Prisvärd B&B centralt i Göteborg

Förvänta dig Bed&Breakfast så kommer du inte att bli besviken. Självbetjäning på boende. Frukost 24h innebär att man plockar det man vill ha från kylskåp. Ingen så kallad "hotellfrukost" alltså. Mycket fokus på tv-spel och brädspel. Fria lånecyklar upphängda på väggen i rummen. Testade inte dessa då vi hade en kort promenad till konserten som var avsikten med resan. Specialpris på dygnsbiljett på Lorensbergs P-hus, som är en aning billigare än att köpa biljett själv. Dock inte prisvärt att destinationsladda bil i P-huset när man kan snabbladda billigare hos flera operatörer.. Göteborgs Stad har en egen parkeringsapp så det är bara att ladda ner och registrera ytterligare en app för att parkera utöver erbjudandet via boendet. Trevlig personal när de är på plats, men man kan checka in sig själv efter att de gått för dagen om man meddelar i förväg att man kommer sent (eller så kanske alla får koder för att komma in och checka in själv, vet ej). Jag är nöjd med boendet.

Jag har inget direkt negativt att säga. Var medveten om att det är lite lägre standard på så sätt att frukosten är självbetjäning och det är gemensamma toaletter och dusch. Vill du ha hotellstandard så boka någon annanstans.

Basics niet in orde en geen personeel om je te helpen.

Geen personeel aanwezig. Donkere en benauwde badkamer met een douchekop die je niet aan de muur kon hangen. Eigenaren reageren niet op berichten via Booking. Raam ging slecht open en dicht. Veel te veel spullen overal waardoor je moeilijk kan vinden wat je zoekt. Gekke, muffe geur in alle ruimtes. Zo veel briefjes met berichten overal verspreid dat het onduidelijk wordt. Kon in eerste instantie het ontbijt niet vinden. Ontbijt was heel beperkt. Irritante, generieke lofi hiphop in alle ruimtes de hele dag door. Heel weinig daglicht in mijn kamer en de lampen waren ook nogal zwak dus het bleef altijd donker. Moest zelf mijn beddengoed om mijn deken heen doen.

Den hyggelige stemning, der er gjort meget ud af at det skal føles, som et hjem, hvilket var fantastisk. Kunne godt lide bofællesskabsfølelsen.

Very good

This place is not like other places. It has its own personality, which we loved, but it might not fit everybody. Its a fully equipped appartment with all you need and much more. The kids just loved it. Bare in mind that except for the bedroom, all other facilities are common. I guess that young people would appreciate this place the most... We came late for just one night and it was a shame. We recommend staying here for a minimum two nights to be able to enjoy the place.

No private bathroom was the only downside.

Ana was friendly.

5 rooms in one flat a toilet, a shower, and a toilet & shower. More than 15 persons have to sharing it. You have to always queuing for toilet and shower in the morning. No ventilation in the shower room. Paid 450€ for two nights, over price. Never come back.

Giod location, walking distance to the amusement park as well as the science center and the avenue street. Good connection to the public transportation.

Difficult to get a hold of support/answers to questions through email. But they might have been on vacation during our stay. Everything reply through email was automated. Showerdoor/booth in one of the bathrooms lacked one side so it wasnt possible to close properly. 2 toilets shared bw 5 rooms is a bit of a hassle during "morning rush"

Disappointed

Good location

We were deeply disappointed with the property. Despite paying the price of a 4-star hotel, the room on the ground floor lacked a shower, forcing us to use a shared bathroom on the 1st floor. Additionally, the room was cluttered with excessive furniture, and the nearby massive constructions added to the discomfort of our stay.

Recommend to family and find interesting things to do

The place is wonderful with various decorations and games that suits family and small children. The living room is spacious and organized, young people and/or family have big coach to sit and chat together. Bedroom is bigger than expected, and the bed is very comfotable and hard enough (not a fan of soft bed in Nordice). All the stuff are very clean and tidy, made everyone feeling staying at home. The bedroom directs to the backyard therefore it is very quiet in the night though it locates to the main road. The host is very enthusatic and you can get all the information very quickly. The bedroom is much more better and spacious than the photos and have other facilities inside, which will give you a big surprise.

The facility of shower is a bit old and the warm water is not stable that takes some time to get the proper temperature. The lock of door to the bedroom sound heavily that cause a noise inevitably particularly in the night. It is nicer if there could be a pane in the kitchen to warm up the food.

Anna and Jesper were very friendly and helpful. Loved how there was lots of information available on recommendations of things to do. Felt like a home away from home. Good distance to town and quiet area. Had access to everything you could need.

One of the double beds in the room was very soft but did not take away from anything.

Very nice room with nintendo for the kids and playstation 5 in the commen area.

Old and small shared bathroom. Breakfast was simple, they didn't have milk and the bread was not very childfriendly. There was little space to sit in the commen area when all the guest where having breakfast.

you need one extra day for the hotel itself

we had only one day in the city and it was a bit difficult decision between leaving the hotel and seeing around the city :) there is too much exciting stuff in the hotel. everything was clean, comfortable, and carefully selected. we didn't use bikes or scooters but that could also be a very nice way of seeing the city. price was reasonable considering the parking was included. when we are back in Gothenburg, I'll definitely book Anna & Jesper's place.

shared space was great, maybe wonderful. but we were the only group staying on the second floor on the dates (at least we saw no one else). I am not sure if would still be that comfortable when there are more people around.

Beautifully furnished appartment with quite a Lot of shared space so we were not limited to our room

might be better to specify that the breakfast that is included is only based on ingredients being available in the fridge and is for us to prepare by ourselves. however, it was delicious and we appreciated having the possibility to eat whenever it suited us

Amazing luxurious apartment

I loved almost everything about the place! We felt right at home and Anna and Jesper where very friendly. We were very happy to use the bikes to explore the city and in the evening we could hang around in the game room to watch a movie or play some videogames. Our bedroom was also very comfortable and except for the last night, we slept like a baby.

There were some extremely rude guests during our last night. They came in very drunk, yelling and kicking against the doors at 4 o clock in the morning, puking in the shower and turning on music while we tried to sleep. I don't think they should allow people like that into the apartment.

Everything was absolutely perfect, we really did not expect this. Location, communication with the host, food supplies, entertainment and the comfort provided by the accomodation - we didn't even want to go outside :D. 15/10, we would recommend it to everyone and we are looking forward to returning there <3.

Lovely stay

The apartment was very good, the hosts were very thoughtful. Everything we could have needed was there in the apartment. The room was cosy and warm (It was -3 degrees C outside). The location was fantstic.

There was nothing not to like. I think the quality of your stay could vary based on who else you end up sharing with as there are only 2 toilets and loud noise can travel but we didn't have any issues during our stay.
