Great location, food and staff make this place work like a charm!

Great location, excellent staff with professionalism, courteous and support! The food at the restaurant was so good we ate there both nights of our two night stay. We even had the same dish twice, the sliced beef! It was amazing!

The hotel is in a busy part of town so the streets at night can be a bit noisy. There is a bus stop out front and back which does not help with the noise. I would still stay here again.

Kevin is a great help for us. He made extra efforts to help us.

I booked two twin beds, but when I checked in, I was given a queen bed. When I told them that I couldn't sleep well with queen bed with my husband, they were able to acomomdate my need.

I would like them to make sure to meed my requirements before my cancellation date. Neither my husband nor myself can sleep well on a queen bed.

Formidable...à refaire :-)

L'emplacement top, proche de tout, pas besoin de la voiture. Le personnel, aimable, disponible et en plus nous avons eu des petites attentions pour nos anniversaires :-)

Location was good

The room was strange, the best view was from the bathroom. 2 ventilators were in the room but no air conditioning The price is extremely high, for more, different from all other hotels that I booked in Switzerland, and they charged me the moment that I booked.

Good for value, no air conditioning, street side can be noisy.

Simple breakfast with cheese ham and bread. Eggs on request but it was over cooked and not freshly made because was not hot.

I was out in an attic room on the first night. There’s no air conditioning, it was unbearably warm at night I was not able to sleep. Reception only available until 20:00 so there’s no one I can speak to, they changed my room to a lower floor and temperature was much moderate. However both rooms was facing the street, can be noisy at night.

Nice place, great location

Great location easily walkable and bus-able to all the common destinations. Walking distance to the train station. Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. We ate at the restaurant for dinner once and were happy with the “modern seasonal Swiss food” and wine.

Breakfast was nothing special. Also, our room was very loud at night - it seems the hotel is very close to the town clock, and susceptible to vibrations and rattling from passing cars. A kettle for hot water coffee would have been nice, as well as a fridge that wasn’t full of minibar things.

fantastic stay with great breakfast

it’s located at the central of Lucerne. walking distance from bus and train station. near to some tourist attractions. clean and comfortable bedroom. there’s even a small kitchen and dining table. beyond our expectations!

Great hotel: we hope we'll be back

Very good hotel in great location: we liked our stay a lot. Great restaurant both for breakfast and dinner. Large room, with comfy beds, option to regulate heat was much appreciated. Quiet enough to open window (for us). Helpful staff. About 10/15 minutes walk to trainstation and boats.

One of the beds was creaky: it made for a disturbed first night, untill we found our earplugs.

Good location, clean, good breakfast. Excellent restaurant, the food was lovely . We had been travelling for four weeks to Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and Sardinia staying in various hotels and eating out in restaurants every day this hotel had the best restaurant food was amazing.. Valet parking and free water.

Excellent stay

The food at the restaurant was great. The valet service is very helpful. The staff always ready to help you and provide you with the required information.

The stay was excellent. If I have to pick something wrong (with the only objective to render the service perfect, given the excellence already achieved) I found the room slightly too hot for my taste, especially over night. I would recommend a curtain or alike solutions to give the bathroom some privacy: the glass door is very elegant, but the vision on the toilet may not be ideal in certain situations!

room was very old, I get the “boutique” point but facilities were old, noise insulation a bit non-existent, breakfast was okay but barely any selection, Parking was valet rendering no access to guests at all
