We really enjoyed our stay. Its in a quiet area and close to nice beaches. Not too far from supermarket etc. But you need a car.
The best part was the pool and outside area. The rooms were all nice
Whilst we enjoyed out stay we did feel a little disappointed in the lack of little touches. It's a shame because with that it would have made the stay so much nicer. We made some suggestions to prevent writing too much on here but they were excused rather then taken onboard.
The cleaner, whilst she did a good job was in our "private" villa for 5+ hours everyday which was completely unnecessary and didnt make it feel very private. She wasn't very friendly and would be in the way when were trying to cook, shower etc, cleaning the windows (that should be a job for when guests aren't there). They changed the sheets/towels daily which we asked them not to as its not very eco friendly.
Kitchen equipment isn't the best but there is a good bbq on the patio.
It's a little dated and could do with a face lift in some parts but that didn't really bother us apart from the shutters which banged in the night (they were rusted over so we were unable to move them- some we put shoes behind to wedge them so they didnt move)
A welcome booklet would have been nice touch to tell us what we were and weren't allowed to do. You aren't allowed to use the laundry because an old guess broke it so now its 25 euros for the cleaner to do it including ironing. Not what you would expect in a villa.
One night someone tried to break into the villa. There was a moped in the drive way and someone tried the doors but we interupted them and they rode off. Please be vigilante and make sure you lock everything including the driveway gate (we asked the cleaner one day to lock everything after her, only to find the balcony doors wide open when we returned).
Somethings not provided, which would have added that little nice touch... ( especially advertising it as a luxury villa)
- no toiletries
- no laundry
- no tea / coffee / sugar
- working mosquito plugs (lots of mosiquitos)

A beautiful villa in a great location in Southern Mykonos, close to nice beach clubs and restaurants like Agia Anna, Spilia, L’Aragosta & Solymar, and an easy drive to the village of Ano Mera. A great place for a group of families to stay and enjoy Mykonos without being in the most hectic areas. And very kind hosts.

The cleaner Marietta was wonderful. She came every day and was very friendly. The concierge Spiros was very helpful. The view from the property was breathtaking.
It was a little bit tired in appearance. It could do with a bit of love - such as making sure all lamps/lights work, all rooms have curtains, all air con works, etc

The house was amazing, everything was clean and welcoming. The house is in a good position close to a few big supermarkets and some cool beaches. On top of the house, Philip, our driver, was truly amazing and helped us with literally everything, always available and super kind!
Not much to point out that we didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

Such a nice vibe in this house. Yes it's a little older, but it seems like they have done a really nice job sprucing it up, with some really cute decorative touches.
The pool area is great, as is the entire outside area. Most of the rooms are big (bigger than most I have seen in Mykonos) and all have air con which is cool.
It took us about 20 minutes to drive to town, so not too bad. Much nearer are Spilia, Kalo Livadi (the new Blue Marlin place was fun) and about 8 minutes away is Alemagou. The small town nearby, Ano Mera, is a few minutes away and useful for groceries and to have lunch or dinner. I highly recommend this place, really outstanding value for money all things considered.
