CASA ANTIGUA is a 3000 square foot fully air-conditioned, luxury villa with two master suites and 2.5 bathrooms.
Rustic, wooden, double doors open to a domed ceiling foyer, which is finished with antique brick. From the foyer, the first glimpse of the ocean is seen, along with panoramic views through the living area, kitchen, and covered terraces. The water of the infinity-style pool appears to spill into the ocean in the distance.
High ceilings and open spaces bring the outside in and take the inside out throughout the living areas and both master suites. Doors, windows, and cabinets hand-crafted from native woods add richness to the vibrant color scheme.
The living area has a bar and built in entertainment center with flat screen television, stereo sound and FIBER OPTIC TRUE HIGH SPEED INTERNET. A U-shaped, gourmet kitchen features an island, breakfast bar, and pass-through window to the patio bar.
The two master bedroom suites include private water closets, double vanities, over sized tiled showers, built-in armoires, and walk-in closets.
From the terraces the infinity pool seemingly appears to spill into the ocean. My husband and I spent our honeymoon at this property. This place was absolutely perfect! The house itself is beautiful and really unique, the pool and view were incredible and the grounds were well kept. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Clinton was great to work with, super responsive and made some solid recommendations for things to see and do in the area. The property is close to the beach and a short drive to Domincal. Last note, we HIGHLY recommend the chef services through Chef Rambo. He came to the house, cooked some absolutely delicious meals (lots of fresh seafood) and took great care of us. It was a nice addition to our honeymoon. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Clinton's home is beautiful with a lot of nice architectural touches you don't see as often these days with new construction so we really felt the authentic tropical vibe with all the amenities. The view and pool are stunning. We literally spent most of our time out there on the chaise lounges staring at the ocean or actually in the ocean. The pool is the perfect temp, refreshing but not too chilly when you get in. The kitchen had everything we needed with an amazing view and the night-time coze out zone had a leather, double ended automated lounge couch.TV worked great and everything was easy to figure out. The neighborhood felt super safe and was right near our favorite beach. Clinton was super responsive. We'd definitely stay again!! Highly recommend.

The host and owner, Clinton, could not have been more gracious, helpful and considerate. The villa is a wonderful and peaceful place to spend quality time, is fully equipped, including a lovely pool, and provides a stunning view throughout the day. Wonderful location and Clinton is kind enough to offer boogie boards, beach chairs and parasols for guests’ use. This is such an amazing place that I am so glad to have had the opportunity to stay at. Thank you Clinton, for everything. Truly memorable and fabulous experience.

Everything about this house is perfect. The view from the infinity edge pool is absolute heaven on earth. The sunsets were next level gorgeous. House was clean and kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Clinton is wonderful and easy to deal with and helped set up rides and gave great advice on excursions and recommendations throughout our stay. He also set up a private chef at the house for us for two meals and wilberth(chino) was absolutely amazing and the sweetest man. His food was sooooo good! The gated community was a nice touch to help make us feel safe in our first family trip out of the USA. The town of Dominical was so lovely with the nicest people and everything you need. Great coffee, food, bars and restaurants. The beach is also amazing for surfing and the little shops along the beach were great for souviners. Playa Dominicalcito was a very short 3 minute drive from the house and was lovely for exploring and playing beach soccer at low tide. It is about 30 minutes to Uvita which has a lot more amenities and lots of tour companies. I would recommend Clinton and his amazing home to everyone! Just a perfect spot and chill, yet adventurous family vacation!

Clinton met us at the house which made it easy after a long drive to get there. And took his time showing us the in's and outs of his home. Our problems were the bedding was stained with what looked like blood. The towels had bleach stains and were shredded at the ends. The big beautiful kitchen only had 1 old dish towel and the potholders were so old and dirty we really did not want to use them. One reason we rented this home was it had whole house air conditioning. But after a day there we were all sick, there was a smell that came from the units and in my daughters bedroom her bed was covered with white powder. We feel the filters may not have been changed. I did contact Clinton about the sheets and he did purchase new sheets and delivered to the home the next day. We did enjoy our Thanksgiving day and meal there. The pool was awesome and the view from outside was relaxing.

Beautiful Home with An Amazing View
Spent 8 wonderful nights in Clinton’s beautiful home. Clinton clearly has taken every tiny detail into consideration when he built this house. Our stay was way too short. We will be back. Make sure you have Rambo come prepare a meal or two for you. He’s amazing. Can’t say enough good things about this home, the view and the host.

True paradise
Wow. Casa Antigua is truly a paradise within the paradise of Costa Rica. I’m a planner and I did a ton of research before renting from Clinton. I’m so glad we rented from him and we won’t hesitate to do so again on future trips to Costa Rica.
First off- the view. Amazing! Secondly, the house is really beautiful and perfect for a family. It was wonderful having a washer and dryer for after all our activities.
Clinton provided lots of knowledge about the surrounding area and the security of the property was top notch!
If you’re looking for paradise, this is it! Just don’t rent the week we want.

