quiet and safe and the room was very convenient.

The floor of the room was decorated with a carpet that could have been cleaned more efficiently. Breakfast was too basic and the design of the restaurant was outdated and didn't have a cosy look. Otherwise the food was sufficient and in generous amount.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Location

Very dirty and nobody cleans. The tiles on the terrace are broken or missing for a long time, but nobody cares. The staff at the restaurant is terrific. There is a lady, which all the time is walking very close around You and inspecting what are You doing. Maybe her previous job was prison warden. The breakfeast was low quality food and poor variety. No espresso coffee in this 4 star hotel, lol. 2 stars are too much for this place.

Location is in heart of the City and price is cheap compared to other hotels in this location

Housekeeping staff is not doing there job properly. Room was not cleaned properly when we checked inn..Dirt was there in washbasin.. they are not changing towels if we are not asking..they will just come and take the waste from baskets and leave. I have requested Baby bed during the booking but they didn't provided

Bad

staffs cannot speak english and it is hard to communicate with them. Even the front desk during the day, they cannot speak fluently. Lots of miscommunication. I live in USA for 20 years and speak english fluently, I called the front desk and they couldn't speak english with me (they may claim the guest can't speak, but I can speak and I can tell you the front desk wasnot speaking english). We arranged a shuttle (not free) to pick up guests at the airport. The shuttle had my name on their sign (not the guests). The guests couldn't find the shuttle because the driver was waiting for someone else. The hotel charged us 14000Dram. It is a SCAM becareful

Excellent location right at the Republic Square. Sumptuous breakfast, clean rooms, Excellent assistance at check in and check out. Great value for the price.

Temperature in the room was very high which made it uncomfortable which required us to open the window/door of the balcony which had to be done carefully to ensure that the very cold Temperature outside did not cause more discomfort

Very good, clean, and comfortable hotel just two steps from the Square of Republic. Being right in the city center, it is very quiet. The room was large and well-furnished. They also serve delicious breakfast.
