La tranquillità E il ragazzo che gestisce la struttura fa il simpatico

Nell'appartamento mancava tutto Dalla carta igienica e sapone per il bagno agli asciugamani.... In cucina idem Certo le cose dopo chieste sono arrivate .... Ma con la stessa spesa ho trovato di meglio a Erevan

Not recommended for a family

- Close to the city center - Parking provided - Washing machine in the apartment - The host was living nearby and answering quickly

- Dirty and insufficient textile - No liquid soap, toilet paper, and basic supplies - Description and booking images don't match - Not enough chairs, cushions and blankets. We asked for more but wasn't provided - only one slippers were in the apartment - Stains on couch and textiles - Host doesn't speak English - The refrigerator and AC works very poorly We arrived after 18 hrs of driving, with family and baby on board, so we had no choice but to receive the apartment in its state, and had to buy all basic stuff ourselves since almost nothing was available in the apartment. Next day we raised our dissatisfaction with the host but he replied very rudely and told us to find another place if we are not happy. Overall, not recommended and not the greatest experience for a family.

My parents and I enjoyed our stay at this place, which is located in center of Yerevan. The apartment is cosy and nice. The host was really helpful and provided us with everything required. Highly recommended!

Totally recommend

The apartment was 15 minutes from the city center and everyone could easily walk all the way to the center. It was valuable than the money we paid and the landlord was very great guy and so helpful. I appreciate him a lot for letting us use the parking space.

A nice clean apartment for those who prefer personal attitude and can ignore minor inconveniences

The cleaning lady gave us a key immediately upon arrival. There is a nice green terrace with shade and a fireplace. The host Gevork was very nice and ready to help. He offered his garage as parking ourside is tough. He also brought us everything we needed or found missing. The apartment is clean and has all basic equipment (ours did not have a microwave or oven and was also lacking an iron). Located not far from the centre but on a quet street. Our bedroom faced the yard. Use pedestrian staircases right next to the house to cut your way to Charents street. Washing machine and a standing dryer on a balcony is very convenient.

The address on Booking.com (Aygestan 11 street Home 175/5) must be udpated: the street was renamed and the right address is Gevork Jaukyan 175 (Геворк Джаукян 175). Google maps does not know it, but Yandex maps does. Make sure you give it to the taxi drivers. Also, if you look for Holiday Home on Aygestan 11 on google maps, you will find a location between hotel Metropol and Noy factory. This is very misleading - it is not the same Holiday Home. Kitchen utensils were hardly sufficient for 3 persons. Ask Gevork to bring what you need. There is no dining table, only a small one next to the sofa. The gas stove has only one plate.

The place is exactly as advertised. It is perfect to explore Yerevan.

It was clean and almost comfortable inside. The owner is very kind and always is ready to help. The location is perfect: to far from center to be quite, but to close to get there by feet.

There wasn’t normal exhaust in the bathroom and in the kitchen. In the bathroom, it's just a small window into the space between the walls, and in the kitchen, a small hole in the wall that does not draw in. However while cooking, it surprisingly did not interfere. The room is fairly easy to ventilate.

Great value for money, easy to reach, and I would book it again when I come to back to armenia.

The place is small and cozy, was ready once we reached it, and we enjoyed our stay, george and armenians are having so much hospitality and as a value for price, this place is amazing.

The host was very hospitable and funny. The location is excellent, like 15 minutes walking to the center, moreover if you go to the opposite way from the house (opposite way to the center) you will need to climb a bit up the hill, and you will see Ararat mount with all its beauty. the room was clean and cozy, with all the facilities included. there is also a nice backyard at the place, where we sit at night and talked with other guests from all over the world.

it's an ok place

You get what you pay for so don't expect anything more. There are kitchen and bathroom facilities available. we were given extra towels. 1 ac is in the living room and fans are available.

we arrived at this place and our room wasn't ready. we waited for so long outside and then waited again to get inside our room. We were very tired from travelling and wanted to rest but we had to wait for a long time. we stayed at a different room from the one we booked and it's a good room but transferring was a hassle because we had to go back and then go out again. Ac is slightly weak so it felt very hot inside the room. We didn't have pillow cases so we just put a blanket over them. The bed itself was small for 3 people to fit. No cover on the door window so people can see inside at night. location is far from city centre so we had to take taxis whenever we have to go somewhere. you can also walk but it will take a long time.

Overall very nice

The host Gevorg was very nice and cooperative. When I first messaged the property, his cousin answered immediately. When my colleague and I were already in Yerevan, somehow Google showed the wrong way, so be careful! We were in doubt where to go so we phoned the host and he met us and took to the house and helped us order the food. The apartment was overall nice, sunny, spacious and clean. It has air conditioning, which is important in summer, and is located in a nice place uphill -- although it may be difficult finding it for the first time. There is a place to sit in the yard. The host was OK with me checking out late since they didn't have guests the next day and helped me with my luggage.

The beds were not very comfortable. There was soap, towels and toilet paper but there might have been more things like detergents and shampoo, although maybe this can be arranged with the host. As the holiday house is located on an uphill street, going from the city center you will need to climb some stairs. Another option is to get a taxi and there still will be a short stair. We were okay with climbing, but potentially it may be a disadvantage for some travellers.

A place to stay near the city center

The hosts are cooperative and affable. Although there was some problems in the apartment, they try to help and solve theme quickly. He also gave us a good discount for those inappropriateness and we appreciate it and thankful for his cooperation. This property is also near the Vernissage and downtown, equipped with a good A.C wich is very helpful in Yerevan’s hot summer days. There is a free private parking. The bedsheets are clean, and there is a balcony which I liked. The backyard is nice and green with a barbecue, bench and table, which is joyful and pleasant to sit there together and eat/drink at the evenings or nights.

According to the picture, I expected a better, cleaner and more beautiful apartment. The wifi was poor, so the Internet connection was slow and interruptive. There was some issues at the arrival, but thankfully the host resolved theme quickly.

The aparment is super nice, the host waited for me in the front door of the place, its really big, it has a balcony and the place is not noisy at all.

I expected to have some basic stuff llike toilet paper, and sponge and detergent. The location is not the best but thats the reason of the cheap price I think

One of the best.

Very friendly and knowledgeable host. Large and clean apartment, comfortable, with all the amenities, newly remodeled. Great yard, bbq, outdoor dining. Cool neighborhood. Will always stay there.