Fantastic Family Vacation
We had a very chill week long stay at CASA ANTIGUA with our 6 and 9 year olds. We stayed local and had everything we needed to stay busy, eat well, and get plenty of relaxing time at Villa. Waking up early to swim and listen to the monkeys on the island was nothing short of magical. Our kids loved the beach- lots of waves to play in and sea shells to collect. The local water fall was also a fan favourite- we were alone there most days and it felt like a private oasis. Food in the area is also quite good, somewhat expensive in the nicer places for Canadians; as our dollar does not go as far. The property is beautiful and well appointed; beach chairs, body boards for the beach were a really nice add. The property is showing it’s age as others have noted, but minor stuff. Would recommend for anyone looking for a chill family vacation with some adventure built in!

Amazing House!!!!
There is a reason this house has so many 5 star reviews....If you're thinking about staying in the Dominical area don't bother looking any further because I can't imagine there being a better house in the area. The views are spectacular, the house is well equipped, the host is super helpful, and the location is perfect. Our stay was truly incredible and I hope we can go back someday soon.

5 Star Texas Hospitality!!!
This was our first trip to Costa Rica and couldn’t be more happy with choosing Clinton’s house for our stay! We celebrated my 30th birthday while we were there and were greeted with flowers and champagne for the occasion. We were blown away by this property as the photos are great but do not serve it justice! Dominical was an amazing little surf town with everything you need and conveniently located between Manuel Antonio and Uvita. Clinton arranged for a chef one evening and Wilberth served the best meal and was so personable. Definitely recommend! Every year we try to go to a new destination for vacation and this was the first time we have said we would like to make a yearly trip to this house. We highly recommend this place whether it’s your first trip to CR or your tenth!!

Awesome house!!!
We spent a week at Casa Antigua. It was spectacular!! The first day that we got there we went offshore fishing. The fishing in Costa Rica is unbelievable. We we're eating fresh fish the whole time. I really enjoyed making fresh ceviche. There is so much fresh fruit and vegetables. The kitchen at the house has everything that you will need to cook any kind of meal. There's so many things to do close to the house. There's no way you can actually do everything in a week's time. All of the beds at the house we're super comfortable. My opinion beds can make or break or a trip. One of my favorite activities that we did was ATVs through the mountains/jungle up to a coffee farm sitting in the clouds. You're able to take in so much wildlife and landscape. There are a lot of waterfalls to play in as well. Some are very close to the house. The pool at the house is awesome it has an unbelievable view. We made it a point to be home by 430 every day to watch the sun set. Clinton is more than accommodating. Don't hesitate to ask him for any recommendations. He will point you in the direction of a great experience. I highly recommend renting a 4x4 vehicle to get around. Some of the roads will get you out of your comfort zone. Which in my opinion is what a good trip is all about. I will definitely be coming back to this house over and over again!!!!

Amazing Sunsets at Clinton’s Place
We spent 5 nights at Clinton’s house in Domanicalito and had a great time. Clinton was super friendly and knowable about the area, house was well equipped including cool beach set with boogie boards and the view is beautiful with amazing sunsets. The house itself is showing its age but overall we had a great time. Highly recommended.

Best family vacation yet
We spent 9 days with our three kids under the age of 10 at Clinton’s house. It was the most incredible trip that we have ever taken (and we have travelled all over the globe). The house was perfect and well equipped for our crew, the pool was so great for relaxing after our busy days of exploring, and the location can’t be beat. If you read the other reviews you will already know, that the sunsets are incredible. We are people who rely on reviews for traveling... I literally read every single review for Clinton’s house and they are all 100% accurate. Don’t hesitate on booking! Clinton was extremely helpful with setting up excursions, the rental car, a driver to and from the airport, and ofcoarse Rambo, who came to the house on 3 separate nights to cook for us. He’s the best! There is a TON of stuff to do in the area. We went surfing, fishing, horseback riding up to Nauyaca Waterfalls and took a guide through Manuel Antonio Park. We also found locals beaches and several waterfalls and caves to explore... the list goes on. I feel like we haven’t even scratched the service with all of the exploring there is in the Dominical area. I will be recommending this trip to all of our friends and can’t wait to plan our next trip in 2022! Clinton, thanks again. Everything was perfect!!!

