Comfy beds and room, very clean hotel, nice renovation and style in all the areas.

Had no empty space for parking.

great location, service and hospitality

very central and great access from airport with the bus 409. Or the 13 Lev with taxi which front desk ladies arrange cab for me. super helpful and very clean lovely relaxing place with strong wifi and fresh breakfast. what more you want ??? will definitely be back here again !!

Lovely hotel with great amenities in the centre

Decoré and style of bedroom was lovely, very comfy beds. Great breakfast in the morning and check out at noon was great.

The bathroom draining, it kept spreading and leaking. not enough shampoo. at night the front door was left open with no one at reception.

Very recommended

Very polite and helpful staff, clean rooms, great breakfast, great location. Sauna and all the relax zone was great (except for 1 of the settings on the jacuzzi was unusable due to it making unbearable noise). We needed a taxi at night to get to the airport, the night shift manager called it for us and settled the price to be according to the pricelist of the service, not allowing to scam us (from what we get of their conversation, the driver was not happy about it). The price in winter was 15 lev, we paid 20. The price on booking with the "discount" is 70 lev... ridiculous.

Loved every second of it especially the beds; they were very comfortable.

Everything. Breakfast was very nice and homely. Bathroom was very clean and bed was VERY comfortable. Loved it. Great location too. Like the tall mirror in the room. You get free tea and coffee and water. Nice that they give a balcony aswell. Will definitely come again.

There was nothing not to like. Very good for the price.

Near to hotel are renovation works of some buildings. Some noise in the afternoon, but the night is very quiet

Just OK, not more than that

Great location, close to the beach and to the city center

1. Deluxe Double Room - the room is not of the declared size, the 20m², I guess, contain the size of the balcony, which is a nice bonus but the actual size of the room is very small - near 16m² 2. Twin Room - the shower cabin is totally open, only one wall with а gap below, so after each shower the room is flooded with water 3. The safe is not in the room but near the reception desk, which is pretty secured but not so comfortable 4. The breakfast was pretty poor, the only vegetables were rotten tomatoes and cucumbers, the food was refilled only partially and the stuff in the restaurant wasn't friendly 5. The digital keys stopped working each day, sometimes twice a day and we needed to restore them on the reception desk 6. The mini bar was not working. We let the staff know about it, but nothing was done 7. Bad soundproof - we woke up in the middle of the night when our neighbors were leaving

Really stylish, clean with little thoughtful extras that made you feel comfortable and looked after. Full control of heating in the room, we were really glad of as we were cool through the night despite the heat oitside.
