Our accommodation was very good, recently refurbed, spacious and cleanly kept. Location in Quinta is good with the beach, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets within a reasonable drive. The kids club seemed excellent, the pool area was nice. If you are only focused on good accommodation and not interested in using facilities it's great.
The clubhouse and facilities were soulless, lacked cleanliness and were completely uninviting or didn't work. The one restaurant & bar closed at 6.30, the food was very average. The gym and other facilities were either tired or like the steam room had long been out of service. If you are a family travelling and/or you want to relax and unwind using the facilities or eating and drinking onsite, then it's probably not for you.

It’s a nice venue , however, outdated. Our villa had an ant infestation, this was sorted by the staff. Then our villa had no water for an hour and communication was poor. Nevertheless it was sorted by staff within a couple of hours.
The breakfast Buffett has gone and no staff to cook fresh eggs in front of you.

Lovely surroundings and facilities. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive e.g. putting on more bread in the shop when sold out or sending a dessert and cocktail for one of our guests' birthday. We were travelling with a 10 month old, and the Baby Concierge items came in extremely useful. We were able to get our room really dark to help with nap time. We were able to get restaurant meals for takeaway and get takeaway breakfast. Baby changing at main Pool area was excellent for a family to get changed, especially when waiting for our villa to be ready. Small hamper of food items left in villa for your arrival. Allowed us to check out the night before as our airport transfer was early in the morning. Toiletries provided in villa. Baby menu at restaurant was great as we are currently weaning. Free gift from Kids Club for our baby
The only downsides were the location was slightly isolating when you do not have a hire car. We were able to go to other restaurants or supermarkets although was roughly 2km walk. Easy enough to do with sunshade on pram, asour baby loved the bumpy cobbles to go over to sleep. Children's park lovely, but perhaps not geared towards <1yr as the swings do not have barrier seats for a baby to hold on. Bar and restaurant closes for both in person and takeaway at 6.30pm, not a major issue because the food is lovely but a little earlier compared to what we are used to. Villa was very nicely decorated but had a lot of breakable and unfriendly baby items such as coffee tables and leads for floor lamps. We moved all items to a cupboard we weren't using which was not a big issue.

Location perfect .. didn’t use the facilities as members elsewhere .
I think the house could have been more cosy for winter .. lacking in personality and comforts ..fine when roasting hot in the summer . Music would be good .. up to date anyway , not a CD player . Otherwise all good . So tiny faults .

Very well located, comfortable houses, nice pool and excellent breakfast.
The attention of the employees to the customers. In general, with few exceptions, the employees seem demotivated and provide only the minimum information and help. A simple smile does a lot, and we did not see it there. An exception was Mr. Fernando, who works at the breakfast and the mini market. He was very nice, attentive and helpful with our family. The kids’ club also needs more dedicated personnel, who enjoy working and playing with children.

Amazing with group of friends to stay in villa that has a beautiful patio with pool. Outside seating area accommodate everyone and was great hang-out. Inside, all the rooms had a big bathrooms and they were clean. Felt great and enjoyed our stay.
Facilities like restaurant, pool and market close very early.

location
there was a cockroach running around the second bathroom. bathroom sinks not emptying properly. mentioned this to the reception. just got a shrug of the shoulders. so, checked out, did not stay for second night which was booked and paid for beforehand. booking.com should not be putting this property on its site.

Good sized villa with comfortable beds. Excellent staff in the pool bar / restaurant and great fun for the kids.
Pool in the villa needs retiling.

Staff helpful and pleasant
We specifically asked for a quiet location on several occasions- our villa was overlooked by a number of townhouses, several of which were undergoing renovation. Drilling, hammering & tile cutting noise all week. The pool bar / restaurant had very little food available, nothing fresh & after a microwaved spaghetti bolognese I had food poisoning & was quite unwell. Chair in our villa suddenly disintegrated causing my husband (who is not young any more!) to fall heavily on to the hard, tiled floor. The villa was not well maintained and very sparsely furnished, no table lamps & lighting not good. Parties from occupiers of town houses - one starting the night we arrived at 2.am until after 4am. Probably one of the worst & most expensive holidays we’ve ever had!

The townhouse was huge with plenty of room to spread out. the kitchen was fantastic.
It’s a little far from things to do. beds were pretty hard.

A wonderful resort - a gorgeous well kept villa which was cleaned daily if we wanted it. The pool area with splash zone, trampoline, sandpit and slides was a paradise for our 22 month old daughter. Couldn't have picked a better place for her first holiday abroad. The outdoor pools were heated which made swimming pleasant even in the cooler March temperatures and every member of staff we met was so friendly and attentive. The food for breakfast and lunch (and cocktails!) at the pool hangout was divine! Currently wondering when we can book again!
Not a flaw of the resort itself but the restaurants in the surrounding area are quite expensive. If you are willing to drive to vilamoura or surrounding area (about 20 mins) you will get better value for your money :) We did, however, do two takeaways - the pizzas from Il Vero were AMAZING and would also highly recommended the Indian food from the Coriander Indian kitchen! Yum!