You Won’t Be Disappointed!
Clinton goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. Pool is unbeatable and location of the home was perfect for us as we had easy access to so many amazing beaches and waterfalls within just a few minutes drive. We’ve been all over Costa Rica and Dominical/Uvita area are now our favourite. Great home for two couples as both rooms are equally fantastic. The place comes with everything you can ever need. I cooked almost every meal here and did so with ease. The stars at night are unforgettable and the sunsets by the incredible pool will be a memory that will last a lifetime. Thank you Krishna for all your hard work and fantastic suggestions. Getting our farm fresh organic deliveries from you and your gorgeous floral arrangements throughout the home we’re some of our highlights. We've been staying at Clintons beautiful villa for the last several years, and it just keeps getting better. Clint is such a wonderful host, and he maintains this home immaculately. Amazing as Always
The secret of this perfect place is apparently out as it is frequently booked. But, I plan around availability because I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. Casa Antigua and Dominical are my soul place - a respite from busy life in a place so beautiful it seems surreal amongst the most wonderful of people. Don’t miss the local market on Fridays near Patron’s. The highlight of this visit. We cannot wait to return again in a few months.

Great House, Great Location, Great Host
Casa Antigua was perfect for our trip. While we spent most of our time away from the house during the day, surfing, beach trips, jungle, etc. The house was great to return to at night for winding down. Location was great, central to almost everything, and quick 3 minute drive to the closest beach. Clint was an awesome host. Family vacation at Casa Antigua
This was our first time in Costa Rica and it was an amazing vacation. Me, my husband and our three kids loved our time at Casa Antigua. The house was great and the view of the ocean was unbelievable. We saw the most amazing sunsets each night. The pool was bigger and deeper than expected. We had a lot of fun times in the pool. A very relaxing stay at Casa Antiqua. We have been staying at Clinton's house for four years running. Clinton has added a completely new AC system to the entire house. Energy efficient units thru out. It's a real pleasure to stay at a place that's well maintained inside and outside.

Never fails to impress
This was our third stay at Casa Antigua and we remain as impressed as the first time. Located just high up enough to take advantage of fantastic ocean views (all the way up the coast), and private enough to give you a wonderful feeling of seclusion.
Mountains behind you, and a stunning sunset view of the ocean from the infinity edge pool. Layout is perfect for 1 or 2 couples, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Inside, everything is extremely well maintained, and you will want for nothing.
Clinton is a fantastic host who knows how to make everything pull together with perfection. Thanks again, and we'll be back!

Fabulous property in a wonderful location with amazing views
We stayed in Casa Antigua for a week and loved every minute. Clinton was a great host, extremely responsive and regularly checked with us both before and during our stay to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. He personally checked us in and out and ran through everything in the house. The house is a great property, accessed up a short steep hill (AWD recommended), that gives an incredible vista from the lovely pool. We spotted whales migrating along the coast on a number of days. We had a great time exploring the area. Playa Hermosa was our favorite beach, sandy and suitable for kids boogie boarding around low tide. The Whales Tail and Ventanas are well worth visits and there are plenty of local activities too - we did a mangrove kayak and a rainforest night tour. There are lots of lovely restaurants in both Uvita and Dominical. This is a great place to stay in a wonderful area of Costa Rica. Many thanks Clinton!

Incredible place! Highly recommended
Incredible place! Casa Antigua sits high on a secluded terrace overlooking the Pacific Ocean surrounded by rain forest foliage with native flowers and birds everywhere. We enjoyed the invigorating hikes to the beach directly below the house each morning. The place is truly a paradise for those seeking a private getaway. Great location, being minutes away from Dominical surfing community with its shops and restaurants and less than an hour from Quepos for those seeking adventurous activity. The layout of the house includes two full private master suites separated by large open space living area, gourmet kitchen and attached garage, all surrounded by covered patios and terraces where you can retreat from the sun or witness the rain in luxurious comfort. Highly recommend this property. Stephen is a great host!

Spectacular Paradise!
Clinton is the most wonderful host and arranged all of our amazing activities including surfing lessons for my nine-year-old and paragliding! The house has everything you could ever imagine with a spectacular view and amazing pool. The people are so friendly and Rambo is a wonderful chef who is so friendly and talented! Definitely ask Clinton to book Rambo! Dominical is a beautiful unspoiled area as well that is like paradise.

Beautiful home up on a hill overlooking the ocean
The home is extremely clean on a very well kept property. The kitchen has every appliance you could ask for, and the audio speaker system is state of the art. The main rooms all have new a/c units and ceiling fans which bring the room temperatures down quickly and maintain a perfect climate. The pool area is beautiful with lots of lounge chairs in the area. The gardens and landscaping are picture perfect and there is 24 hour security in the area with a garage for extra security for your vehicle. I would highly recommend this property

We had such a wonderful time at Casa Antigua! Thanks so much to Clinton for providing a wonderful home for the week. The house fit our family of five perfectly, and we had some days didn’t even want to leave the property. Clinton was a wonderful host and provided recommendations and assistance with reservations throughout the week. The home is beautifully situated up the hill from the Pacific, within an easy drive from some of the most beautiful beaches – including Playa Hermosa, our favorite. Just don’t forget to bring your four-wheel-drive! Don’t miss the opportunity to have Chef Rambo come spend the day with you at Casa Antigua. His cooking was one of the many highlights of our trip! We would recommend Clinton and Casa Antigua to anyone – and we already have!
