Property good, staff bad, brake fast boring

The only good staff was the director/cook/receptionist person

Staff have bad attitude, arrived before 9:00am for brakefast but Staff started banging cutlery, offing lights and generally stressing client to leave eating area. Brakefast monotone and boring. Some Room cleaners were rude.

Just stayed one night for Biz Trip. Good vibe in the restruant and the room was clean.

If the resturant has better wine list.

Comfortable and relaxing.

There was a good variety of breakfast options on offer. Staff were very friendly.

I had to ask to get my towels changed. The shower in my room flooded the floor in the bathroom.

Ok stay for one night in Gothenburg.

Good location for arriving by car. Nice building and good breakfast in restaurant. Room had a balcony and that was nice.

Air quality in room was not so fresh, we felt like opening balcony door often. Lamps by the bedside got really burning hot. Price of the room was expensive as it was not exactly in city center.

Generally nice, but the room was stifling with windows facing full west.

A very nice breakfast. The building is also nice with a lot of historical feeling.

I travelled for work which means I needed an invoice to settle the account with my university. A request to receive an invoice was met with a general confusion. I got a receipt (a very different document, in terms of accounting), which was rejected at home. When I contacted the hotel to ask for a regular invoice they answered: vi kan inte skriva ut en till kopia av ditt kvitto (we cannot print a copy of your receipt) which is really bizarre, considering I wanted a pdf of an invoice. When I carified this yet again no more answers. So, if you travel for business choose a different hotel.

Good location for visiting Gothenborg.

Good location. Easy to get to via tram. Quiet. Nice breakfast. Nice room. Black out blinds. Staff very helpful and friendly. Lift to get to other floors.

Front door hard to hold open when entering or exiting with luggage. Blowdryer in room not working - it should be removed from the wall. Beds too soft.

Location is good, close to public transport. Breakfast is amazing, really good, you can find everything there, we were really positively surprised by breakfast

clearness of the room. There were so many pieces of dust in the room:( really, such a good hotel that could not solve this problem??? I still put 9 as breakfast was simply great, staff was very helpful, location is good, but hotel needs to make sure that rooms are clean properly….

Exceptional

The staff was friendly and helpful. They prioritise their guests. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety to choose from. We were given options on places to go and general things to do. The room had everything we needed and was very clean. We arrived early, long before check-in time, but we were allowed to go to our rooms because the room was ready. Excellent service!

We wish we booked a longer stay.

Extremely good Georgian retaurant and the location is also convinient.

The bed is too small for a double room and breakfast cannot be provided, which was arranged with the administration in order to be able to check out earlier.

Location is a bit far from the centre, but the tram connection was good.

no parking. you have to walk 15mins to parking lot. it will cost ~400kr daily closest gas station circle k stole our 2000kr and didn't send back room was cold. heating radiator is not enough

Value for money ratio is great Breakfasts are super great, tasty and diverse! Location is quite and close to transport

it's already dated and requires renovation. it can be cleaner - found a lot of dust around bed.

Lovely hotel

Great little hotel with an abundant breakfast and close to everything you need. The staff is super nice. Great value for the price.

The bed was too soft and uncomfortable, we woke up with back pain.
