Must have rental car and should be prepared to stay and enjoy the property

We had a wonderful stay in Paros. The villa was secluded, but not too far from the beaches and towns. After a day at the beach, we would float in the pool overlooking the Aegean Sea and unwind. The pool was very kid friendly with our 7 year old able to stand (but be careful because the area around it gets slick). We enjoyed watching the sunset from the patio to finish every perfect day in Paros. The villa was exactly what we needed, however the only complaint would be that some of the rooms did not have AC.

Just as advertised. Location was a little remote which we loved. Quiet and peaceful and has amazing views and sunsets.

We enjoyed all of the space in this house. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. Eating breakfast outside with the gorgeous view was a perfect way to start the day.

‘Wow’ was the first impression on entering the villa - everything was as hoped for but in reality it was even better.
The location, whilst quite remote, offered sensational views of Anti-Paros & the villa was so spacious that, although 9 in our party, we never felt cramped. The villa was well equipped & provided with every amenity ensuring that a fantastic family holiday was enjoyed by all.

excellent, a little off the beaten path, but worth it!

Run, don't walk to rent your stay at this beautiful villa! The home is really unbelievable! Way above our expectations. First of all, Harry met us at the port to take our luggage and some of the guests back to the home, because we couldn't fit them all in the rental car-for free! And he brought us back when we left! The home is one large unit, with four bedrooms and I believe, four bathrooms, one upstairs. Two large bedrooms and two smaller ones. Upstairs living area was gorgeous, sparkling white and clean. Well stocked kitchen and modern appliances. But the highlight of this place is the outside, two levels of comfort and spectacular views of islands and ocean. Many comfortable chairs, tables, and places to sit and just watch the sunset over the ocean. The pool was clean and perfect temp for a dip after sight seeing. Air conditioning throughout the house, but not in two of the bedrooms, luckily did not need it the days we were there. Hit a cool spell. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows, and blankets. The villa is a little away from any town or city but sooo worth it. Rent a car, driving is not that bad, just watch the curves. There is a resort in walking distance that has a nice dinner and yummy buffet breakfast at a very reasonable price. Communication with Harry and Katerina was very good and quick. We had to reschedule due to Covid and they were very accommodating. I would absolutely rent again if/when we return to Paros. Hopefully soon!

From the moment we stepped off the plane the hosts were there to greet us, orient us to the area and make us feel at home. We took advantage of the meal option the first night and it was spectacular. The pictures cannot capture all the beauty of this meticulously maintained home.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home right on the coast. The uninterrupted views cannot be understated - simply amazing! The home was clean and had plenty of room for our group of 7 people. The main level has a kitchen, living room, bathroom and access to the large decks. There is a shaded eating area outside where we enjoyed a delicious home cooked meal by the owner. On the lower level, there are 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a washing machine. There are AC's in all of the bedrooms except the bunk bedroom but it has a fan. Because it is on the lower level the rooms naturally stayed cooler. The lower level leads out to more decks and the swimming pool. A car is a must as you are away from towns and restaurants. We loved our 5 day stay and will stay there again on our next visit to Paros.

This place was perfect. Spacious and bright with many areas for relaxing both inside and outside. We enjoyed the pool, BBQ and the uninterrupted views. I would love to return to both Paros and this villa.

We loved our stay at the Thea Villa.

Our family stayed at Katarina's lovely home in Paros. We so enjoyed the home, the well-equipped kitchen and of course the outstanding views. Katarina was responsive in answering all my questions quickly. The house managers Harry and his wife Irene were wonderful with warm hospitality and made themselves very available if needed. We had them cook for us two evenings (extra charge) and that was delicious. We felt very nurtured. We took the ferry and explored a couple nearby islands as well as the towns on the island of Paros. So fun!

Had a great week at the villa. The views are so stunning that we always preferred to do the happy hour at home and were reluctant going to the beach to early. The Aghia Irini beach is down a steep road, so you would really need a car. A/C is in the living room and in 2 of the bedrooms, worked fine, but ceiling fans were enough at night. Any minor issues were taken care immediately by Harry and Irene, thank you very much. The internet as mentioned by some other guests is not sufficient, the modem is in one of the other houses; as it works perfectly in all other places of the island, it just needs a modem in each house I guess. The house is a bit off the beaten track which was fine for us, you definitely need a car. The best restaurants are in Naoussa about 30 minutes away, the house beach is about 1 km, and a nicer one Parosporos with lots of waives to play, about 10 minutes drive.

This was our second vacation we spent here at this property because we love it so much. It is simply perfect for us in every way. It is quiet and somewhat secluded, beautiful, well-stocked with everything we need, and the property manager, Harry, takes care of us well (picking us up from the port, helping arrange car rentals, etc.). With daily maid service, we don't have to worry about anything after we prepare and enjoy our breakfast on the deck every morning. The sunset views are unparalleled every evening. We spend hours every morning and every evening just enjoying the peace and quiet overlooking the ocean, watching the sunset. We will be back next year! The owner, Katerina, is very responsive to our questions anytime. You will need a rental car as this property is somewhat off the beaten path, but that is why we love it. It is still only minutes from town though. We have grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants only 8-12 minutes away. Very quiet, hardly anyone around. It has a stunning beach 5 minutes away with a quaint taverna with great food. The photos cannot capture the stunning beauty of this place. Don't miss this gem!

Pros: Stunning view, gorgeous house, beautifully decorated and very relaxing. We were 2 families with kids and the size was perfect. Plenty of room and space for dining, drinks... Incredible view on the sunset. Beautiful architecture. Fine location: 2 beautiful little beaches within walking distance and 10 min ride to Parikia.Cons: the aircon of the main living area was down when we arrived and was never fixed. As mentioned in the description, the house is not recommended for young children, several dangerous spots (non secured holes and wells). Even for older children, a few locks and caution signs would be best to prevent possible accidents.
