The room is so clean and the staff was so polite and friendly , and the view was incredible.
There is no Arabic channels in the tv at least 2 or 3 channels

Beautiful setting and views, lovely pool.
Food was average, particularly the breakfast which was often cold. Teas & coffees cold also.

location, facilities

Complimentary shuttle service to Mykonos town - we used it 3 times.
WiFi was a bit flaky in the room/balcony.

breakfast was great, pool staff excellent, very comfortable
The gym was of poor standard and the reception staff were abrupt
4.5
Location and view were superb. Staff were responsive and attentive through the hotel. The spa was excellent. Highly recommend the massages.
Room bathroom needed a little work and a little outdated. Shower was small and leaked water everywhere due to the design.
1.5
The view was great, amazing sunset, and in general staff was good.
The hotel is not a 5 stars hotel (maybe a 3); being part of leading hotels of the world is pathetic, a shame for the brand Leading Hotels of the World. The whole experience was not good.
4.5
The breakfast was incredible, the pool was beautiful and clean as were the rooms and the rest of the facilities.
The doors to the shower and toilet were see through glass- that should have been stated. The beach was a very steep walk down from the hotel, and the hotel was definitely not accessible on foot and there was nothing around. The reception was not helpful at all, actually dismissive. Taxis cost at least €35-50 to and from the hotel and the advertised shuttle only comes a handful of times a day. The room set up for three people was a bit odd.. for €533 a night I wouldn’t expect a dodgy fold out cot for the third person. Also they didn’t tell us you couldn’t drink the tap water and we had to buy bottles multiple times a day from the hotel bar.

Plenty of sunbeds available both on the beach and pool.
Breakfast was very good
Special thanks to the cleaning lady who was absolutely adorable!
The mattress was awful. Too soft and it felt like sleeping on an inclined ramp. I did not sleep well every night.

The architecture, rooms, swimming pool and the staff were all excellent.

stunning view over Elia beach. spacious room
that’s it. the rest is awful.
never have i ever stayed in a hotel where getting a tip
is the prime focus of the staff. sure they’re friendly but
it’s all a well rehearsed play.
besides that. wifi is crap, beds make you wake up with
a hernia (5* hotel??!!)
Food: maybe diverse a bit and not serve everything
with fries. again, 5* hotel???! i’ve had dry seabass and
moussake without lamb (tasted like ground beef)
on top. at check out a tip for reception is asked over
the whole amount of your invoice ( including the tips
your already gave!) seriously have you no shame?!
Might as well given my creditcard and have your
way with it.

The location was beautiful, the staff were brilliant, the food was superb, the Myconian Resort was exceptional!

the location is good staff and not good
front desk
3.0
Location, beach, ocean view of the room and hotel in general
The quality of the breakfast was very poor, low quality ingredients all around, all unhealthy, not ok for 600 per night
Staff was clearly temp and untrained. Receptionist complained about her work hours to me at check out and asked for extra money for her to compensate that she is working 7 days per week

amazing place, breathtaking views, impeccable service! an oasis in Mykonos and will definitely go back always when in MYK. Special thanks to the amazing staff Andreas, George(s) and all the others that made our stay unforgettable!

This was our 5th year at the same hotel, while I am not one to keep going at the same place service and facilities are exceptional at the Myconian collection. The attention to detail is incredible, I am almost sure there must have client profiles for returning customers. Every staff member is very caring and approaches with a very genuine attitude. You can also enjoy the facilities of the other hotels, such as different restaurants with different concepts (you don’t always have to make it to Mykonos town to enjoy a great night).
Nothing really! The customers have changed in the recent years and we now have more disrespectful, entitled clients around but I wouldn’t expect the hotel to make up for it of course (e.g. loud music on the beach with own speakers, loud customers in the shuttles chatting from one edge to the other like they own the place).

we like very much the attention of the whole team and calm at the beach.

It could take long to write what i like in this hotel. Personal is very friendly and helpful . Service absolutely cover all the problems with the placement on high hill. There are free shuttles to the beach, to Mykonos, to other restaurants of the hotel. Wonderful breakfast. Cleaning of room twice a day. Amazing views. Different restaurants for different tastes, starting from stylish designed Utopia to Greek style pool restaurant and so on. I would like to stay again for longer time.
The only thing i would like to add in my room is the bidet or at list the hygienic shower at the toilet. Coffeemashine will be possible to add.
But anyway i d love to stay again in this hotel.

The treatment we received at Royal Myconian was "Royal"! We have never experienced customer service like we did here! The employees are friendly, they are always smiling, very human and so dedicated to making our time there memorable. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and very clean, the view is breathtaking, access to the beach is easy and they have their own section with people from the hotel to take care of you. The food at the hotel is excellent and you can access all their hotels, which are walking distance from each other, and enjoy their installations and restaurants. Our favorite part was sitting at night at the bar, drinking cocktails and staring at the view. We also took advantage of the complimentary shuttle to Mykonos town! We can't wait to come back!!!
We loved everything!

Breakfast was wonderful and very diversified. The staff was very kind and helpful. We had a bad experience with a bus which sent us to a wrong destination. We called the hotel and the problem had been solved in notime.
The cook is a little bit weak for this standard of hotel. We tried the restaurant twice for dinner and the room service once. Despite the kindness of the waiters, the "cuisine" was below our expectations.
The water of the pool was too cold. Never more than 2 or 3 swimmers.

the staff were very friendly including the reception, room service and also the pool staff. they were very receptive and always with a big smile. facilities and rooms were outstanding and very clean. amazing views
a little bit far from downtown but the hotel provided a free shuttle service that made our life easier

location and shuttle service to town. Amazing views, Excellant service, very good food & Drink options in restaurants and bar.
breakfast was mostly good accept waffles…very dry should have options for pan cakes also and should do live omelette stations. since the pool is
cold there should be hot tub. what is on property is not a hot tub just jets. hotel should do go cart to provide ride to beach as the walking up the hill is way too tiring.
