Piscina.

The best thing about the property other than being next to the beach and the spa and the pool has to be the employees from the moment of checking and needing an extra bed to checking us in early. They really cared
complimentary upgraded!

the staff is so extremely friendly, it was really a great place. the additional yoga facilities are super, the food is good, and the swimmingpools are really nice as well! such good value for money!
the rooms are really not that nice, it could use a bit of an upgrade. the location isn’t the very best if you like a bit of shopping/cozy streets/ good restaurants near by, but you can get to some cozy spots if you walk a bit or take the train to another village.

I liked that the hotel offers different activities throughout the day, which helps you to relax. Also the only adult swimming pool is a big plus. I already stayed here three times and looking forward to come again
vegetarian corner during the breakfast wasn’t really vegetarian

Beautiful pools, close to the beach, Om Spa was amazing, very comfy beds. Our room was upgraded on arrival
You have to book the shaded bali style sunbeds which was unclear and seems unnecessary when not busy

Very friendly and attentive staff, clean facilities, comfortable bed.
I was mostly disappointed as it was not what I expected at all. Slow travel? Yoga? Ambience music from the bar terrace to be heard from any balcony, people drinking and smoking,, the yoga and fitness rooms were really tiny, and in the basement so I didn't feel like joining them as I found it suffocating.....like I said, not what I was expecting at all
I contacted the hotel prior to my arrival, which assured me they had a VEGAN corner for breakfast....which it was FALSE as I found a Spanish omelette in their VEGETARIAN corner, not vegan. As well as it not being true I could ask the chef for what I wanted...the waitress couldn't find him anywhere... NONE of the staff knew the difference between vegan and vegetarian which resulted in me just having bread (which I couldn't verify was vegan either as it sometimes contains milk).
None of the food in the buffet was labelled at all, neither for allergies.
The coffee machine was appalling as it's Nescafé from a machine, tasted like it was: instant coffee. The quality of the jam was so low I didn't even touch it, the fruit was awful: stone hard kiwis, tasteless melon...even my non vegan companion expressed her full disappointment at the quality of the food.
I'm astonished staff and kitchen staff working in a Yoga Hotel in 2023 have no idea what being vegan is.
It's simply a normal hotel with some yoga classes and activities.
The lugagge room key only seemed to work once at a time, so I had to walk 4 times to have it reactivated which was annoying.
The QR for the restaurant/bar only included the drinks menu, there was no info available about their food.
They make you book a table for any meal so you must choose a seat from their system, like D39...but when you get to the restaurant they tell you you can sit anywhere you like. .. confusing to say the least.

Interactions with staff was very good, many nice people who work there and tried hard to please.
Room was awful...outdated and crowded. Only single outlet in room was over bed so to charge phone meant cords hanging over your face all night. It was a TWIN room with added beds to make a family quad. There was a charge for pool towels, a charge for the room safe (really? never have I had to pay for the safe) , hairdryer stopped working mid dry, bathroom above us started a leak and ran into ours, kiddie pool had green mold all around the overfill drains, and slats were broken, not safe for toddlers. I have been to Spain for years in all parts of the country, even Camino hostels were better suited for comfort. For the price charged this was a major disappointment.

Spa is worth paying extra for, it is the main highlight of this place. Breakfast is okay, what you can expect.
The main issue with the hotel was that they sell it as something that it isn't. It's not a relaxing oasis as they make it seem, it is rather a regular hotel with some extras such as the spa (for which you have to pay extra). We found it very contradictory that it's supposed to be all about "slow travel" and whatnot, but there is a DJ party going on until almost midnight. The staff were not that friendly, most were OK but some were kind of unpleasant. Basically the only thing that sets this place apart from any other pool hotel in the same town is the spa.

i loved the overall build, the entrance is much nicer than the pictures suggest, the pool, spa and relax area are very tidy and modern. it was overall a very nice experience
i thought the rooms looked a bit outdated and i found the restaurant layout a bit confusing. It was also quite loud, some curtains would help.

nice reception on arrival, pleasant stuff.
I did not like that our towels got disappeared from the pool area (deposit of 20€ were put at the reception). initially it was put “like our problem” that towels got disappeared in the hotel area, but after escalating this with the shift manager deposit got returned.
quality of food could be improved.
