위치는 최상입니다. 페닌슐라 옆이고 유일한 장점이 위치였어요.

이때까지 가본 호텔 중 가장 더러웠어요. 쇼파와 카펫은 설치 이후 단 한 번도 청소나 교체 안한 거 같았고, 욕조는 사용전에 머리카락들 있어서 제가 청소하고 썼고요. 침대시트는 머리카락 생산기인줄.. 그거보다 더 심각한 시트문제는 사진 찍었는데 보는 사람 비위 상할까봐 못올리겠어요. 홍콩에서의 8박중 6박은 5성에서 있었기 때문에 여기가 절반가격도 안되니까, 좋은 위치에 가성비로 잠만 잔다고 생각하고 간건데 ..진심 돈버리고 다른데 갈지 고민했습니다. 위생에 조금이라도 민감하다면 도시락싸서 말리고 싶어요.

Great location, excellent facilities.

Excellent location to HK and Nathan Road, convenience of being able to leave your luggage with the concierge before check in. Excellent breakfast available.

야경은 최고~~

하버뷰 야경은 정말 최고입니다. 침사추이와 가깝고 바로 앞 항구에서 스타페리 타고 홍콩섬 접근성 좋아요

수영장이 경기 레인이 있는 수영장으로 아이가 놀지 못해 많이 실망했어요.

Fabulous views and location.

The harbour view room is worth every penny. Location is fabulous for the Star Ferry as right on the waterfront. Easy luggage drop off before check in. Rooms comfortable with fridge and slippers.

Would have liked a bar/ coffee shop area.

Location

After we put ‘please clean up room’ sign, maid came change towels and gave 2 bottles for water only, the maid didn’t clean up garbage or clean up bed sheet.

수건만 갈아주는 메이크룸이였기에 그것이 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

良い滞在でした。

・立地が良く、ハーバービュー側にしたので景色もきれいでした。・カフェ＆レストランを併設しており、近くにコンビニもあるなど利便性が良かったです。・部屋も清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。

・チェックイン時のフロント対応の手際がイマイチで、混雑していたこともあり、だいぶ待たされました。・ドライヤーの風量が弱く、髪を乾かすのに時間がかかりました。

We don’t have breakfast included but there are lots of eating place around and cheap. Location very convenient for going anywhere and MTR entrance just next to the building. Lots of shopping and restaurants. We booked a suite however my sister’s regular room was pretty good too, good size for regular rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We didn’t know they clean the room every 3 days but you can request room cleaning by hanging the tag at the door. I guess it more environmental friendly they have kettle and instant coffee just like hotels in Japan.

They need to address housekeeping issues.

Location and view is excellent. The housekeeping staff for our first night was very helpful.

-We had to call Housekeeping to pick up the trash and replace used cups/saucers. I understand about not replacing sheets everyday because of the environment. But it’s too lazy of them to not even make an effort to clean the room. - The pull out bed in the King Suite needs to be replaced! The middle part sags badly and my children had very very uncomfortable nights. - It’s a pity because we really used to like staying in this hotel.
