Все отлично.

Чистота, отличные завтраки, расположение близко до всех достопримечательностей. Заселили раньше без доплаты и бесплатно продлили время выселения до 15:00. Если до 18:00 то оплата половина стоимости номера. В номере чай, кофе,вода все бесплатно. Есть бассейн, но в него не успели дойти) отличный вид из окна, видно и сад и набережную.

Tolles, grosses Zimmer, sauber, die Lage.

Die geniale Lage, direkt angrenzend in eine Mall und U-Bahnstationen, deshalb zum 3. Mal bereits dieses Hotel ausgewählt. Neu hat es im Zimmer am Waschbecken einen zusätzlichen Hahnen für Trinkwasser und Wasserflachen dazu, die man beliebig oft damit füllen kann, sehr nachhaltig und bequem. Bequeme Betten, grosses Zimmer, sauber.

Das Frühstück war zwar besser organisiert als bei den letzten Besuchen (trotz hohem Andrang kurze Wartezeiten). Aber die Auswahl war keine 4 Sterne. Ein Swissotel mit Plakaten von Käse überall, doch das Angebot an Käse ist sehr dürftig. Wartezeiten an den Eierspeisen- könnte man besser organisieren.

Even though it's not perfect, it's still a fantastic hotel. Views are gorgeous!

Great room, extremely comfortable, impeccable cleanliness and fantastic views.

Customer service could be improved. Do not like self-serve check in. Awful! After paying top rates, one does not expect to check themselves in especially when they are jet-lagged and tired. Self-check in might sound the 'in' thing but it's a drag and that's for real! It's only convenient for the company not for the customer! Also I didn't like the fact that the pool closes at 9.30 - which is rather early for a warm climate and too early for customers on holiday.

A good place to relax for a few days on the way back to NZ

This was our third stay in the last three years. The upgrade to a high level room was much appreciated. Room was 6162 Positives:- easy control on TV, good supply of various extras, good swimming pool with adequate hours of opening. Excellent access to the underground

Negatives:- there were inadequate drawers, for example the pouf at the right side of the bed was neither use nor ornament and could more usefully have been a set of drawers. The facilities of the room could have been improved by an additional movable chair and a small coffee table so that it would be possible to sit together by the window, have a coffee and enjoy the view. size of the croissants at the breakfast needs increasing

1. Were not able to provide prayer mat. It should have been doable. 2. Please post HALAL options easily at the buffet... (should not be hard to get) Otherwise very nice stay. APPEC group discount.. they were not able to apply.

Nice. iew and Great Location

The room on a high floor was perfect for views of the city, especially at night. The beds were very comfortable with great bedding.We enjoyed it a lot. It was right next to a metro stop and a mall with nice eateries.

Best thing about the hotel is the location, everything else was pretty average for a 5star hotel

Location was good

Bottled water in the room, not fill your own 2 glass bottles. A stocked bar fridge. A TV that worked “all of the time” Sheets to have been changed at least once during the 10 days Check in staff at reception to know what they are doing.

事前に部屋の眺望(マリーナベイフロント)について要望をお伝えし快諾頂いておりましたが、宿泊直前に追加金(1泊あたり S$100)が必要と言われました。事前のやりとりは何だったのでしょうか。チェックインの際に、私と同じ理由でホテルスタッフと揉めているお客さんがいました。残念です。

Top customer service, spacious room and location, location, location!

The people are the star of this hotel. From front desk Ms Crystal to room housekeeping, Mr Bahn Linh. Everyone was helpful, kind, attentive and made our stay so memorable. I found the staff properly trained to ask the right questions and help us through our stay.

We weren’t prepared for the sheer number of people during breakfast. It was crowded and long lines at the counter. Luckily there are three different restaurants to accommodate the guests. So really the only complaint is that the line can get very long and crowded but the hotel staff worked efficiently to get people to their tables as soon as they could.

Hotel doesn't have any relaxing areas. no lounge, or nice bar to relax and just chill. The reception is way to busy and the cost of this hotel does not live up to the accommodation availabilities overall.

Excellent

Very comfortable beds, lovely hot showers, really liked the obvious effort to be more sustainable eg no plastic water bottles or plastic small shower items. Great to have many eating options close by too.

Very slow check in process. Not great when you’ve travelled many hours and just need rest especially if there are children. Really need to have a much faster check in for a hotel as esteemed as this.

