Il servizio alla reception . La pulizia delle camere. L'ambiente "artistico". La vicinanza al centro. Il bagno finestrato. Il fatto di poter lasciare le valige anche dopo l'orario previsto.

I rumori provenienti dalle camere adiacenti (bagno-televisione-voce delle persone). Potrebbe essere un problema solo della camera assegnatami (152)

Review on Hotel la Fenice et des Artistes

The bathroom was nice decorated with the basic hygiene products and clean. Broadband was good. There is a fridge in the room which was very helpful. The staff at reception was very polite, helpful and friendly. The air conditioning was working well too.

The price. Very expensive. We would like to have fruits as part of our breakfast. There was a fruit salad from the tin, not fresh. No Netflix. No view.

Parfait!

Localisation parfaite pour se promener dans Venise. Chambre confortable, petit déjeuner buffet varié. Le personnel est pro et aux petits soins. Notre chambre donnait sur l entrée des artistes du théâtre de la Fenice ce qui nous a offert des concerts privés lors des répétitions du prochain opéra à l affiche!

Très bon rapport qualité prix et nous a réconcilié avec l’hôtellerie vénitienne.

Gentillesse du personnel et propreté. Belle dimensions des chambres.

Décoration peut être un peu vieillotte et ascenseur un peu lent mais sinon très bien.

Quirky small room had all that was required

Slooow lift, dead mosquitos on the walls (did not notice any live ones though), door from bedroom onto landing has steps down immediately outside and bedroom door tries to push you down them as it closes quite forcefully behind you

I enjoyed to stay there

It was better than I expected. The property was clear and comfortable. Staff was ok.

The elevator seems dangerous. Also I stayed at the fourth floor. The room felt claustrophobic since the windows were up above.

Would return to this hotel in an instant - marvelous!

Location- very easy to find being next to the Teatro de Fenice. Easy walk to many of the places and sights we wanted to see. The artist theme was charming and we enjoyed all the little touches that made this a boutique hotel.

One of the front desk clerks was less hospitable. The older man with grey hair and silver glasses was excellent and helped us so much with our bags to the water taxi location. I was with my elderly mother and it was a big help to have another assistant!

staff could be friendlier. breakfast should be well improved. there should be hotel slipper, hairdrier, iron, cattle for a hot tea, complementary water etc. there were none of these unfortunately

My husband and I especially enjoyed the convenient location, interesting artwork and a delicious daily breakfast.

it had warmth and was charming I especially enjoyed the collection of very good artwork in many areas of the hotel.

would have enjoyed lunch OR dinner also.

Good for a three-star hotel, very nice staff but unpleasant odor in one of our rooms

The location was great, the staff was very helpful with locating restaurants and confirming my water taxi. The free breakfast with fresh cappuccino was quite good. Interesting look with art of all styles scattered around the hote.

The bathrooms were small, and the showers were even smaller. We had two rooms - one for my wife and I and one for my two adult kids (both one the first floor up - one above the ground floor). Our room was OK, but the kids room next door had a pretty bad odor (room 108). Opening the windows helped some, but it never went away.

good location and pretty garden

excellent location and quiet in the room. various communal areas to chill out

pretty small room. the guy at the front desk also told me they have a ‘policy’ where they have to hold onto your room key for you before you leave the hotel. he was really reluctant to let me hold onto my key which I thought was a bit of a flag. I was staying by myself so this made me a bit nervous.

Great location but overpriced.

The location was great. It had an elevator which was handy, but very slow. Good shower.

Windowsill thick with dust. Air conditioner not working, they only informed when we asked for remote control. The twin beds that we had booked were two badly made beds together, when we moved apart to seperate them (as had not set up as twin) the both wobbled and squeaked a lot. Overpriced for what you get.

We did have a lovely stay&staff were very helpful.Location was excellent.

Staff very friendly & helpful.It was my daughters birthday.The staff left a little card& a present in the room for her.

Aircon wasn’t working&The room was a bit too warm. The bed cld have been more comfortable.

Great place

The location was great, easy walk to all of the major sites. Quiet at night, slept with the window open just fine. Staff was great with directions. Breakfast was convenient and a great value.

The booking said self service laundry but the only laundry service they have is for it to be sent out and really expensive. Luckily we found self service laundymat nearby

the hallways were always cluttered and unsafe. they’re doing work and equipment are all over the very narrow hallway between my room and the stairs/lift.

I had hoped for more

This older hotel had a certain charm and staff were welcoming.

I was disappointed with our room allocation, and it was unlike the illustrations, rather lacking colour. It faced the sheer wall of the opera house across a narrow alleyway that could at times be noisy.
