Nothing outstanding about the hotel and facilities.

Breakfast was adequate.

Comfy, clean and convenient

Perfect location for overnight stop travelling north along M6. Option for "takeaway" breakfast items. Opening window.

My stay was fine the bed was not

Everything was fine except the bed , the mattress was lumpy

The bed was a single I chose a double for a reason

Breakfast was nice, although not much options for vegans

There was a terrible smell from the bathroom toilet drain, which made me feel physically sick. There was a hair on my pillow, and the bed looked like someone had just thrown the bedding on. Also, there was an awful lot of noise, resulting in me only getting 3 hours of sleep.

Great location for motorway stopover

Comfortable bed. Very quiet room - asked for Village Hotel side and top (3rd floor)

The breakfast was the only (minor) letdown. Good selection of cereals but let down by some of the cooked offering. Bacon nice but the sausages poor quality and overcooked and the eggs were awful - clearly powdered scrambled eggs and very dry. Could not see anyone actually eating them! Previous reviews suggest this is a possibly regular complaint

Hotel was fiine, rooms were large and comfortable.

The food was extremely poor. Checked the menu on website before booking but on arrival at the hotel found that there was a very limited menu and a vastly reduced choice of food. Every meal could habe been cooked in a microwave and was extremely poor quality. Breakfast was probably the worst I have ever had in any hotel. Tiny plates, no fried eggs ( powdered scrambled eggs only ) bacon and sausages cold. Good choice of cereal etc. but hot food was not good. Hotel itself was very good and the staff were excellent but get the feeling they didn't have a chef and anybody at all could have made the meals with a microwave.

Breakfast was decent. There seemed to be different options. The room was clean but could've been better.

On arrival the receptionists said that they were very low staff and so wouldn't be able to help much which was disappointing. They also closed the bar early due to this so we couldn't eat or drink at the hotel

HAD MY TRUCK BROKEN INTO AND ALL MY TOOLS STOLEN FROM THE BACK NOT SURE IF IT WAS CAUGHT ON CCTV OR NOT SHOWER WAS DIRTY