Fiyat performans açısından uygundu.

2 duble yataklı odalardaki yataklar aslında yeterince büyük değil. 2 yetişkin sığmaz. Yani bu odalarda 4 yetişkin kalması çok zor. 3 kişi ise ekstra yatak ile mümkün.

Will book again, our room was relaxing and we enjoyed great rests during our holiday.

The location was excellent - close to the bay, and within walking distance to MULTIPLE MRT and bus stations. The room was clean and services were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We got our room upgraded with excellent views for my son’s birthday and had an extra bed. The hotel concierge was patient and helpful with our many enquiries.

Breakfasts have long queues and didn’t have enough options.

Excellent views, service, and location--one of the best in Singapore

The Premier Harbor View room with King Size bed was roomy, comfortable, and very well equipped. The unobstructed view of the harbor and downtown area south of the harbor was superb. Very large breakfast buffets with western and Asian entrees were available in three restaurant venues every day. Eighth floor outdoor pools shared with the Fairmont were very nice and had plenty of lounge chairs, cabanas, etc. Entrances to Raffles shopping center and City Hall MTR station are very convenient. A great unadvertised fact about this location is that an extremely large casual restaurant area is immediately below the hotel in the Raffles center, with approx. 30 mostly Asian venues at which to eat, along with a M&S food market--all an escalator ride away.

Our only complaint (and it is a minor one) was the room lighting, which couldn't be individually adjusted. Instead, the options were "All on," "All off," "Reading," and "Relax." We could not, for example, simply have one reading light on above the bed, without having multiple other lights in the room also on.

Swissotel is the best

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent. On peut faire plusieurs sorties à pied. Très belle vue sur Marina Bay sands. Personnel disponible et à l'écoute. Étant nous même d'origine suisse, nous nous sommes sentis chez nous.

Le manque de rangement dans la chambre et dans la salle de bains.

Easy, comfortable stay.

Good room layout, great location, very helpful staff. We had a Deluxe bay view room and the view was great. Having a mall underneath the property as well as the bars and restaurants in the hotel gave plenty of options for varying budgets.

Perfect view and location

Location was perfect - mall connecting to the hotel and it is near the tourist spots. We had a glorious view of the harbor and Marina Bay from our room.

The AC in the room is hard to control. It was quite hot during the middle of the night and we are unable to lower the temp.

Poor hotel comparable to a budget airport hotel, not a 5 star experience like their neighbour The Fairmont.

The location

Customer service was poor, with unhelpful staff and a cleaner that entered the room without knocking (and then lied and said the doorbell wasn’t working). The room was second rate and not 5 star accommodation by any means. The room designs and layout are poorly thought out, making it very difficult to navigate the small space. We requested a cot and were not provided with one. The hotel knew we were travelling with babies and provided no facilities to bath them (we were given a room with a shower only). Not what I’d expect given the amount we paid.

자주 가는 관광지들이 걸어 갈 수 있는 거리에 있고 지하철 역도 호텔에서 바로 연결 되어서 편리합니다. 스위소텔 스탬포드와 페어몬트 호텔, 래플스시티가 실내로 연결되어 있어서 조식 뷔페를 양쪽 호텔 모두 이용 할 수 있어서 다양한 요리를 즐길 수 있습니다. 래플스시티 쇼핑센터와 연결되고 차임스는 길 하나 건너라서 쇼핑하기에도, 식사하기에도 편리합니다. 외출 시에도 호텔 방 에어컨이 계속 작동되고 있어서 쾌적합니다. 객실 청소 담당하신 분들이 타월로 접은 예쁜 인형과 카드를 남겨주셔셔 환영 받는 기분을 느낄 수 있었습니다.

세면대에 정수기가 연결되어 있어서 인지 생수를 지급하지는 않습니다. 욕실에 스툴이라도 하나 있으면 화장대로 쓰기에 편리했을 듯 한데 화장대로 쓸 장소가 마땅하지 않습니다. 얼음 기계가 있지는 않아서 얼음이 필요하면 식당에서 포장 해 오거나 룸서비스를 청해야 합니다. 셀프 체크인 시스템을 도입하는 과정인 듯 한데 직원 도움이 없으면 어렵고 오히려 기존의 호텔 체크인 카운터에서 보다 시간이 더 걸리는 듯 합니다.
