Sofort wieder!

Der Balkon war umwerfend, die Matratze super, die Lage phantastisch, das Frühstück wirklich super! Die freundliche Rezeptionistin hat uns ein sehr gutes Lokal empfohlen in dem wir äußerst gut gegessen haben.

Die Fliesen im Bad waren sehr rutschig. Da musste man äußerst vorsichtig beim Duschen sein. Sobald sie naß waren, waren sie wie Schmierseife.

Şehir merkezi ve tarihi-turistik yerleri gezmek için fiyat/performans açısından taviye ederim

Otel şehir merkezine çok yakındı. Temiz ve bakımlıydı. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi. Sessiz ve sakindi. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Deniz kıyısı ve merkeze bir kaç dakika yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz.

Odadaki buzdolabı çalışınca biraz fazla ses çıkarıyordu ve gece bir kaç kez uyandım.

Εξαιρετικο ξενοδοχειο, το συνιστω ανεπιφυλακτα!!

Εξαιρετικη τοποθεσια στο κεντρο της πολης, δωματια ευηλια, ευαερα, πολυ καθαρα κι ανετα, πληρως εξοπλισμενα, το προσωπικο πολυ φιλικο κι εξυπηρετικο, το πρωινο ποιοτικο, με παρκιγκ διπλα στο ξενοδοχειο, για ξενοδοχειο τριων αστερων προσφερε υπηρεσιες πενταστερου! Το συνιστω ανεπιφυλακτα κι εννοειται θα το προτιμησω ξανα στην επομενη επισκεψη μου στο Ηρακλειο!

Sehr netter Empfang und reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Ausgezeichnet gelegen, nahe am Hafen und nur wenige Schritte von sehr guten Restaurants entfernt.

Die Parkmöglichlichkeiten sind begrenzt, aber das Hotel kooperiert mit dem nahegelegenen Parkhaus. EUR 8 für 24h ist fair, man kann es aber auch ohne Parkhaus schaffen.

Fabulous. 10/10. Definitely recommend! Clean, great location and safe.

After being in Greece for two weeks and staying at other places. This was pure luxury. Lovely breakfast, clean spacious room and bathroom. Nice staff and a great location! It was 10/10. Would come back without a doubt, four minutes you are at all the restaurants and a little further all the shops. Great. Loved it ! Stay here !

Emplacement au centre d'Héraklion, nous avons pu sans problème visiter la vieille ville à pied. personnel très serviable et de bon conseil. Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix .

Good but went to cafe for breakfast.

Central location - easy walk to bars,cafes, shops & marina Comfortable bed Great shower

Breakfast - I like prepared fresh fruit for breakfast, there was only a fruitbowl of whole apples, pear and bananas. First morning orange juice & cooked offerings ran out and were not replaced despite several people arriving for breakfast. Cooked choice limited and not v hot. One waitress seemed to be coping on her own.

Perfekt für einen kurzen Weg zum Flughafen und für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Heraklion.

es gibt Kaffee rund um die Uhr, das ist sehr hilfreich wenn man um 4.00 Uhr zum Flughafen muss. Ich durfte den Mietwagen direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Das Zimmer war riesig und das Bett war sehr bequem. Man kann auch gut verdunkeln.

Hotel moderno, céntrico, con cama cómoda y buen desayuno

La habitación era amplia y estaba decorada con muy buen gusto, limpieza impecable y cama enorme y muy cómoda. El desayuno más que suficiente, con variedad de productos dulces y salados, y con el personal reponiendo constantemente lo que se agotaba. La localización perfecta, en pleno centro de Heraklion, pero sin ruidos. Excelente detalle del hombre que estaba en recepción, que nos permitió dejar el coche esa noche en la zona reservada del hotel. Volvería sin dudarlo a este hotel

Η τοποθεσία του, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης, η καθαριότητά του με καθημερινή τακτοποίηση του δωματίου, ευγενέστατο προσωπικό παντού.

Η ηχομόνωση του δωματίου. Το πάρκινγκ αν και είναι πολύ κοντά πρέπει να το πληρώνεις 8 ευρώ ημερησίως ανεβάζοντας έτσι το κόστος διαμονης.

The Kastro Hotel met all my expectations for a tourist visiting for a few days.

The receptionist at the front desk went above and beyond her call of duty. She suggested a day trip to Spinalonga when we didn't have plans for our last day. She was able to get the taxi to bring us to the bus. We went a full day visiting the historical site, a BBQ, swimming, touring the countrywide and cruising the Mediterranean sea. It was a most worthwhile experience. The Kastro Hotel is centrally located, within two blocks of the downtown tourist area. It is also close to the bus lines and museums. The room is spacious and the staff is most helpful. The breakfast is good with the usual items like bread, coffee, eggs and cereal to get the day going.

Exceptional

Location is perfect, in the old city of Heraklion. Once you have parked your car at the City Center Parking (8e per days) you don't have to use it anymore to visit Heraklion center . Hotel very clean, welcoming and confortable. Room are very nice and big ! We recommend !

Good - central, clean, no fuss

Central, clean, nice rooms.

Bathroom doors are folding doors which do not close entirely. Can be a bit of a challenge when travelling with friends or daughters.

Breakfast was good but it could be even better with just more fresh vegetables- you only offered tomatoes which were , and delicious but as Israelis we looked for cucumbers and peppers and scallions or onion and/or parsley, dill, cilantro

on our first night there was a party nearby and the music was really loud until 3 am- that was a nuisance because we asked for peace and quiet
