Varna on ihana kaupunki missä viettää lomaa

Sijainti on paras. Ranta, lasten leikkipuistot, bussipysäkki ihan lähellä. Isot huoneet, mukavat sänkyt.

I liked the room very very much.It is very spacious and the bed was so comfortable . Also I liked very much the bathroom even so I saw some comments related to the shower(from my Point of view was perfect, no need for curtain or glass wall).The floor în the bathroom was not slipery, and you had a lot of toletries( showergel, conditioner, body lotion, also soap , tooth paste, everything you need for complete hygene). The food was the same each breakfast but u do not mind because you do not have to try all at once you can choose today cereals or fruits and the other day egs meat etc. .

The fact that the personnel does not know english. It will be very helpful it you could submit them to some english lessons because the guests were from all over the world( Spain, Japan, Germany etc) And also i did not felt atracted to the pool area all being very dark there...

It was very good

The staff was very nice and helpful They cleaned the room every day and gave us bigger room. The breakfast was tasty 🤗 The location is close to the party street🫶🏼

Прекрасен хотел. Когато цените за нощувка не са във висок сезон това е най-добрият избор за хотел във Варна. Особено делукс стаите (най-често съм бил в тях) са страхотни, просторни, с огромно легло и панорама към море и морска градина. Паркирането е платено, но поне има винаги места в или пред хотела. Закуската е топ.

В някои периоди от годината цените за нощувка са твърде високи.

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. It is way overpriced for what you get at the end. Very disappointing!

I liked the location of the hotel: across the sea garden. I also liked the size of the bed and the quality of the mattress.

The staff at the reception, upon our arrival was not very helpful and seemed very unfriendly. The staff at the SPA facilities was not friendly. As we were travelling from another town, we arrived a little bit later than planned and were 10 minutes in delay for our booked massages. It was not a problem to pay the full price and have less time but when I apologised at the SPA, the response was “It is at your own expense”. The massage room was very cold. The entire SPA facility was cold. The breakfast option was poor and not a great quality. The temperature at the room reached 28 degrees and we couldn’t sleep or even breath properly. I work in the luxury hospital sector and for me this is not acceptable.

Wonderful weekend

Everything was very good: staff, big room, services in the hotel, varied breakfast. Also want to say thank you to staff that they allowed me to stay in the hotel till my check-in time, as I had very early bus arrival (at 4am).

The one thing that was not not enough os absence of place/thing where we could dry our cloth. There is so much space in the room, but nowhere to dry it. Just think about it please

A great run hotel The staff were amazing and helpful Clean and great facilities Amazing ariel views of Varna from the upper balconies Great laundry service, rooms spacious and all mod cons and serviced every day Good air contioning with mini bar and room service A nice indoor pool and gym Well located to Varna center and the park across from the hotel has a pathway to the beaches and the town center with a short walk The reception staff organise taxis to any location very affecient Will return to this wonderful hotel Varna is a wonderful city and the staff of this hotel are a credit to Varna

Breakfast a good standard but for holiday makers perhaps the serving times could be extended later 7.30 to 10.00 for some is a bit too early for breakfast when on holiday.

Superb

It was near a venue that my friend and I were attending so it was handy also we were upgraded as there was a little problem so we were very happy, we would visit again

The only criticism I have , the breakfast hot food was cold , and the milk was sweet out of the coffee machine when you don't take sugar it's not very nice

Good experience overall. Good value for the money

Excellent room, nice view. Close to a nice park. Clean hotel and good value for money overall. The TV was amazing, very big for a hotel and you can connect your netflix account to it. Excellent shower too.

Very crowded parking, so we had to pay for underground parking. The breakfast was "meh", nothing interesting to eat. Ok overall just not great. Also the indoor pool is very small and the so-called jacuzzi is quite bad. Water was warm though. To top that there was a lot of people with children and children jumped in the water right near the "don't jump into pool" sign while parents cheered. Nobody to enforce any rule I guess.

Very comfortable room, great view, good breakfast. AC actually worked and was fully controllable (a rarity these days).

No parking available, had to park in a public car park nearby (front desk reply when asked about parking was 'people always think we have parking' so don't book this hotel and expect parking. Shower has no door so end up wetting a large area of bathroom.

Pleasant

The Spa facilities were good and the size of the room was ok.

The bed was a superking which was great but the quilt was a king which was weird! so you spent the whole night pulling from each other. Generally the staff could do with some training in social skills and one particular member when we arrived after a long drive from Sofia when my wife asked could we have a couple of plates to cut up some fruit his reply was if you want a plate you buy food!! which I think is about as rude as it gets for a supposed 4* Hotel.

Excellent location and great facilities. Sea view was amazing and spa facilities amazing too.

The reception are really friendly people and speak very good English. The male staff was extremely helpful and made me feel at home. Fabulous staff.

The cleaners did not clean my bath - it was still dirty and it was like they didn’t even clean it. Even the next day they didn’t clean it. Bathroom cleaning not good. More vegetarian options for breakfast - the cakes are not vegan

Nice hotel, cosy bed, nice rooms. Kudos to the gentleman working at the lobby bar, seemed like a nice fella and I liked his sophisticated manners.

No parking space availability at the hotel premises, was redirected to a nearby parking lot.

Outside this particular room (free upgrade to apartment) were the air-condition outside bodies and this created terrible noise. Only the really good facilities and fair size made us not complain.

I was charged twice for my stay at your hotel and have tried to contact the hotel to sort this issue via e mail and telephone direct without any reply from the hotel. I find this very unprofessional and will be taking the mater to a higher level
