Bom pequeno almoço buffet, bem localizado
O barulho vindo do ar condicionado mesmo desligado em todos os 4 quartos que reservei que incomodava para dormir

super love the pillow..it is very comfy. room was big and like the bathtub
the controls seem to be far from bed and it seem too high tech for me hahah

staff were friendly especially concierge
Hotel failed to pick me up from the airport as confirmed! second then when I called from the airport disconnected me 3 times and failed to pick up twice. I was delayed an hour and had to then get a taxi to the hotel. Breakfast staff were incredibly slow with the simplest of requests. waited 15 minutes for a cup of tea, no such thing as fresh orange juice. bread not fresh and no sense of urgency.
Room service ends at 10pm, how can this be a 5 star hotel????

good location
restaurant menu limited and getting a drink is a challenge

The concierge Nazri Hussain was amazing, we found him so helpful and we loved all his advise.
Felt there could have been a server at the bar at the pool, we were there late afternoon but its such a stunning setting?

Excellent location and nice staff
I was upgraded into a room which is specially designed for family guests with kids. I am very thankful for that. However, this room is connected to another room by a door in the middle. So the noise cannot be insulated very well in both room. I heard some grownups’ sound from the next door in middle night and I have to require my kids to talk in a very low voice even though it was only 9pm.

Good breakfast spread. Very near to MRT (City Hall). Near access to food and shopping area as well as business districts (Funan, Raffles City, Suntec, Marina Bay)

clean, fresh, modern, location was fabulous.
there was nothing i disliked about this hotel, and I travel a lot for work. this was one of the best hotels fir value for money
5.0
not many smiles from Reception and Bar staff. Porters and cleaners were very friendly though. I didn't think it was a 5 star hotel.
Lighting controls in the room are just a little bit silly. only one position to control lights and at a stupid position for guests including disabled guests. 5 star hotel....look at the photo of the coffee stirrer in my gin and tonic 😂

The option for breakfast is not many but all with high quality.
Location is very good, convenient for transportation and shopping.
Service for check-in and check-out is good and friendly.
If there is a button besides bed to turn off all lights, rather than walk to control pannel, that will be better(I know there is mobile app can control, but what if for the person doesn't want to download app). If there are more clothe hanger in the wardrobe will be more helpful. No place to hang the wet cloth in bath room, such as the swiming clothe.
The room cleaning service is just average level. As I used the iron and put in wardrobe, and the flash light in wardrobe fallen down, they don't tidy up and fix it.

Excellent location close to shops MRT and restaurants

Breakfast was far too expensive. Location was central. Unfortunately I had to short stay my hotel due to strike in Germany.by one day. We enjoy the sightseeing tours but would not pick Singapore for a holiday. Will i get a refund for one day early check out.
As above

There was great variety at breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The cost of the room could be a bit less which would facilitate a longer stay.

location
toilet flush not working, lots of flying insects in the room, room light switch only on one side of the bed, some not working. we called room service not responding.
gym very small.

The breakfast is great! Variety of food and choices.
The room is big and comfy. Air-con is cool enough. Many lights to adjust.
Staff refills the bottle water every day which is nice.
The gym is small but overall it is nice.
No express checkout. I queue up 20 mins for checkout, which is ridiculous.
The room/lighting control is very hard to use. It is a touch panel, but not user-friendly.

Great location and room is nice nd clean. Kids also loved the pool. Staff are also friendly.
2.0
The location because quite in the center
Towels with big holes / Front desk and Room Service that were not always answering the phone, especially before 9.00pm/9.30pm so that you couldn't get diner in your dinner after a very long day of work / Wake up calls asked that was NEVER done properly (1 day, no call at all and 1 day 1 hours AFTER the requested hour!)
9.0
The location was great. The staff were helpful and friendly. Service when required was prompt.
5.0
Air-conditioning always having a problem.
We missing a face make up foundation. I don't want to blame the house keeping!
