Great location and the staff are really friendly.

Great location and right on the beach. Staff were really friendly.

There wasn’t anything I’d say I didn’t like as such but it was a shame we never got a chance to lie around the pool. Each time we tried, all the sun-beds had towels on but people weren’t really using them. It wasn’t a big deal though as we just sat on the beach instead.

The location is perfect, the pool area, the staff is very kind, struggling with english a little bit but you will be able to get what you need. I have to menyion John here, the general manager himself takes care that the guests leave that place satisfied. He will make you feel you're just spending nights in ur friend's house😂 The breakfast is basic and everyday the same, but this is something that you notice everywhere in Thailand. I personally can't complain because anyway I only have a few things for breakfast so I don't mind😛

The lights in the bedroom are too low, and the lights outside can't be blocked at night. The matress and the pillows are not that comfortable.

Lovely place to stay

The staff we're all really lovely. Friendly and helpful and were happy for us to check out a bit later as out flight wasn't until the afternoon. The pool by our room was great and all very clean. Lovely plants everywhere, you can tell it's all looked after well. Perfect location. Very close to all the shops and restaurants but nice and quiet when you want to relax. The other pool was nice too, right on the beach and pool bar was great. Perfect spot on the beach too.

It would be helpful if they offered laundry service. The breakfast was nice but limited options so we didn't fancy it every day.

Good value for money

conveniently located in the heart of chaweng, in a walk distance from Central shopping mall and all bars and cafes, but yet far from the street and very quiet.

Aircon system needs some improvment, but in my experience this is a frequent matter in Samui.

I asked the staff 5 times if I could speak with the manager. The manager didn't even have the decency to contact me until the next day when I raised another issue regarding loud music at the pool. However.. the reason I wanted to speak with the manager was to see if I could negotiate a more favorable room rate to extend my stay for another 2 or 3 weeks.. Its clear he was interested in the extra business... Terrible way to treat your guests.

Great location and value for money if not spending time in your small room.

Location was perfect. Option for beach bean bags or poolside. Joining rooms upon request.

Breakfast included was not buffet so no options to choose from. Rooms very small. No pool lounges around pool just plastic chairs.

Beautiful place to chill, close to party-centre

The pool and beach access are awesome. Also you are really close to the party-centre of chaweng. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cozy bungalows.

The beach was sometimes pretty dirty.

Exceptional

we loved staying at the resort, it was the perfect spot by chaweng beach, we asked for a room near the sea and was given a room right next to it which was perfect :) The staff are lovely and would do anything to help, I would definitely recommend, worth the price!

the only thing I would mention is the shower, not much water came out and wasn’t cold and the bed wasn’t the comfiest but can’t really complain for the price we paid.

great locations

Fantastic location so easily accessible.

We booked for 6 adults and wanted to stay 3, 2 and 1 as one of our party preferred a room on her own. however, we got charged to put an extra bed into one of the rooms which I thought was a little much considering we had still booked for 6 adults.
