Muy buena opcion en familia

Es un aparthotel perfecto para ir con niños. El apartamento grande,comodo,las camas bien, la terraza ideal. (Eso sí,especificad si quereis terraza porque no todos los apartamentos tienen!). La ubicación para nosotros fue perfecto, lejos del jaleo de Lloret,pero con el servicio del hotel de transporte muy facil moverse. Lo dejo aqui en comentarios para que os sirve como consejo: la playa en Lloret NO está para ir con niños pequeños. Enseguida cubre y hay oleaje fuerte. Por algo le llaman Costa Brava😅. PERO id a la playa Santa Cristina (buscadlo en google), esta a 10 min en coche y esta perfecto con niños.

Las chicas de la recepción majas,pero no sabian contestar a preguntas basicas: no podian recomendarnos una playa para ir con el peque, porque no conocian la zona,y no sabian buscar información. Tampoco nos podian decir el programa de las actuaciones de la noche. Esto por cierto deberian ponerlo todos los dias en la puerta de las piscinas y ascensores. No costaria nada y asi la gente se enteraria.

Good family stay but hotel room can be better

Room interior is quite old. No dishwasher in the kitchen. No cleaning service during our 5 days stay. Swimming pool water is not weather controlled, its really cold in end of April.

Appartement dans un hôtel

L'emplacement, au calme, sur les hauteurs de la ville avec une superbe vue. Le petit déjeuner est excellent très varié : sucré, salé, choix de charcuteries, fruits frais : melon pastèque ananas, fruits classiques. Croissants, pains.... et tout est remis en quantité. Logement propre, linge de toilette en quantité. L'espace piscine et espace piscine (toboggan, jeux d'eau...) et jeux pour enfants. La terrasse avec salon de jardin. La climatisation ds la pièce principale et la chambre. Personnel très sympathique. Navette disponible toutes les heures pour aller au supermarché et à la plage. Serviettes fournies pour la piscine. Literie de la chambre confortable . Le côté pratique d'un appartement avec les avantages d'un hôtel

Logement un peu vieillot et trop peu insonorisé. Pas de volets aux fenêtres donc très clair ds les pièces la nuit. Vaisselle en petite quantité : 4 couverts, tout pour 4 et pas plus. Sur les photos, on peut voir une cafetière dolce gusto mais nous avons trouvé une cafetière classique. Nous avons donc du acheter du café classique. Difficile de se garer car peu de places et rues très en pente mais un parking est disponible à qques pas. Canapé lit peu confortable.

El apartamento estaba casi por estrenar, también era bastante amplio.( BLOQUE-A)

El apartamento no estaba limpio, referido a pelos en las esquinas y polvo en el suelo. El bloque "A" no tiene ascensor para poder acceder a las plantas superiores si vas con carrito de bebé y no hay aire acondicionado es un ventilador de techo ( Salón+habitación).

Pas idéal pour se reposer.

L’appartement était parfait pour une famille, les pièces de vie sont agréables et les chambres ne sont pas trop étroites.L’endroit où il y a le bar/restaurant et la piscine est agréable avec un espace de jeu pour les enfants.

Nous avons du attendre pour que le personnel nous donne les clés car l’appartement n’était pas prêt. Ils nous ont gentiment offert un verre pour patienter. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés le sol n’avait pas été fait... L’isolation est quasi nulle, nous avons l’impression de vivre avec les voisins, ca n’est pas très agréable pour 3 jours de vacances. L’appartement est situé à la sortie de Lloret, trop loin du centre ville pour faire à pied. Ils mettent à disposition une navette jusqu’à 18h. L’alarme incendie a sonné en pleine nuit, nous étions un peu paniqué et une personne de l’établissement est venue, à sonné à la porte du voisin qui les avait prévenu et est reparti. Nous aurions apprécié que le personnel puisse nous rassurer et nous dire que l’on pouvait rentrer chez nous en toute sécurité. Et puis impossible d’avoir la chambre une heure de plus sans payer alors qu’il ne semblait pas y avoir d’autres personnes derrière nous. C’est dommage ça aurait pu être un petit geste commercial.

No air con, as described. They said just some apparents have air conditioning, boiling hot, couldn't sleep.

POOR WIFI !!!! SMELL INSIDE THE ROOM, SMALL WORMS IN THE BATHROOM. They gave me 4 "towel cards" for the pool. nobody told me to return them back. I lost one card and paid 20 euros at checkout.

Nice hotel with a lot of fun for kids.

Nice hotel with swimming pool equipped specially for kids fun. Very good breakfasts. Useful parking place.

Rooms are mostly without air condition, so it can be problematic in hot days.

Very good

At the beginning of our stay we faced problems with our reservation. At the end everything was solved by the hotel staff and we enjoyed our holiday. The hotel is very good for families with children - it has a swimming pool a a playground for them. It is a little far away from the beach but you can you a hotel´s shuttle bus. The appartment was spacious with 2 bedrooms, well equiped kitchen and terrace with the direct access to the swimming pool area. The hotel has a restaurant with very good choice of food and drinks.

Nice place to stay with family.

The room is clean and equipped with all the necessary things, the view on pool is very nice. We decided to have breakfast in this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised with variety of dishes and drinks. We stayed here for the second time because we like the place and the staff is nice and helpful. If you travel without car it's not a problem to get to the beach and city center on foot or the hotel suggests you free shuttle to the beach and supermarket. Pretty nice place to stay with family.

Exceptional

Lovely room, very clean and spacious. There is everything you need for cooking, stove, kettle and refrigerator. The room was warm enough (we were in November). Good shower, great bed, very quiet and peaceful place. The beach is 15 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by car. Parking on site, free of charge. Breakfast was brought to the room every morning, very decent. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. A small detail - they asked to leave a security deposit, 50 euros. Returned upon departure.

Basic apartment with above-average bathroom. The kids loved the pools and breakfast was nice.

The room was on the first floor next to the exit. Bit noisy and couldn't keep the windows up.

Very nice

Nice staff, spacious room, large balcony, laundry rack. Good lounge area by the pool. Lifeguards for the children's pool. Free shuttle to the beach. Great breakfast. Everything is thought out.

The bed is a bit too soft for me. You have to go up the stairs to the highest floors, which was not comfortable with a stroller.
