About this apartment rental

3 night rental available during some periods of high season. High season weekly rate includes departure cleaning and linens. A refundable security deposit is required. Up to date 1st floor unit with 2 parking spaces.

Both bathrooms of the condo have been completely renovated. All new flooring and window treatments.

Condo is oceanfront and overlooks the pool. Beach toys, beach chairs, and storage provided. Linens included for 7 day stays during high season. Flat screen TV's in all 3 bedrooms and the Living Room. The unit has wifi and expanded cable. Some board games on site. Kitchen fully stocked with all appliances, plenty of dishes, and cookware. The beds are 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, Single over double Bunk Beds with a trundle, and Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room. Nice patio furniture for outdoor dining. All you need to bring is your bathing suit and beach towels.

All Weekly Summer Rentals include Cleaning, Linens, and bath towels. There is free WiFi as well.

All non-prime weeks include cleaning. Linens are an option.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. It had everything we needed with plenty of space to spread out. The kids loved the option to play on the beach or in the pool--or back and forth! The large deck was a wonderful space to read, watch the waves, and gather with family. I had to contact the property owner twice due to mistakes we made, and she was gracious and helpful both times. I hope we can return in future summers!

The condo was better than the pictures. The towels & linens were great & it was furnished very nicely. Pool was clean & nice to have when needing a break from beach. Parking is tight but sufficient.

Host quickly answered questions! It was just as described, and we really enjoyed the porch. It was a quiet area of beach and great access. The only downside is parking is super tight if you have a large SUV or truck.

The condo was spacious, comfortable, and spotless! The location was just perfect - steps away from the pool and beach, beautiful view, and quiet area. We loved spending time on the large porch, and having beach chairs and equipment available made it so easy to enjoy the beach each day.

Fantastic location! Loved the condo, the pool, and the beach! If you are there during the summer months you can watch the Thursday night Boardwalk fireworks from the beach at the condo. We had an issue with water coming from an upper floor condo and Sarah sent someone right away to take care of the issue. Beach chairs and toys were much appreciated! Made some wonderful memories with our daughter, her husband, and our grandchildren.

Beautiful clean condo that is the perfect spot for a vacation. The beds are so comfortable and the condo has such easy access to beach and pool. You are close enough to the heart of CB for night time fun, but the perfect distance for family fun at the pool and beach away from huge crowds! Great host! Perfect long weekend.

This place was great for our family vacation and clean. Room for everyone to have our own personal space and a place to come together to eat and place a couple of card games. The beach is right there and easy access. Communication with the owner was easy and with quick response. We will definitely come back.

Great location and property! Ocean front! Nice covered deck overlooking the pool with view of the ocean. Loved the hardwood flooring throughout and the updated bathrooms. Sarah was a great host and very communicative.

This property was great for a family get away. The area was quiet but was easy access to attractions, restaurants & activities. The ocean front deck is huge & great for morning coffee & evening wind down. The rooms were spacious & nicely appointed. The owner was very responsive & easy to work with. I would definitely return to this property.

The property is perfect for a family, beautiful view of the ocean, the sun and the moon rise were spectacular, and the first floor doesn’t require a lot of climbing stairs for older people. Sarah is a wonderful host. The property has everything you need and more for a wonderful time. Can’t wait to go back.

The property was as described and was nice to have beach chairs to use. You do hear a lot of noise from the unit above. We loved the beach though and had a good time. The vehicle entry on the side is narrow and glad we didn’t have a large vehicle.

We had a great time at this rental! We were super close to the ocean, the pool was never busy and the pool guy was there every day checking things out. The condo was very spacious and had a fully stocked kitchen which was great for us. My only tiny little complaint is just that the parking here is very tight. Larger vehicles like trucks and large SUVS like us had trouble maneuvering in and out of the lot. (Which is no fault to the condo owner) Overall we had a great time and would reccomend this place to anyone!

Loved the location, a few steps from the beach and being able to listen to the waves and the covered porch was a favorite by all. Enjoyed having a quick email with directions, list of eating spots and grocery stores. Relaxing, just what we were looking for.

We spent a few days here on a quick beach trip to wrap up the summer before school started back up. The unit matched the listing well, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for our family of 6. Several of the rooms had been recently updated and we’re well done. The kitchen was a little dated but still super functional and clean. We spent most of the time by the pool, but beach time was also fun and was just steps away. I’d highly recommend this rental to any family looking for a quick getaway.

Sarah was wonderful about communicating with us well in advance of our stay. Check-in was earlier (2:30pm) than some other vrbo rentals which was much appreciated. The beach was fantastic and so accessible. The property is convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc. but located where the beach isn't overly crowded. We made some great new intergenerational family memories.

We loved staying here for vacation. Host was super responsive to all questions and concerns before our stay. We never needed anything during our stay because everything was provided and more than satisfactory. The view is beautiful, and the beach felt like our own private beach most of the time! The pool is very well kept and we used it daily. The condo was spotless and well-furnished. Parking is a bit tight but it’s very nice to have assigned spots so we never had to search for a place. We are a family with 4 teenage boys and there was room for everyone. Hoping to book this place again! Thank you, Sarah!

Great trip!

Overall, the trip was great! The only thing that didn't appear to be clean was the floor (when cleaning up spilled water, the paper towel was black), but it was free of debris. The owner was communicative and the listing details were accurate. The location was great; provided easy beach access, pool, and a great spot to watch the Friday night fireworks. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great place to enjoy some much needed family time away!

I would say overall we had a “good” stay, but not great. The condo is as described and everything you could need was there. I read a previous review that you had to make your own beds, so that was expected albeit nothing I’ve experienced with other rentals. Parking is tight but we managed to fit 2 large SUVs just fine. The view was great and pool was nice to have as well. However, the condo smelled like mildew and the towels smelled like cigarette smoke.

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. The area is nice and calm, perfect for relaxing. The property manager was very quick to respond and was respectful and helpful. The only sight downside is parking is a bit tight. Our midsized SUVs managed well but anything bigger might have a hard time manuevering the parking area.

The condo is beautiful and well stocked. The location is perfect - we spent half the day in the beach and half the day at the pool😊loved the deck over looking the pool with the ocean behind it. The host was responsive (I just had a small question) and great with communication throughout the process. The condo has a great layout and is decorated so that you know you’re at the beach! As soon as we figure out the 2023 dates we are booking again😊😊😊

The condo was quite comfy. The owner was very accessible. The kitchen was great, very well stocked and ample to prepare most of our meals. This is not the owners fault but this is the 1st condo I’ve rented that I had to make up all of the beds upon arrival and there are several beds. Arriving late and exhausted, that was not a pleasant experience and the towels/cloths were far from 4-5 star. Some towels were not big enough to wrap around a large kid and were extremely thin. This should never be the case in a 4-5 star rental. The cleaning company did bring us better towels after we informed the owners, so that was a really good save. This was really our only complaint. If you want the pool right outside your unit, this condo is perfect for you. If not, look elsewhere. I can only imagine the noise during the warmer months.
